TODAY’S DEVOTION (TUESDAY 7TH MARCH 2023)
“For you, O God, have tested us; you have refined us as silver is refined. You brought us into the net; you laid afflictions on our backs.
You caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But you brought us out to rich fulfillment” PSALM 66:10-12 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 66th DAY OF OUR YEAR OF SIGNS AND WONDERS!
Yes, it’s been 66 days of swimming in His mercies, riding on the wings of His love, and surviving by the power of His compassion. It’s been 66 days of His Kingdom, power and glory in demonstration.
Indeed, the Spirit of God has made us, and the breath of the Almighty given us life. That life has come to us for 66 days of this year alone, and has kept, and is still keeping our hearts beating and our spirits living on this side of eternity.
For those who have been feeding on the word of the LORD on this platform, it has not been a mere 66 days. It’s been 66 days of light and understanding on very key matters of the Kingdom. He has moved us from truth to truth, light to light, insight to insight, and we are blessed.
We can say, the LORD God has been merciful to us. This is another day He has made, another opportunity He has created. We are happy to be counted among the living.
Today we want to look at another faith position to take as precious word carriers. The faith position of enduring the process of rich fulfillment. The LORD has been speaking to us about allowing his word to fully come to pass in our lives. One of the most important scriptures in the Bible reads;
“And the word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth” John 1:14 NKJV
This scripture contains the highest manifestation of rich fulfillment in time.
The first time the word became flesh as in a person, was when Jesus, the word of GOD, became a man and dwelt among men. But the word becoming flesh is not limited to that. It has a much more broader meaning and wider coverage, so long as GOD’s redemptive moves are concerned.
There is a part of it captured in our devotional text as “rich fulfillment.” The entire text describes how the word of the LORD can be richly fulfilled in our lives. And that is what God wants. Yes, His vision for making us His precious word carriers or prisoners of prophecy, is to have His word richly fulfilled in our lives.
For instance, when His word was richly fulfilled in the life of Jesus as man, the LORD Himself declared on the cross, “it is finish.” It covered the full manifestation of His prophecy as our redemption sacrifice, or God’s precious word on our redemption. Every bit of it was finished, or made manifest, or richly fulfilled, when Jesus died on the cross.
We are saved today because the precious word of our redemption was fully or richly fulfilled. In other words, We are the beneficiaries of the rich fulfillment of God’s word on the redemption of mankind by the death of Jesus Christ on the cross.
Just as His word was fully fulfilled on the cross, He wants His word for and in our lives, to be fully fulfilled as well. He wants us to get to the, “it is finish” place of the precious word we carry.
The “it is finish” place, is the place where the totality of God’s word is fulfilled in our lives, and the process completed; from major life time prophecies, or precious words that we carry, as our kingdom assignment, to God given life visions or purposes, to the everyday words to come to us from God in the place of prayer.
We therefore need to endure all the rich fulfillment processess that GOD may have pre determnined for us.
It is important to understand that, our value and prosperity in life, as children of GOD, is designed to be a product of the full, complete, or rich fulfillment of the word of the LORD in our lives. If we get it by any other way, it will not bless us at the end, because we will key into the prosperity of the wicked.
There is war on earth. Satan want to be God in our lives, either you believe it or not. Yes, He want to be as GOD in our lives; in our marriages, our health life, our finances, our residency in any nation, and our everything. Satan, wants to be as GOD in every detail of our lives.
He wants to answer the prayer making pray the way God answers them, he wants to heal diseases the way God heals you. He wants to do things in people’s lives as God. So, he will seek to heal you as God, raise you as God, give you a job as God, give you a marriage as God, help you succeed in your career as GOD, give you prosperity as GOD.
He only need to network with your carnal desires.
Sometimes, he will use preachers to do that, standing on twisted scriptures, and dark doctrines, called the doctrines of devils by God. It is a major scam in the spirit realm. These things must be understood and prevented. Sadly, people fall for them, which is why we have idol worshipers and followers of false religion everywhere.
We have visible worshipers of Satan everywhere today, because of the seemingly good he does to be like God in the lives of men. You find people trading even their souls, knowingly and unknowingly, for the riches he offers them and the marriages he gives them.
This may be strange to you because most people think that Satan produce just evil. That is a naïve way to think; Satan also meet expectations as GOD, he does other good things as God, but they are geared towards fulfilling his eternal evil intention.
We said before that the good that comes from him, make people who benefit from, it share in the curse of God upon his life. We have said that repeatedly on this platform. We want that point to sink into our hearts.
That is why we are to make sure that all that we get in this life, is a product of the rich fulfillment of God’s word in our lives, not a product of the arm of flesh or the will of man. It will prevent the enemy from behaving like God in our lives.
It will prevent him from networking with our carnal desires, to give us good things (like jobs, houses, cars, successful careers, marriages, and etc.), that will make us share in the curse of God in his life. Whatever we may need, to make our lives beautiful on this side of eternity, should be as a result of the rich fulfillment of God’s word in our lives.
