WELCOME TO THE 223RD DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY
We bless the LORD our God for the marvelous helps and grace He bestowed upon us to see another day. It is out of His mercies that we are not consumed for His compassion fails not.
He has been our help and our everything. The August edition of the Believers Victory Seminar was a huge blessing. We urge you to get all the sessions. It was a destiny shift that we have no words to fully describe. From the first to the last session, it was nothing less than an outpouring from the God of Heaven and earth.
To Him belong the glory!!! Amen and amen.
Today we will continue our discourse of what our destiny needs to be fulfilled. We will be taking some lessons from electricity. Not like what we did in the dominion seminar. This is just something different.
Let’s imagine for a moment that the power grids sustaining New York or any other advanced City of the world get shut down completely. Critical infrastructures that sustain life will be shut down and there will be death everywhere, especially in the hospitals. The world has advanced so much that without power there may be no life.
So, in simple terms, life itself will be shut down if power shuts down indefinitely in any advanced city of the world. No doubt, electricity has become a driving force of civilization in the entire world today.
ADVANCED CITIES OF THE WORLD ARE WIRED TO TOTALLY SURVIVE BY ELECTRICITY.
You will agree with me that electricity has made our lives very easy and prosperity very easy to come by. That is why economic experts will tell you that lack of adequate power supply is one of the factors contributing to poverty in Africa. Our devotional text today says,
“so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us;”
Whatever good electricity is doing to us today holds a revelation of what good the HOLY Ghost will do to us if He lives in us. That is how close God is to us; using even things invented to speak to us about His saving power and grace.
Just as lives will be shut down if electricity no longer exists on the face of the earth so our lives will be shut down if “the power of the Holy Ghost” do not live in us. What is true of the natural is true of the supernatural. That is the message!
If you are experiencing a shut down in your economy, marriage, faith, health, relationship with the LORD or anything in your walk with GOD, it’s a sign of supernatural power failure.
Our destiny was not designed to succeed when God’s power in our lives fail. The Holy Ghost must be constantly operational in our lives, for our destiny to be fulfilled. The release of destiny is not by might nor by power but by the operational work of the Holy Spirit.
Just as life will be shut down without electricity, so a man’s destiny be shut down without the operational work of the Holy Spirit.
Understand that Man was not originally created to survive outside the power of the Holy Ghost. That was why God gave him dominion at creation. He was created to be powered by Dominion. But from the day he lost it, the entire human race was thrown into darkness – supernatural power failure became our plague.
But Jesus came, died on the cross and fixed the problem for ever but a lot of men and woman in the Church are yet to see what was lost fully restored, hence finding it difficult to release their destiny.
IF YOU WILL EVER RELEASE YOUR DESTINY, THE HOLY GHOST MUST BE YOUR SENIOR FRIEND, PARTNER, COMRADE AND ALL IN ALL.
Sadly, a lot of lives in the Present Church live in a state of powerlessness that is making the devil look so strong to everyone. Things have become so terrible that Satan now gives his false power to some, thereby keeping them completely shut out from God’s true power – the very power we need to survive.
In fact, today, it is not just the power of the Holy Ghost that we need to be in us, but the Holy Ghost Himself.
You can have His power without having Him, but that will not take you far. One day you will do things that will shut the power down. But when you have Him, you will be fine all the time and not do anything that will shut His power down.
Powerlessness in the Spirit is one thing you must avoid in order to release your destiny. People who do not avoid it will end up running after sorcerers and diviners called prophets.
For example, a lot is up against us in this wicked world. But if there is no power failure in our lives as Christians, there will be no successful demonic attack in our lives or successful false prophet in the Church. The truth is that our enemies are not our problem! The absence of the revelation and manifestation of God’s unlimited power in our lives is our problem.
The release of destiny is a thing Satan fights sometimes using delay. But with God’s power in our lives, delay will not be able to hinder us.
Delay and stagnation have never been God’s will for any man.
When there is delay and stagnation in your life, you will begin to toil and get busy without progressing. Things will just be shutting down in your life. The only way to deal with that is to be plugged permanently to the unlimited power of the Holy Ghost for divine acceleration.
THE HOLY GHOST REMAINS GOD’S SAVING POWER AND ACCELERATOR IN EVERY CHURCH GENERATION.
He is God’s saving power; the ultimate saving power that needs to always live in us. Yes, He is God’s saving power that need to be constantly operational in our lives. He operates better when we allow Him to live and thrive in us. When He lives in us, and we become truly His temples in the Spirit on earth, no weapon formed against us shall prosper.
But instead of seeking Him to live in us, many seek the ways of the sorcerers to obtain freedom from the works of the enemy. Come to think of it, will you drink Oil, use brooms and prayer books to pray, use salt and mustard seeds to fight your enemies and think you will be free from your enemies? No!
You may experience some relief but will never be free from your enemies or their evil works!! Jesus conquered Satan by His blood not by salt, mustard seed, apples, perverted communion services, olive oil, praying mats, holy water, or whatever prophets may be giving you to buy and use according to their prescriptions.
As you pass through this day, do not forget that until the Holy Ghost lives in you, there will be no power in your life to release your destiny.
If there is no power in your life, witches will always have you for dinner. Supernatural Power failure is the reason for poverty, oppression, sickness, failed marriages and relationships. It is the reason for the woes of the present-day Church.
Child of God, anyone who returns to the power the early Church had, will take a great leap forward in life! It is not the greatness of your shouts and prayer screams that will neutralize your enemies but the greatness of GOD’s power working in you.
In the spirit realm it is the greatness of GOD’s power that devils submit to, not the greatness of our screams and shouts in prayer. In fact, a powerless man makes the loudest noise. Men of power make sentences to neutralize the power of the evil one, they do not shout or scream endlessly without seeing anything happen.
