WELCOME TO THE 261ST DAY OF OUR YEAR OF SIGNS AND WONDERS
Welcome to another great day from the LORD. It is another day the LORD has made, and we shall rejoice and be glad in it. His mercies have been proven in our lives to be new every morning.
Yes, if you take a prophetic gaze into the details of our lives, you will see the marks of His faithfulness. To Him belong all the glory!
The September break through school started yesterday with A GREAT WORD. God indeed has something to do with us. The testimonies of what the LORD have been doing in the ministry; the miracle workers he is raising among us, and all that. There are no words! I feel so fulfilled as a minister of the gospel.
I have never seen it in this manner before. I had seen it years ago before I was commissioned into ministry; in 1993, when God used some teenage girls among the teens my pastor committed to me then to be raising up spiritually, to work miracles in their homes.
And now, right in the Church I pastor in Kenya, He is not just giving us miracles, but raising miracle workers; a Bible hallmark of a true apostolic hub. I rejoice in the LORD!
When the Bible says aprons were taken out of Paul, today we are not seeing it as pieces of clothes like some see, thereby ushering in the demon of deliverance into their lives. We are experiencing it as dimensions of grace taken from us by those who are being discipled in the ministry.
From those who got the fire of God in their hands as we prayed, to those who stood in words spoken while we were teaching, indeed aprons in form of grace dimensions were taken by these precious people; and we pray that many more miracle workers will be raised.
In our devotional today we will be uncovering the power of divine seasons. If prophetic purpose control your life style on earth, you must understand the mystery of divine seasons in other for purpose to be profitable to you!
Actually, our Church generation is yet to come to the full revelation of divine seasons. That is why we struggle and let life go in a circle. God does things under Heaven in times and seasons. One major reason why it is deadly to be spiritually deaf is this, you will no be able to sense your seasons in the spirit. You will miss the supernaturally determined seasons of GOD for your life, and the consequences are dire. One of it is a life that goes in a circle.
SO MANY ARE BACKWARD IN LIFE; LEADING LIVES THAT ARE GOING IN A CIRCLE.
It is not God’s will that our lives go in a circle. I said it before that the difference between the glorious you, and the gory you, lies in your ability to recognize and seize a supernaturally pre-determined season of God for your life.
Life was created on earth to be lived in seasons! If you do not understand that you may be taking out-of-season decisions and keeping your life in a state where progress is not possible. Yes, there are out-of-season decisions. Those are decisions we take within seasons that they should not be taken.
The LORD has been speaking to us about break throughs. Breakthrough is a season thing. Lasting blessings comes in their seasons. If we do not come to terms with this truth we will keep struggling, fighting, competing with ourselves, and taking decisions that will result in more and more struggles.
Those who understand God’s will for their lives, and His pre-determined success season for them, do not compete with anyone. They live according to divine will, comparing and aligning themselves with no one, but the will of God for their lives.
A deadly competitive spirit in church today. Preachers compete and compare themselves with themselves, church members compete and compare themselves with themselves, family members compete and compare themselves with themselves. The list is endless.
But if we understand that SEASONS has a way of determining our success, we will never compete or compare ourselves with anyone, but wait for our season as we do what the LORD has called us to do.
Most of our worries and troubles in life are consequences of not understanding these simple but profound truths.
Understand that seasons determines success in life. Know that times have been given the power to determine certain triumphs among men.
For instance, when the time for a wicked man to die, and free the world from his wickedness comes, nothing can stop TIME from taking his life.
When the season comes for faithfulness to be rewarded by Heaven, no force on earth, in Heaven, or beneath the earth, can stop TIME from making it happen.
WHEN YOUR TIME AND SEASON COMES FOR A LIFTING, NO ONE CAN STOP IT.
Our devotional text said, “These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season. What you give them they gather in; you open your hand, they are filled with good.” I believe someone is about entering their season. Something is about to happen. Some faithful people of God are about being rewarded.
Whenever a faithful man or woman enters his or her season of reward in the Spirit, things will start lining up in the natural for him or her. They will begin to gather whatever God had given them that they could not access before.
That is why the Bible says we should not be weary in well doing; and that we will be rewarded if we faint not.
Yes, we will see our season forcing God to open His arm towards us and giving us things that eyes have not seen, ears heard or hearts conceived, if we faith not.
We will find the season pulling men and substance to us even from unexpected ends. It will just blind people to our shortcomings and make men celebrate even our inadequacy as strength; because of the grace of God that will inhabit those inadequacies to strengthen us.
Divinely determined seasons are very powerful. They are more powerful than all your enemies put together.
For instance, it was the season for Goliaths demise, that gave David victory over him. David sensed it, and seized it – he sensed that it was time for the giant to go down, that was why he went after him.
When you attack your enemies in their divinely determined season of defeat, they will fall like dead men even before you talk to God about them.
May God bring you to your season! The Bible says, “of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command;” (1 Chronicles 12:32 NKJV).If you want things to be at your command, understand the divinely determined times and season for doing them, before you move to do them. God’s kingdom citizens fail for not knowing this secret.
DAVID WAS ONE BIBLE CHARACTER THAT FOUGHT TERRIBLE WARS WITHOUT A SCAR.
He fought humans who moved like demons. He killed a giant. He took over the stronghold of Zion from the terrible and invincible Jebusites. He was always found in the forefront of the hottest battles yet there was no one record of defeat.
What was the secret? He understood his times and season. He knew when to move against the enemy. At one time God told him, “Wait until you hear movements on top of the mulberry trees. That will be a sign to you that God has gone ahead of you.”
Any enemy you move against when God has not moved against him will destroy you. You will be fighting the force outside its divinely determined season of defeat.
Consequently, you will lack the supernatural supply from God to come out victoriously. Understand that spiritual warfare is going to pick the spoils of war, after God has finished the battle. It is not you are fighting. We are not men of war. We are men of rest. Jehovah is the man of war. It is people who do not understand this concept, that go head long against the enemy, and return with counter attacks and injuries to show, and sometimes to foolishly boast about.
Jesus said we shall tread upon serpent and scorpions and upon all the works of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt us. If they are hurting us, it is not God’s will. Boasting about what you suffered for going on a spiritual warfare trip is an act of foolishness. Understanding your divinely determined times and season is key to dealing with the enemy, unlocking lasting miracles, and activating covenant blessings.
I pray that you make this devotional your meditation for the rest of your life. It worth it.
