TODAY’S DEVOTION (Sunday 27th July 2025)
“Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart.
“But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.”
“But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.” 2 Corinthians 4:1-4 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 208th DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY!
It pleases the LORD that we start another week in His presence. Day unto day we have been seeing His mercies, kindness, goodness and power. We thank Him for giving us life and a word in season every day!
Today we will continue with what our divine destinies need to be fulfilled. The fulfilment of destiny should be a man or woman’s ultimate desire on earth. Man was put on earth to manifest God’s preplanned purposes for his life. So, if you are not living for destiny, you will malfunction and fill your life with the unwanted.
One way you know a man or woman who will not make heaven, is in how he or she handles the word of truth and righteousness, and how he or she treat destiny matters, especially matters of eternal destiny.
If what the Bible says about eternal destiny, if the word of truths and righteousness has been made clear by the Holy Ghost, directly or indirectly to them, and they still cannot agree with any, it’s a sign that the gospel has been veiled to them.
It is also a sign that if they die, they may not make heaven. If you would ever fulfill your destiny, which involves making heaven at last, then you must take matters of divine destiny seriously.
The next thing your divine destiny needs to be fulfilled, is a ministry that God is using to remove spiritual veils form the minds of men, so that they can be turned from the power of Satan to God and given an inheritance among they that are sanctified.
There are two kinds of gospel ministries or ministers today. The first set are the ones adding veils to the veils people already have on their minds. The second are the ones removing veils from people so that they can see things in scriptures as God intends, connect the glory of GOD for our age, and become all that GOD has created or called them to be.
THE MINISTRIES THAT ARE REMOVING VEILS FROM HEARTS HAVE RENOUNCED THE HIDDEN THINGS OF SHAME AND COMMITTED TO TRUTH.
In other words, they do not walk in the craftiness of twisting the Holy Scriptures for personal gain calling it wisdom, nor do they handle the word of God deceitfully. They are driven by pure motives not money motives; hence the manifestation of the truth is what you see when you experience them.
They commend themselves to people’s conscience and do not ‘zombify’ them with great words of emptiness. Your divine destiny will need such ministries or ministers of the gospel to be fulfilled.
Sadly, people who have drunk the spiritual wine of Babylon do not like this breed of preachers or church ministries. They do not like these men and women God is using to lead people away from the anti-Christ many have taken to be Christ to the real Christ, through the teaching of the doctrine of Christ.
You see these people drunk with the wine of Babylon strongly persuading those who are profiteering from the status quo to scream at these apostolic ministries, calling them all kinds of names. Some call them controversial, but in God’s design they are the very ministers or ministries that our divine destiny needs to be fulfilled.
They are the very ministries that help us in separating darkness from light and discerning the difference between the clean and the unclean so that we can become all that God created us to be. They are the bearers of the very doctrine we need in our age and time (sound doctrine).
The Bibles says in the end time, some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils. They will not endure sound doctrine but rather turn their ears from the truth. They will be drawn to money making doctrines. We will have so many ministries bearing doctrines of devils and things created by seducing spirits.
Bible prophecy made it clear that our spiritual times and seasons will be one that people will prefer keeping their lies for the purpose of the earthly benefits attached to them than following the truth. These kinds of Christians will have more money, more access to high places etc. thereby influencing many.
THAT IS ONE REASON WE MUST BE CAREFUL.
Sadly, we are in the very season of this terrible spiritual development already and many do not even care about it. We are in a season of the manifestation of many Bible prophecies.
Talking about Bible prophecies, many do not know that the most solid Christians in the early Church were those who were taught what we now know as Bible Prophecy as soon as they gave their lives to Christ. That alone is a lesson that if our faith is anchored on the revelation of the ages to come, we will remain solid in Christ and hell will never have us back; especially, in a season of the falling away like the one we find ourselves.
Yes, if we plant ourselves in ministries that understand Bible prophecy, and allows it to order the steps of members, we will be able to fulfill our destinies.
So many today are departing from the faith that was once delivered to the saints, by planting themselves in church ministries that do not care about Bible prophecy but money, money, thereby jeopardizing their divine destinies. God wants it stopped. He wants this POPULATION already trapped by money making preachers rescued.
He has mobilized the Heavenly forces for our time to carry out kingdom invasions and execute a rescue pr0gram for them. That is why there is hope!
Friend, we are going to experience revelation truth as never before and come into the fullness of things ordained for our glory before the ages began. While His glory is rising upon the sons of the Kingdom, darkness will be covering the earth, and gross darkness the people.
SO, FIND MINISTRIES THAT ARE REMOVING VEILS FROM THE HEARTS OF MEN AND PLANT YOURSELF THERE. DO NOT TAKE THESE THINGS FOR GRANTED.
Jesus warned that as we approach the end of times and days, there will be catastrophic events that will shake the human world. The corona virus of few years back, for example, was just the least of what this world is bound to experience, yet it shook the foundations of governments.
Jesus foretold that these events will be happening alongside spiritual deception, both in the Church and the lost world. That is why we must commit to churches that remove veils from our hearts only. We must be watchful and not fall victim to deception.
