TODAY’S DEVOTION (TUESDAY 13TH JANUARY 2026)
“The Lord gave the word; great was the company of those who proclaimed it:”
Psalm 68:11 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 13TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORY
Blessed be the name of the LORD for another day from His throne. His mercies has given us life again this morning. His Spirit has surrounded us with everything we need to become what He wants us to be.
To Him be the glory in Jesus precious name!! Amen.
When Jesus commissioned over 500 people to go make disciples of all nations, teaching them to observe what He has taught them, He was showing us the most important work of Heaven on earth.
Church History is littered with the lives of men and women who gave their lives doing this one assignment of God for His own.
They would have lived and died as nonentities if they had not been quickened by the Holy Spirit to carry out this eternal work of God in time. You will never know where your greatness lies until you become a faithful publisher of the word of the LORD, not for gain but for the will of God to be done in and through you as written in heaven.
You will remain a nonentity and maybe a no body until you become a publisher of God’s word.
Understand that sometimes, it is the word of the LORD we publish as His faithful witnesses that makes us what He created us to be. The way we depend on God for survival, is the way He depends on us for His word to be taken from one person to another.
Angels are not designed to do that, that is why publishing His word puts a man in a job that angels are not permitted to do, thereby attracting their special attention and activities around the man, because they are commissioned to build their special camps around those who publish God’s word.
ONE OF THE MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CHILD OF GOD IS TO BE A PUBLISHER OF THE WORD OF THE LORD.
We are to fear God enough to function as publishers of His word, and the first word WE ARE CALLED to publish is the word of His redemption and eternal plan for mankind. We are to let people know what He did on the cross for them, and how they can receive it and become what He created them to be.
This calls for each believer to study the message of the cross and know it like they know their names. God use men to reach men, yes, He use men to save men and wants you and I to be that man He can use to reach other men and save them. But if we are ignorant of what He did on the cross and how people can be saved eternally through it, then we will not be able to fulfill His expectations of us.
If we do not fulfill His expectations of us, we will never see Him fulfill our own life expectations.
It is a covenant that makes Him do for us what we do for Him. In a covenant, each person must fulfill their part. You and I must fulfill our parts by studying the scriptures to know the message of the cross like we know our names, and from our prayer knees live our days publishing it. That is the first word to publish. The next is like it.
The next word to publish is by serving as an extension to the revelation He has given to His holy apostles and prophets appointed to us; men He has given to us as spiritual authority to live and submit to. We are to be their Elisha, their Joshua, their Timothy, their Titus and so forth, as they serve our generation according to the will of God.
God may have placed you under one with a dispensational truth and grace, you are to make sure what he teaches do not remain within your ears but get to thousands of other ears. You may need to spend your money to put it on the media, (tv, radio or social media) or on any other platform to reach thousands or millions of other ears.
We are not to allow what they teach us to remain in our ears; we are to spread them to other ears. That is the second way to function as a publisher of God’s word. Again, the devotional text says:

BE PART OF THE COMPANY THAT PUBLISHES THE WORD THE LORD HAS GIVEN TO HIS SERVANT, YOUR SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY.
Do not be part of those who hear and keep it. You will never progress if you do that. I remember someone I once gave copies of our books, ARRESTING SECRET SINS, ARRESTING THE MYSTERY OF WICKEDNESS, and THE BIRTH OF THE SEVENTH ANGEL, to distribute freely. He kept them for months in his house and never gave them to anyone.
I remember another woman who called herself a prophetess even burning three of our books, RIDING ON COVENANT WINGS, OVERCOMING WITCHCRAFT BY THE GREATNESS OF GOD’S POWER, and YOU SHALL NOT BE POOR. I don’t think she is alive today following what I heard happened thereafter.
You think you will destroy God’s word and go to live a great life after that? No!!
People who do like the so-called prophetess or the brother who kept the books in his house without giving them to anyone are sabotaging the word of the LORD. The word of the LORD you sabotage will cut off the works of the Spirit of the LORD in your life.
Yes, there will be no works of the LORD in a man’s life if he cannot publish the word of the LORD given by the LORD either to him or to those God placed him under. God wants us to be co runners of His forerunners. A people who serve as extension of what God has put in others are called co-runners. You are to be a co runner with your man or woman of God.
Lastly, we are saddle with the responsibility of declaring God’s praise. That is the third word of the LORD to publish. To declare His praise is to affirm His works in our lives to the ears of everyone. To tell them what He has done for us, using His servants, His word or His Spirit.
A BELIEVER WHO LIVE HIS DAYS DOING ALL THESE WILL LEAD A BLESSED LIFE.
He or she will command Heaven’s attention. Yes, God will see him or her as His friend, a choice relation of Heaven on earth.
As we bring this to a close, understand that people who publish God’s word OR the messages He gave to His servants and cap it up by declaring God’s praise with pure motives, commands an attention in the spirit realm that is stronger than that of any other people in the body of Christ. The Bible calls them “faithful witnesses.”
This devotional is a call on us to become SIGNIFICANT FAITHFUL WITNESSES OF JESUS CHRIST on earth. Men are getting lost to the gates of hell daily, believers are getting deceived and taken back to their old lives. God is counting on us to save them all. Let us respond to the call to be His Faithful witnesses like Antipas was in the early church!! Amen.
LET THIS SCRIPTURAL PASSAGE BE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY;
“And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write, ‘These things says He who has the sharp two-edged sword:
“I know your works, and where you dwell, where Satan’s throne is. And you hold fast to My name, and did not deny My faith even in the days in which Antipas was My faithful martyr, who was killed among you, where Satan dwells.