Anything outside that will not be good for us.
You find that in the life of Christ when he was physically here. You will always read the words “that it might be fulfilled” whenever you see a beautiful thing happen in his life. The enemy could not be “as God” in His life as man through his over 33 years on earth. Jesus locked him out by making sure all He got or did, came as a result of the rich fulfillment of the precious word of GOD that He carried.
If Jesus is our standard, then that should be our way of life also.
We should seek to lock the enemy out of our lives, and prevent him from behaving like GOD in any detail or aspect of our lives; we should make sure all we get or do in life, is strictly a product of the rich fulfillment of God’s word in, or for our lives.
Child of GOD, If you can not trace the originality of a successful thing, a miracle, a marriage, a job, or any other good thing in your life, to a fulfilment of the precious word you carry, you are in deep trouble. It’s just that the time of its manifestation has not come.
In the church today, most of our failed marriages, economic lives and etc. did not have the precious word of God that we carry as their origins. Many were originated by the flesh. They began as successful marriages, economic lives, and etc. but through the manifestation of the flesh not the word of the LORD we carry. That is why, when they later failed, they failed without remedy, despite prayers.
Child of God, any successful thing in your life whose origin cannot be traced to God’s true precious word in your life, will fail without GOD coming to the rescue. Understand that God will not come to the rescue of once successful, but now ailing thing that His word did not originate, because it will lack the kingdom permit to make that happen.
Whatever the word you carry did not create or originate, be it marriage, career, business, life dream or purpose, or whatever; will lack the kingdom permit to succeed permanently on earth. A time will come that it will fail finally and woefully, without help from the LORD to salvage it, even if you join a church and become faithful to GOD.
Yes, even things whose origins can be traced to the precious word one carry, will be fought. But GOD will always come for the rescue. That is why they always survive the attacks. And where the attacks run them down completely like the Life of job, and we go to GOD in prayer for divine restoration, He will restore double for every trouble we experienced.
The word of the LORD that birth or created a thing, will be used by the LORD to restore that thing back if the thing comes under attack. I hope you understand me.
The import of what we are sharing this morning is this; do not allow the enemy to be as God in your life by doing something in your life that only God should do. Do not all him to network with your flesh to give you a wife, a husband, a job, a career, an opportunity to travel out of the country, and all that you desire. You will not finish well or strong if you do.
No matter what you are looking for in life, let it come as a result of the rich fulfillment of God’s word in your life. It may not come as fast as you want it, just be patient. The faith position of rich fulfillment should be taking; and that position is called patience.
You will need to be patient with God to see what He may have planted in your life come to pass. You will not need to be in a hurry. When we are in a hurry, we allow the enemy to network with our flesh, and grant us our heart desires, thereby becoming as GOD in our lives.
If we are patient, it will prevent that. But there is one more thing; it will not just prevent that but will allow the word we carry to try and test us. Yes, we will be tried and tested by the word, and let me tell you how important that is.
Our devotional text made it clear that it will refine us. That is why patience is a major key to the release of destiny. God knows how to use our patience with Him to prepare us.
Our devotional text is clear that He prepare us by bringing us through painful, hurtful, and unpleasant experiences, during which our patience becomes endurance. It is enduring the process that refines us. When we are refined we can come into rich fulfillment.
Understand that, no precious word a Child of GOD carries, will be fulfilled in his or her life, until that word has tried and tested the person. Yes, the person must be refined, through tests and trials so that he or she can match the purity of the word he or she carries.
Do not forget, the Bible says;
“The words of the LORD are pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.” Psalm 12:6 NKJV
So, if you carry a precious word of the LORD in your life, you must be ready for test and trials that will come to refine you. They will refine you because what you carry has been refined, and can only come to pass if it refines you.
That is when you will find GOD causing men to ride over us.
You find Him allowing people to unjustly lay afflictions on our backs, like Judaism and unreasonable and wicked men did to Paul, Saul to David, and the brothers of Joseph or Potiphar to Joseph, while we remain silent to protect the process. That is why the Bible says, “in the day of adversity consider.”
It did not say we should get offended, or begin to attack everyone around us. It says, we should consider. It is when we consider that we will can endure and be refined, not when we begin to react in the flesh. No one can be refined by the LORD reacting to adversity in the flesh.
To consider implies that we sit down with the LORD, reason through the prophetic meaning of the adversity, with our eyes on the Holy Scriptures, as we open it up for Holy Ghost inspired answers. That is when we will realize that whatever may be happening to us, is either part of the process or can be used by the LORD as part of the process.
Sadly, this is the side of this rich fulfillment faith position that many of us usually would not want. But it is one of the most important part of the process, if we are carrying the precious word, and intend to move from the declaration to the manifestation. Our devotional text says;

You caused men to ride over our heads; We went through fire and through water; But you brought us out to rich fulfillment” PSALM 66:10-12 NKJV
It is my prayer that we will all submit to the refining process of God’s word in our lives, so that we will all get to the place of rich fulfillment in Jesus precious name. Amen!!