We must understand that people are in hell today, not because of their sins. The blood of Christ paid for all sins. They are in hell today because they were deceived not to accept the gift of salvation the blood of Jesus paid for and live right before the LORD.
They are in hell because hyper deception took them there.
Some were deceived that there is no hell and there is no heaven; but when they died the reality dawned on them. Others were deceived that the redemptive death of Jesus Christ was a criminal punishment for his sins and that he did not die for anyone. Today they are in hell!
Some even died believing the lie that Jesus is not God but a prophet, hence not cultivating a relationship with God that would have helped them fulfill their eternal destiny.
While others who believed in His redemptive death believed that He died for their sins, but they do not believe that they must accept that sacrifice for their sins by living His life on the face of the earth; a life of Holiness and righteousness to make heaven, hence in hell today.
Sadly, these kinds of dangerous beliefs and deception are peddled by ministries and churches that are putting veils in people’s hearts. They are peddled by preachers and teachers who present the grace of God as “a license to sin” instead of “a pardon from sin” hence giving birth to believers who calls Jesus “LORD, LORD” but did not do what He said.
YOU MUST STAY AWAY FROM SUCH CHURCHES AND PREACHERS IF YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR DIVINE DESTINY TODAY.
Heaven considers ministries that are raised by God to expose deception and deal strongly with it as some of the greatest ministries born on the face of the earth. The reason is simple. The true gospel of Jesus Christ exposes deception. It removes veils from hearts. So, God considers such ministries the place for you and I to be.
Do not forget, Jesus is the way the TRUTH and life, whatever comes from Him will be full of Bible truth. He is the bread that came down from Heaven, and Truth from Heaven will always expose falsehood from hell.
If you will fulfill your destiny this end times, make yourself part of apostolic church ministries that God has raised and planted on earth today, to expose and neutralize deception. Submit to Preachers God is using to speak the wisdom He ordained for our glory before the foundation of the world.
Do not jeopardize your destiny in any way!!
Personally, if I had not encountered such ministries myself, to further reinforce what I already know as an upcoming minister of the gospel, I would have been deceived too. I would never have being in God’s plan for my life. My destiny would have been in danger of not being fulfilled.
I attended conferences in Nigeria that could turn any preacher into money spinning machine, or a diviner called prophet. So, I would have been doing ministry today believing that the anointing oil is the Holy Spirit, praying with sand, salt, candles, mats, bottles of Water, constructing pools for cleansing, and all that is deliverance ministry.
IT WOULD HAVE ALTERED MUCH OF MY DIVINE DESTINY TODAY!!!
I would have been dishing our money scooping revelations and prophecies to the naïve and smiling to the bank saying, “the lord is good.” I would have taken sorcery for prophecy and divination for prophetic ministry, and yet not know that I have been deceived and that I am being used to deceive others.
Ministry to me would have been all about how much money I can scoop from people through the promise of liberty, miracles and all that they want to hear.
Sleeping with the beautiful woman and young girls who come to me for pastoral oversight would have being nothing to me. But God met me early enough and saved me from the dissipation and corruption we are seeing in Church today.
I can tell you Child of God, that if you are not planted in a ministry that is raised by God to deal with hyper deception these end times, you will become a victim and even a perpetrator of deception. Your divine destiny will be altered terribly like that of many have been altered today.
Sadly, you will never know your destiny has been altered when it happens. You will never know you have been deceived when it happens. You will never know these things until you meet the person of Christ, either in time or eternity. That is the most painful aspect of these things.
Just as a mad man sees sane people as mad, so do people who have been deceived or made spiritually deranged, see those walking in discernment as mad. I have never seen a deceived person who does not treat those who know the truth of the gospel as mad.
Deception is akin to insanity! That is why you should not be surprised when people call what (or who) is bearing truth that is very uncomfortable to their lies, false. We have been called so many things, demonized and vilified.
THOSE WHO ARE TOLD TO RAISE, SILENCE, OR BREAK ALTARS HATE US.
Those who practice charismatic witchcraft do not want to see us. Those who pray with sand, salt, apples, padlocks, or go to mountains and valleys to pray, and do all sorts of satanic things in the name of the LORD, hate even our name. Those who sleep with preachers do not want to see our faces.
Those being told to sow this seed and that seed and get that miracle, drink this oil, and get that breakthrough etc. see nothing wrong with the rituals and call us all kinds of names. Those who are under magicians called apostles and prophets, do not want to see us alive. They do all that because they have been veiled not to see the light of the true gospel.
A major highlight in our devotional text today says,
“But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.”
What is the message of today? The message is simple. God wants us all to be mindful of our divine destiny than any other thing. He wants us not to be like Esau who had no value for destiny and lost his place in God. He wants us to be like Paul who for the purpose of divine destiny lost all things to gain Christ.
We should be mindful of the release of our divine destiny and plant ourselves only in church ministries with preachers who do not preach themselves but Christ Jesus our LORD; ministers of the gospel who are not putting spiritual veils on the minds of men.
That is the message!!
