TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL (Wednesday 13th JANUARY 2021)
“And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”
Therefore “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.” ‘I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.” 2 Corinthians 6:16-18 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 13TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS
Welcome to another glorious day of our year of Higher Heights. The LORD our God is good, and His mercies endures forever. He has not deal with us according to our sins, but according to His mercies. Blessed be His holy name.
Sometimes I wonder how this precious LORD and savior function both as our redemption sacrifice, judge and lawgiver. He gave the laws for us to live by, gave His Spirit to help us live by them, will sit as judge of the living and the dead but now function as our mercy seat and redemption sacrifice. What a great GOD, LORD and savior is He.
Only lack of revelation prevents so many of us from enjoying these and other things the LORD has in store for mankind. It is my prayer that we all come to the knowledge of the truth where we can enjoy these things and even more.
In today’s devotional we shall be looking at what I call ILLEGAL JOINING. When I say illegal joining am not referring to joining in the perspective of the laws of man, but joining in the perspective of the laws of GOD. The Kingdom of God has laws established by the King of the kingdom for all citizens to live by. Everything we do as kingdom citizens ought to be guided by those laws.
There are laws that governs the economy of the citizens, there are laws that govern the spiritual lives of the citizens, there are laws given to govern the day to running of the earthly lives of the citizens, there are laws given that govern the health, the mind, and every other thing that concerns the citizen’s lives’ on earth.
There are laws in the kingdom that governs the fear of GOD among its citizen, there are laws that governs worship among the citizens of the kingdom, there are laws that govern prayer and fasting that when you follow you come into realms of glory that you never dreamt possible.
There are laws that govern the marriages of the citizens of the kingdom, there are laws that governs every form of interpersonal relationships in God’s kingdom. If we do not know them we will be exploited by charlatans called prophets and prophetess, and stopped by the evil one. we will lead unbearable lives on earth.
NO ONE WHO IS IGNORANT OF GOD’S KINGDOM LAWS WILL EVER LEAD A BLESSED LIFE ON EARTH
The reason is, the laws are powered to put Heavenly things into effect in our lives by the Holy Spirit, making the lives of those who live by them blissful on the face of the earth.
That is why the Bible says;
“The LAW OF THE LORD is perfect, [a]converting the soul; THE TESTIMONY OF THE LORD is sure, making wise the simple; THE STATUTES OF THE LORD are right, rejoicing the heart; THE COMMANDMENT OF THE LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes; THE FEAR OF THE LORD is clean, enduring forever; THE JUDGMENTS OF THE LORD are true and righteous altogether.”( Psalm 19:7-9 NKJV)
This scripture used different phrases to describe the kingdom laws am talking about.
It calls them The Law of the LORD, The Testimony of the LORD, the Statutes of the LORD, the Commandments of the LORD, the fear of the LORD, and the Judgment of the LORD. The reason is because they help us to fear GOD, follow His testimony, respect His statutes, obey His commandments, and keep His judgments.
We have been teaching about the glory of God in the cry of the Spirit ministries for years now. The glory of God is the storehouse of God’s goodness, manifestations, gifts, callings, graces, and etc.
Most of the divine promises we receive from God cannot come to pass until He steps into us and unleash His glory. But the glory of the LORD will never operate in your life if you do not follow the laws of the LORD. You will have a limited life as a Christian if you do not follow the laws of the LORD.
Our destructions in life are usually products of not following the laws of the LORD or living by them. They happened because they are either broken or not put to work at all. Satan takes advantage of our ignorance or lack of application of these laws to do great damage to our lives.
HE KNOWS IF WE FOLLOW THEM, NO DEMON FROM HELL CAN FOLLOW US.
Sadly, the distortion of the gospel of grace by some preachers that tells us that we are not under the law but under grace, takes away the need to discover and walk by these laws. People do not even understand what Paul meant when he said we are no longer under the law. They apply that scripture to all kingdoms laws and leave the lives of the saint too powerless to withstand great floods of deception.
For instance, the flood of deception that stopped God’s appointed leader over the United States would have been stopped if the sons of God in leadership had operated one law of the kingdom; the law of uniting around GOD’s will in unbroken agreements. The Bible says;
“Assuredly, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.
“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.
For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” Matthew 18:18-20 NKJV
We have reduced gathering in the name of the LORD in this scripture to gathering in church fellowship. But it is much more than that.
This scripture is not just referring to gathering in Church fellowships or binding things by prayer. It also about gathering around what and who is God’s will, firmly and righteously; and agreeing to do things to make sure what has been declared in Heaven concerning it or him takes place on earth.
Over 75 Million people did it but the flood of the dragon overshadowed it with fictitious results, and the gate keepers in leadership position refused to do it by joining forces to expose the deception and fraud spewed against the will of GOD.
From Bible revelation, floods are swallowed by the earth; not the Heavens. It was not in God’s jurisdiction to expose the fraud but their jurisdiction and the failed.
If you look at this spiritual war very well, you will discover that men and women who belong to the kingdom of darkness usually use this very law to succeed over the church.
For instance, those who stole the election operated this law during the election. They united around their man and presented the fraudulent results as valid but the those that God positioned to watch over His word in the United States, the Republican party, did not operate the law.
They refused to gather in the name of the LORD; in other words, around the will of God for the nation, to bind on earth what had been bound in Heaven. If you look at what really happened, you will discover that the republicans in the battle ground states refused to fight and expose the flood used against the president to burry authentic results.
