TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL (Friday 22nd January 2021)

WELCOME TO THE 22nd DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS
It’s another day from the LORD! You may not think this day is a gift from God, just enter any hospital ward where someone is at the point of death. Maybe you will realize it is. There are people who did not see this day even after spending all they had to make it happen.
It’s important to know how precious our days are and put on attitude of gratitude to the LORD of our life, Jesus Christ.
Today we want to look at certain things in God’s word that will add to the building block of our faith. This we should not be ignorant about.
You see, being ignorant or in the dark about something important is one thing that should never happen to any human on the face of the earth. For instance, I watched a video clip where one of the men nominated by Joe Biden to serve in his cabinet introduced a man as his wife and thanked him for standing by him in all his public service. I thought it was a joke.
Clearly, some of the preachers in America and all over the world, and Christians who knows God’s standard for marriage who joined the lost world to speak against Donald Trump and supported Joe Biden were in dark of what his presidency was bringing.
Except you are part of the army of Satan in the body of Christ, no believer will stand in support of a leader who supports same sex marriage knowing what GOD did to Sodom and Gomorrah and His eternal judgment that awaits such people.
CLEARLY, THE BIBLE SAYS;
“So God said, in effect, “If that’s what you want, that’s what you get.”
It wasn’t long before they were living in a pigpen, smeared with filth, filthy inside and out. And all this because they traded the true God for a fake god, and worshiped the god they made instead of the God who made them—the God we bless, the God who blesses us. Oh, yes!
Worse followed. Refusing to know God, they soon didn’t know how to be human either—women didn’t know how to be women, men didn’t know how to be men.
Sexually confused, they abused and defiled one another, women with women, men with men—all lust, no love. And then they paid for it, oh, how they paid for it—emptied of God and love, godless and loveless wretches.” Romans 1: 24-27 The Message Bible
How can a scripture like this be in the Bible and one who calls himself a Christian celebrate at the fraudulent ascension of a political leader who supports same sex marriage, to the throne? Like I said, its either these preachers and their members are in the dark or they are part of the army of Satan in the body – the spots and wrinkles that must be washed for the glorious Church to emerge.
The scriptures cannot be emphatic about a thing and we are empathetic towards it. This shows we do not believe in or belong to the God of the Bible. A generation that refuses to know GOD, will soon loose what it means to be human. When you lose what makes you human, you will become confused about your gender.
Well, those who said, “the Bible say the antichrist will arise so we should not say anything” are even in a darker darkness. The time for the political antichrist has not come. This is the time of the saints of the Most High God according to scriptures, and it was stupid of our brethren at the gate not to keep the gate to prevent this abominable from rising when they had the power.
Sadly, this is just the beginning. The worst is yet to come. But there will be redemption.
It is really dangerous to be in the dark. We ought to be a generation that have understanding of the times and know what Israel ought to do because of the critical times we find ourselves. But we are not!
SOME KNEW WHAT THEY OUGHT TO DO BUT COURAGE FAILED THEM.
These are not days of courage failure, no. These are days of uncommon courage and righteous ruthlessness. Sadly, their pastors did not tell them that. They were not trained for a time like this! They did not feed on the right spiritual food while in public service.
It is the spiritual food you feed on that prepares you to serve as a kingdom repetitive while in public service.
That is one major message to glean from the life of Saul; the first king of Israel. When God appointed him to that position, he needed to feed from the same plate with Samuel as a sign of the food he must be eating all his days of public service. The Bible says;
“Now Samuel took Saul and his servant and brought them into the hall, and had them sit in the place of honor among those who were invited; there were about thirty persons. And Samuel said to the cook, “Bring the portion which I gave you, of which I said to you, ‘Set it apart.’ ”
So the cook took up the thigh with its upper part and set it before Saul. And Samuel said, “Here it is, what was kept back. It was set apart for you. Eat; for until this time it has been kept for you, since I said I invited the people.” So Saul ate with Samuel that day.
When they had come down from the high place into the city, Samuel spoke with Saul on the top of the house.” 1 Samuel 9:22-25 NKJV
The portion that was set apart for Saul represents choice spiritual food for those God has appointed to serve as gate keepers of His kingdom while in public service. And it is to be prepared by the Holy Spirit as the cook in the house or life of a Samuel and given to a Saul, appointed for certain seasons.
