TODAY’S DEVOTION (FRIDAY 27TH MAY 2022)
“ Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.”
And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness.” Acts 4:29-31 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 147TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF AMAZING GRACE
Great has been His faithfulness towards us. If GOD was not dealing with us according to His faithfulness and divine purposes, we would have been out of this world by now.
Obviously, many wished that we never woke up, but we did. The devils in them will not cease reacting to the Truth of the LORD on our lips. If the power of life and death was in the hands of every man, there would have been not one alive today.
I have related with so many unbelievers and Christians alike, even Muslims Hindus and all religious types. When most Christians feel aggrieved, they ask that the person they feel aggrieved with dies, but when most unbelievers feel aggrieved, they do no such things. I am yet to even meet a Hindu who got aggrieved and prayed that GOD kill someone.
Why do people who go to Church wish the death of people when they are aggrieved? Why do they pray against them thinking that God is a hired assassin that kills like a pestilence? It is because many Christians are Baal worshipers masquerading as worshipers of the one and only true God.
I read through the social media and saw the reaction of some folk on what I preached on the 15th May of this year on “HOW TO WORSHIP GOD WHEN PREACHERS CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED.”
Some people who felt touched by what I preached under God took a part of it and made videos and placed on social media, maybe to damage more ignorance of God, especially on the outdated use of Oil in prayer. That was what made few reactors to start calling for my death. Some said they are preachers, and others said they are members of church without walls and all that; all claiming that I attacked their papa or so.
Let us assume it is true that I actually attacked their papa instead of setting things in order which is part of my apostolic assignment, was calling for my death what a so-called member of church without wall should do? They are really church without walls; church without God’s apostolic order.
Walls represent apostolic order in the kingdom of God.
If I was in the early Church, the only person who will be worried over what I taught will be Simon the sorcerer and his members, not Peter, James, John, and the rest of our fathers whose spirits we carry.
I am amazed that they have not called for the death of hardened criminals and dangerous politicians who are wasting their future, but they are calling for the death of someone who said “oil should not be used in prayer because the Holy Ghost has been given. We do not need to use it or pour it on the ground. Because even James never said so!”
THAT TELLS YOU THEY DO NOT BELONG TO THE KINGDOM OF GOD.
They belonged to the kingdom of darkness, and none in the Kingdom of darkness can successfully take out the life of someone in the kingdom of light except God say so like He said in the case of Peter, Paul and the rest of our fathers, who were killed for what they believed and preached.
For 27 days today the Cry of the Spirit of the living God has been coming to us on how to lead practical Christians lives. We have looked at matters of the filthiness of the flesh like sexual immorality and all that. Now let us look at matters of the filthiness of the spirit because they are responsible for all these nonsense.
Many Christians are not filthy in the flesh but in the spirit.
They appear holy, tying head gears like angels, maintaining quietness and false humility, speaking in tongues and even preaching but are devils. You only know it when you beam the heat of GOD’s word on them. They loves errors and lies peddled by the spirit of lawlessness. That is why the call for your death and pray that you die when they become aggrieved.
Practical Christianity involves not living in the filthiness of the spirit. It involved walking in a sanctified spirit all the time.
The apostles attempted walking in the filthiness of the spirit at one time right in the presence of Jesus Christ, when they wanted to call for the death of those who would not let them pass through Samaria, but Jesus stopped them right there.
THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST WILL NOT LET YOU CALL DOWN FIRE ON YOUR ENEMIES OR WISH FOR THEIR DEATH.
The Bible says;
“Now it came to pass, when the time had come for Him to be received up, that He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem, and sent messengers before His face. And as they went, they entered a village of the Samaritans, to prepare for Him.
But they did not receive Him, because His face was set for the journey to Jerusalem. And when His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, just as Elijah did?”
But He turned and rebuked them, and said, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of. For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them.” And they went to another village.” Luke 9:51-56 NKJV
If you look at scriptures like this and ask where mountain of fire and miracles ministry got their “die, die” from, those who are derailed and possessed with the spirit of lawlessness will let loose on you. But should a child of God be quiet when the ways of His God are being derailed by men? No!
You are to scream the truth beside their lies and save a generation of God’s elects.
That is why one of the major things you will never see where true Christianity is practiced is hateful prayers and a call on God to kill people. You will never hear people shouting “fire” and all that on their enemies because it belonged to the spirit of Elijah not that of Christ. When the kingdom needed that it had it. Now everything is happening around saving lives.
The Spirit of Christ is one that has not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them. That is why you find our Bible fathers, not cultivating that negative Elijah spirit after Pentecost. Even when they were being killed, sawn in two, made to wonder in sheep skins, and become destitute, they never cursed those doing that to them or asked that they die.
They rather stood firm, strong, and tough in what they were proclaiming and never compromised or hated anyone. They rather prayed for more of GOD to break forth through them than for the death of those who were threatening them. That’s the position we have taken.
OUR DEVOTIONAL TEXT IS AN EXAMPLE. THE TEST SAID;

If you look at these men and women, they never asked God to kill their enemies. They were practical with their Christianity. If you take few steps backwards, you will see what they were really facing, which makes whatever people do to us today a child’s play.
The Bible says they faced this terrible hate and wickedness from religious leaders, not because they stole, killed, raped anyone like many preachers are doing today. Not because they collected money form anyone to raise an altar of sacrifice the way many are doing in the name of deliverance.
They did not do any of the criminal activities that preachers do today in the name of ministry, putting the name of the LORD to shame.
They did not insult or assault anyone. They just preached what was a threat to the religious establishment of their day, and healed the cripple (in other words, made those who could not walk with God to be able to walk with Him) and the establishment moved against them, like we are being moved against today. The Bible says;
“And it came to pass, on the next day, that their rulers, elders, and scribes, 6 as well as Anna the high priest, Caiaphas, John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the family of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.
And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, “By what power or by what name have you done this? Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel:
If we this day are judged for a good deed done to a helpless man, by what means he has been made well, let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.
This is the ‘stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’ Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
…. But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, saying, “What shall we do to these men? For, indeed, that a [a]notable miracle has been done through them is evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.
But so that it spreads no further among the people, let us severely threaten them, that from now on they speak to no man in this name.” Acts 4:5:17 NKJV
Except God hand you over to the enemy, he can only Threaten you but cannot eliminate your calling or ministry. In all that our fathers passed through in the hands of wicked men and women, they never ask that any die. They requested for boldness and divine backing to keep preaching the word in the midst of it all. That is practical Christianity.
In our case, we pointed out an accurate Biblical position on the use of oil and some bloggers took it and blew to the world on social media, and the ignorant people said I was the one. But the entire message is on my Facebook wall and the wall of citizen TV. Instead of them to go watch and gain knowledge or request for teachings about the replacement of the anointing oil with the Holy Ghost, they are issuing threats.
We are waiting and watching, both physical and spiritually for any one who want to come up with anything. We are on high alert also legally and otherwise. If you do not like the video, write to YouTube or meet the bloggers and talk to them or maybe bribe them as some of you do, so that they can pull it down.
The bottom line is, do not be a Christian who call out fire to kill people because you are aggrieved. Listen to and reason with us on what we are screaming about, and become wiser.
Issuing threats to the things of God will backfire, its is just a matter of time. Time is a womb that carries the babies we all have conceived in our lives. There will be full term and the babies will come out. That is when we will be vindicated or condemned.