The gate keepers never agreed among themselves; they were divided on what is so true and evident. These men and women did not know that not exposing that flood when the had the chance has destroyed all of them in future elections. Watch out, except there is a sovereign move of God, the Republicans will never be able to control government again for a long time.
THAT MAY SPREAD ABOMINATIONS LIKE KILLING OF UNBORN BABIES, SAME SEX MARRIAGE AND ETC. ALL OVER THE WORLD!
The strategy that was used against trump will be used against all of them who refused to stand together now. They actually dug their political graves not that of the president. If they had gathered in the name of the LORD, and not chickened out, they would have brought victory upon themselves for generations.
The book of Revelation said the dragon unleashed the flood of deception to cause the women to be carried away. Indeed, these men God positioned at the gate were carried away by the flood of deception unleashed during the election. They could not stand on the law of the LORD to bring His participatory prophecy to pass. They are a reflection of the decay in the American Church.
When we do not obey the laws of God, the enemy wins temporarily, even after God has declared victory in the spirit realm. But when we obey he loses. Satan knows that, and will always use all he can to keep us from either knowing or aligning with the laws that will expose and neutralize his works.
Spiritual warfare is usually around the laws of God we obey or disobey. Which brings me to our devotional text. It says,

Therefore

There is a law of illegal joining in the Kingdom of God. This scripture reveals to us the consequence of illegal joining or attachments. It includes loosing the manifest presence or works of the LORD God, and Preventing Him from dwelling among us.
When the temple of GOD joins himself or herself with the temple of Idols, that is an illegal joining. Illegal joining is the reason many believers have been destroyed and had their lives cut short within a short period of time.
ILLEGAL JOINING COULD BE THE REASON YOU ARE STILL WHERE YOU ARE
If a saved and sanctified Child of God get himself or herself joined to a people who are not saved and sanctified, either through marriages, church affiliations, or even by blood sometimes, it is an illegal joining. The saved and sanctified are to join themselves to the saved and sanctified. That is the law of God.
The consecrated should not join themselves to the desecrated.
Levites should marry Levites. The high priest should marry a woman reserved by God for the high priest. The prayerful should marry the prayerful. Those with a generous spirit should Mary fellow people with generous spirit. The pure in spirit should not join themselves with the impure in spirit.
The wise should not be joined to fools. The rebellious should be kept very fare from the obedient. Those of us who are sold out to the LORD should be kept far from those of us who worship Him by mouth, even if they are our relatives, mothers or fathers. We must respectfully and lovingly stay away from them.
Jesus said,
“Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to ‘set[j] a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’
He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. Matthew 10:34-39 NKJV
A time comes in our walk with the LORD when we must respect this scripture else we lose emerging blessing and even our souls eternally. When darkness takes over the heart of our parents, daughters, sons, in-laws, or any other member of our households, we must operate the law of illegal joining that said “stay away from the corrupt and desecrated.”
YES, STAY AWAY FROM THE PEOPLE LIVING IN DARKNESS ELSE THEY DARKEN YOUR LIFE!
For instance, if the household of the boy who murdered his father, mother and the rest of his household dwellers had obeyed this law, they will still be alive today. It is so sad that we always choose sentiments over principles. People who chose sentiments over spiritual laws or principles do not live long. Don’t forget that, and don’t miss it up.
Walking in love does not imply joining yourself with the wrong people or keeping the desecrated attached to your life, if you are consecrated. If we do not respect the laws that govern joining in the kingdom of God, we will destroy ourselves.
I learned from my personal experiences that no matter how powerful or fervent you are in the Spirit; the devil can quench you if you do not respect what God says about illegal joining. I was almost destroyed by this and am still going through the consequences today.
The enemy planted those who will orchestrate what is happening to me today right in the ministry the day I was commissioned. They all joined in screaming amen. Today am still fighting through what came upon me by their hands; things I may not be able to tell until I leave the earth; except the LORD grant me the mercy to share them.
That is why I tell those who care to listen, people who say “stupid Satan” do not know really know him. The Bible says he is wiser than Daniel. He does not fight through monitoring spirits or any of such nonsense. He fights at a much higher level than all the so called deliverance preachers tell you.
The silent planting of tares among wheat has remain the most effective weapon of the enemy against us in every battle of life. He has defeated great warriors of GOD, and destroyed so many fire brands raise by the LORD to quench his works God by this strategy.
As we bring this to a close, I want to submit to you that there are dimensions of God you will never know until you come out of the influence or grip of certain people. Repentance and sanctification involves coming out of unclean things; unclean relationships, businesses, jobs, systems, traditions, churches, and all that do not minister grace to you.
The rule remains, if God has given you a bath, stay with those who have received the same bath like yours, not with those who have not. There are people Satan has given a bath with things that will destroy you. If you do not stay away from them, you will be ruined no matter how prayerful or holy you are.
Many are on their way to hell and have great financial powers to attract you to them. If you are a worshiper of God stay away from them, no matter what they may have. My prayer for us today is that we stop shortchanging our destinies through illegal attachments and alliances.
MAKE THIS SCRIPTURE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY;
“O Corinthians! We have spoken openly to you, our heart is wide open. You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted by your own affections. Now in return for the same(I speak as to children), you also be open.
“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?”
“And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people.”
Therefore “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.”
‘I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.”
Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. 2 Corinthians 6:11-7:1 NKJV