If you look at the politicians who gave in to pressure when Trump was trying to rally them to fight together and expose the electoral fraud which would have prevented the abominations we are seeing today from rising, you cannot find any who was properly fed spiritually. You cannot find any who ate the choice spiritual meal preserved for kingdom warriors in public service.
THAT WAS WHY THEY CAVED IN!
Warriors do not cave in; what they fed on do not let them cave in. They press in battle even to death. But these guys who ought to be the gate keepers where not fed with SET APART spiritual meals. The good people who voted did their work but the gate keepers failed them. They failed to expose the fraud that covered the vote of the people hence allowing what we are seeing today to rise.
Obviously, while some were in the dark, many were too weak to fight. If you fed lions what is meant for chickens, they will become chickens in battle. They will lose their lion nature.
Sadly, that is what most cutting edge preachers are feeding their congregations with – food meant for chickens; grains instead of strong meat. Strong meat creates a better awareness of the governmental structures and strategies of the evil one and strengthens one to bring them down.
But grains keep you in the dark of the weightier matters; and propels you to keep seeking the acts of God and being a nice Christians who do not want trouble. They make you a chicken to be slaughtered or sent back to the cage in the day of battle.
Pastor Chris Delvan once sang a son that says, “we are not rats running an aimless race.” He said, “but we are lions in a winning race.” This agrees with the Holy Scriptures that presents our LORD and King as the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. I don’t really know where we got this our chicken nature from.
A major highlight in our devotional says;

Obviously, we got it from our spiritual meals that keep us in a state of NOT KNOWING the real war. The greatest killer of men is simply “not knowing.” If you do not know who you are in Christ Jesus, you will never be able to press into it and become what God wants you to be.
I think one of the polluted spiritual foods that is turning a people who are destined to be lions into chickens is the false grace gospel. It teaches you a godliness that is alien to the kingdom, and takes away the nature you ought to come into when the roaring lion is about establishing a beastly government.
IF PAUL WAS A CHICKEN, THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN NO TRUE GOSPEL TODAY. ALL WE WOULD HAVE HAD IS JUDAISM.
The Bible says he fought with the beast of Ephesus. It takes Lions to deal with beastly people. If Jesus, the grace of God Himself, was a chicken, I don’t think God would have raised Him up from the death.
God do not raise chickens from the dead. God raises Lions, because His kingdom is a Kingdom of Lions empowered by His glory to charge against the roaring lion and his agents; fighting the good fight of faith and laying hold on eternal things and bringing them into time. The Bible says,
“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.” 1 Timothy 6:12 NKJV
The Bible did not say withdraw from a fight of faith. It says we should fight. We do not withdraw when the enemy is about establishing a beastly people over us. We fight both on our feet and our knees, with weapons that are not carnal but mighty.
Even before the Cross, everyone who walked with the LORD to stop evil governments were all Lions. From Elijah, to Daniel, to Jeremiah and the rest of the Prophets. Go back to read how Moses stormed the gates of Egypt. He did not go there pleading or behaving like chicken. God would have abandoned Him and returned to the Throne Room if He had done that.
“Man of God, Does God abandoned us when we begin to behave like chickens?” Yes, He does. He said to Jeremiah;
“Therefore prepare yourself and arise, and speak to them all that I command you. Do not be dismayed before their faces, LEST I DISMAY YOU BEFORE THEM.
For behold, I have made you this day a fortified city and an iron pillar, and bronze walls against the whole land— Against the kings of Judah, against its princes, against its priests and against the people of the land.
They will fight against you, but they shall not prevail against you. For I am with you,” says the LORD, “to deliver you.” Jeremiah 1: 17-19 NKJV
Look at the words I capped in the verse. They tell us that God can abandon us in battle and begin to dismay us instead if we behave like chickens before the enemy or his agents. The verse tells us the increase of capacity that takes place within us if we choose to stand like lions before the roaring lion and his people.
Time for us to stop feeding on spiritual food that is keeping us in ignorance and turning lions into chickens. Time to sit down and be fed by the Lion of the Tribe of Judah Himself using His holy apostles and Prophets in our midst, not the charlatans you call apostles and prophets.
It takes the LION to train lions using a lion. End time battles will be for trained lions not fearful chickens.
