TODAY’S DEVOTION (Friday 9th May 2025)
“But I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
I will set up shepherds over them who will feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, nor shall they be lacking,” says the Lord. Jeremiah 23:3-4 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 129th DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY
Glory be to God for another weekend. It’s been week after week of victory to victory, grace to grace, peace to peace, and truth to truth since we stepped into this year.
If our lives were in the power of those spreading slander and lies on Facebook, then they would have plucked it long ago.
Are you not glad that those who hate you do not really have power over your life? Do you think God will give your life over to people who you fed and sustained who now wants you dead? The Bible says
He will not allow the righteous to be condemned when they are judged because He is their judge.
Today there is a word for us from the LORD. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceed from the mouth of the LORD. The words that the LORD speak to us, are spirits and are life. Hallelujah!!
The gathering of souls to where they originally belong has been God’s way of redeeming man from the fall that took place in the Garden of Eden. That is why our salvation cannot be real if the experience did not truly gather us into God’s barn (God’s kingdom on earth).
The Bible spoke about the gathering of souls into God’s barn by the reapers.
The reapers are angels working in partnership with true soul saving gospel ministries on the face of the earth (not the money making prophetic and deliverance ministries everywhere today). Churches today are either raising money or pursuing other man-made agenda.
IT OUGHT NOT TO BE. EVEN THOSE WHO CLAIM TO BE RAISING MEN ARE INDEED RAISING MONEY IN DISGUISE.
Sometimes I ask myself if mankind has forgotten that we will give account of our selves before God. People do things and say things that hold terrible eternal consequences without remorse. Most have even forgotten that hell is hot. Hence doing things that even sinners out there will never do yet claiming to be the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
Such empty claims will never stop you from going to hell if your heart is terrible and wicked and your mouth godly.
A godly mouth with a terrible and wicked heart will never earn you a place in heaven. It will only earn you a pit in hell even if you are screaming you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. The Bible says
“Lord, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? He who walks uprightly, and works righteousness, and speaks the truth in his heart;” Psalms 15:1-2 NKJV
I know we do not earn salvation. It is a gift from God. But if you have indeed received the gift it will show in your character. You will begin to live a Heaven worthy life on the face of the earth. You will have a pure heart and a godly mouth. You see all that in scriptures.
The Bible says blessed are the pure in Heart for they shall see God (Matthew 5:8). Meaning if you are not pure in Heart you will never see God when you die. What makes your heart pure is Christ in you the hope of Glory.
If He is in you, the whole world will see it in your lifestyle and Character. You will not be involved in wickedness and screaming you are His righteousness. Our devotional quote today is God’s promise to Israel, then to the lost word and the church.
If you have been gathered into the barn of God’s kingdom, it will show in your heart. It will become pure leading to a life of Holiness and right standing with God.
FOR ISRAEL THE DEVOTIONAL TEXT WAS A PROPHECY THAT CAME TO PASS IN 1948 WITH ITS REMAINING BITS BEING FULFILLED TODAY.
For the lost world it is a prophecy that comes to pass each time the resurrection power of Christ goes to work in the harvest fields of the world.
You find lost souls brought out of spiritual graves and gathered to the LORD. For the Church, it is a prophecy that the apostolic grace is designed to bring to pass in the lives of those who are dead and buried in sin.
The grace will fire the life of Christ in them again and gather them genuinely to the LORD who died on the cross for them, that they may serve Him in Spirit and in truth. A major line says
“…I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries where I have driven them, and bring them back to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase..”
As a fulfilment of the prophecy on Israel, don’t you see how Israel is increasing today in influence and scientific dominance? They remind me of the Sons of Issachar who knew better than their generation. It is a season for “the Blossoming of the fig tree”.
In the Church, it is fulfilling in form of the release of apostolicity and Bible intelligence. People are suddenly walking away from error, deception and the darkness of sin and ungodliness wherever an apostolic hub exist.
Today marks the 77h year of Israel since it became a nation again.
Seven years back this time, the Embassy of the United States moved to Jerusalem. It was a major prophetic message to the Church on what the Bible says about the blossoming of the fig tree.
The LORD is using that to tell us that time has also come for the blossoming of the Church with His righteousness, truth, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
Sadly, many are blind or deaf to what the LORD is saying in the now through these events. The so-called prophets cannot see. They can only see the amount of money you need to sow or the demons in your household. Really sad!
GET OUR MESSAGE ON THE AGES TO COME AND DISCOVER THE FULL DETAILS OF WHAT IS NEXT FOR HUMANITY.
But let me just state here that, we are at the verge of an outbreak of an outpouring of God’s glory that will bring about another reformation in the present Church. The reformers are being trained as we speak in so many prophetic enclaves globally.
The Cry of the Spirit has its own training by the arm of the LORD going on. What is about happening is not a revival but a REFORMATION.
It will knock off falsehood, oil drinking, salt carrying, feet washing and brain washing Christianity. Yes, it will take away the insanity we call Christianity and present a pure Christian faith to the world; the faith that was once delivered to our fathers; something worth contending and dying for.
Dear remnant of Christ, we are about witnessing a manifestation of Christ we have never seen before. The Bible says
“But who can endure the day of His coming? and who can stand when He appears? For He is like a refiner’s fire and like launderers’ soap.
He will sit as a refiner and a purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer to the Lord an offering in righteousness.
“Then the offering of Judah and Jerusalem Will be pleasant to the Lord, as in the days of old, as in former years.
And I will come near you for judgment; I will be a swift witness Against sorcerers, Against adulterers, Against perjurers, Against those who exploit wage earners and widows and orphans, And against those who turn away an alien — Because they do not fear Me,” Says the Lord of hosts.
“For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.” Malachi 3:2-6 NKJV
THIS IS ONE PROPHECY WE ARE ALL SITTING ON TODAY!
Friend, God is going to reform the Church by rebuilding broken down apostolic standards and appearing in His glory. He is not going to allow the errors in Church today to consume us.
He said, “For I am the Lord, I do not change; Therefore, you are not consumed, O sons of Jacob.”
He will not allow the money-making preachers, charismatic witches and wizards behind the pulpits and derailed church members to consume those who belong to the true Church. He will appear in His glory and be a swift witness against them.
That is part of the reformation that we are about witnessing.
If there is anything we need now its vibrant Apostolic and Prophetic Churches; Grace and Truth Packed apostolic Centers, to execute this end time redemption plan. Glory be to God we have one in the Cry of the Spirit Ministries, here in Nairobi.
It is a place where the LORD rises in His glory to have mercy upon Zion, a place where he loses the bonds of wickedness, undo heavy burdens, let the oppress go free, breaks every yoke in a systematic delivery of apostolic doctrine. If you are not plugged to any move of God, you will find yourself drying up and dying spiritually.
These are not days to be found without a spiritual house to call your own.

For He looked down from the height of His sanctuary; From heaven the Lord viewed the earth, To hear the groaning of the prisoner, To release those appointed to death,” Psalm 102:16-20 NKJV
