TODAY’S DEVOTION (SATURDAY 31ST DECEMBER 2022)
“With what shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before the High God? Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, With calves a year old?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, Ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does the LORD require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?” Micah 6:6-8 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 365TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF AMAZING GRACE!
We give God the glory for giving us another day and for waking us up this morning. It is still out of His mercies that we are not consumed. It is a unique day because it is the last of our year of amazing grace.
Like every other believer may do tonight, we will be gathering at our apostolic center here in Nairobi to give glory to God for such an amazing year. Only God’s amazing grace creates amazing years.
Years that were full of happening that would have sent one to the grave prematurely, terminate one’s joy and made life unbearable can only be survived by God’s amazing grace.
Friend, it takes amazing grace not to go into an early grave. It takes amazing grace to survive what comes out of the gates of hell, death and grave. I will ever be grateful to God for the rest of my life for His amazing grace this year. Indeed, I saw it in full manifestation in my life, my family and ministry.
I saw it in the lives of spiritual sons and daughters in the house, I saw it everywhere I went this year. I even saw it in the camp of my enemies, humiliating them and making sure no weapon formed against me prospered. One of the major scriptures I saw come to pass as a result says;
“All your children shall be taught by the LORD, and great shall be the peace of your children.
In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you.
Indeed, they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake.
“Behold, I have created the blacksmith Who blows the coals in the fire, who brings forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the spoiler to destroy.
No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD. Isaiah 54:13-17 NKJV
Sometimes I ask myself, if not for God’s amazing grace, how would it have been possible to condemn all tongues that rose against us in Judgment in 2022 alone. The tongues that rose during the erroneous taking over of cities by Kimani pouring oil on cities. The ones that followed when Selman was brought to cover up for the apostolic chat and what we said in response.
I cannot forget the multitude of tongues of members of churches headed by charlatans and erring ministers of the gospel in Kenya alone who rose against us during those days. I cannot forget the so-called spiritual sons and daughters of some notorious scandalous prophets and apostles in Nigeria who spat fire and brimstone against us.
INDEED, GOD HAS A HISTORY OF CONDEMNING TONGUES THAT RISES AGAINST HIS MANDATES AND PEOPLE IN JUDGMENT.
If God’s amazing grace has not been on our side, we would have been swallowed up by these floods of tongues.
His amazing grace did not just condemned tongues that rose against us, it made sure all our spiritual children and even biological ones were taught by the LORD. It made sure they all had great peace this year.
The word of the LORD was fully fulfilled in our lives with no left overs. It said
“In righteousness you shall be established; You shall be far from oppression, for you shall not fear; and from terror, for it shall not come near you. Indeed, they shall surely assemble, but not because of Me. Whoever assembles against you shall fall for your sake.”
The whole of this was fulfilled in our lives in 2022 and there were no left overs!
People gathered against us both in false and erroneous churches and God’s amazing grace made sure they fell for our sake. I heard of bishops and so-called leading men in God’s garment who held meetings upon meetings against us, but God made sure their evil plotting fell on their own heads. Those they stirred against us, became our friends.
It really pays to serve Jesus! We speak both from our hearts and heads. It is an experience that only eternity can help us communicate. If GOD will ask me, I will say let 2022 continue with all its amazing grace manifestation, but He has something more for us. We will keep our fingers crossed and remain expectant and hopeful for the new year.
In case one is wondering what seed we sowed, what altar we raised, what oil we used, or what sacrificial offerings we gave to enjoy all this? Well, hear me, nothing!
WE GAVE NOTHING AND DID NOTHING.
There was no prophet to serve as a go between us and GOD, the way some misguided Christians have, hence there was no giving of gadgets and demands for seeds.
We got all these freely. We only shook ourselves from the dust of religion and deliverance by gadgets and altar raising or breaking, and embraced genuine relationship with the LORD, then got everything freely, confirming His word that says;
“Shake yourself from the dust, arise; Sit down, O Jerusalem! Loose yourself from the bonds of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion!
For thus says the LORD: “You have sold yourselves for nothing, and you shall be redeemed without money.” Isaiah 52:2-3 NKJV
Child of GOD, God does not give gadgets or ask for seed to engage His grace for people whose have shook themselves from the dust and placed their hands are on the plough of end time assignments. He just pours His grace on them. That is our story.
He said “His presence will go with us and He will give us rest.” That was in October last year, and we saw all that this year. All you will need for 2023 is His presence giving you rest the way it gave us this year.
Now, as we celebrate GOD’s amazing grace, our hearts go to those who are yet to come to this light. People whose prophets, apostles, pastors, and etc. will be asked to buy the year 2023 with their sacrifices, redemption of first born, giving of first fruits and all that. Our devotional text made it clear that GOD will never require any of such things from us to give us a happy, prosperous and blessed year.
SO, NO ONE NEEDS TO COME BEFORE THE LORD WITH ANYTHING TO SECURE THE NEW YEAR. THE TEXT SAYS;

The doctrine of securing the new year with some sacrifices is a scam because we did not secure 2022 with any sacrifices to get all we got.
We just shook ourselves from the dust and placed our hands on the plough of end time kingdom assignments. We did what the LORD requires for our age and time not what He required for Moses age and time, which would have been raising of altars and offering of all kinds of sacrifices.
The text was like, what shall I come with to the LORD to show me mercy or grant me something significant like a peaceful year? He was like, Shall I come before Him with burnt offerings, With calves a year old?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, Ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
None of these is required by the LORD.
Some would have been required if we were before the cross. But Christ’s death on the Cross fulfilled all that. The only thing that is required now is to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. In other words, to live a life that fears Him and tremble at His word.
As we all prepare for the new Year as arranged by the Gregorian calendar, may our cry to the LORD remain “if your presence will not go with us, do not take us there” Amen!
