TODAY’S DEVOTION (SATURDAY 4TH FEBRUARY 2023)
“Wait and listen, everyone who is thirsty! Come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Yes, come, buy [priceless, spiritual] wine and milk without money and without price [simply for the self-surrender that accepts the blessing].
Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your earnings for what does not satisfy? Hearken diligently to Me, and eat what is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness [the profuseness of spiritual joy].
Incline your ear [submit and consent to the divine will] and come to Me; hear, and your soul will revive; and I will make an everlasting covenant or league with you, even the sure mercy (kindness, goodwill, and compassion) promised to David.” Isaiah 55:1-3 AMPC
WELCOME TO THE 35TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF SIGNS AND WONDERS!
We give God the glory for His marvelous helps. We thank Him for the light of His word that has been guiding us since we stepped into this year. It is out of His mercies that we are not consumed.
Today is the 4th day of our 28-day journey of faith with the Cry of the Holy Spirit on supernatural living. Yesterday, we saw what I will call the Prophetic Purpose of the supernatural in God’s kingdom today. The purpose is to restore us back to our original state in the first Adam, but as repackaged in the second Adam.
That was why the first Adam was a living being, but the second Adam, became a life-giving-Spirit. That life, is the supernatural life that was lost to sin, and the consequential expulsion from the Garden of Eden. The second Adam had to pay the price in the Garden of Gethsemane, the place of pressing, then proceed to the Cross to die, get buried and resurrected, to make that happen.
When He completed the entire process (the process of death burial and resurrection), He came out to declare to the human race saying,
“All power, in heaven and on earth has been given unto me” (Matthew 28:18).
Meaning, I have taken back that which you guys lost. Sadly, only few people who had been walking with Him years before that day, heard Him.
THEN THEY WERE GIVEN THE MANDATE TO GO TELL OTHERS ABOUT THE GOOD NEWS, AMONG OTHER THINGS.
And they began to share it, from Jerusalem, to Judea, and to Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. And the story moved, from generation to generation, until it got to us. That was how we even got to know about it. The Bible explains all these in these contemporary tenses;
“Jesus approached and, breaking the silence, said to them, All authority (all power of rule) in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.
Go then and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
Teaching them to observe everything that I have commanded you, and behold, I am with you all the days (perpetually, uniformly, and on every occasion), to the [very] close and consummation of the age. Amen (so let it be).” Matthew 28:18-20 AMPC
From the scripture, it is clear that the mandate was not just to tell, but to train fallen men and women to accept the LORD, and come into the life that was lost in the first Adam, which is now restored in the second.
The word for this training is called discipleship. It involves Baptism in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, which many have limited to water baptism, and consequently, have still not come into the life. When you experience the Baptism Jesus refers to, you will come into the life.
There are three kinds of Baptisms in scriptures, two of the three must be experienced for us to come into the supernatural life we lost. The first Baptism in scriptures is water Baptism, the second is, Holy Ghost baptism, and the third, Baptism of fire.
As earlier stated, the first Baptism might not be necessary because it is just a testimony to the world that you have now left them for Christ. But the baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire are a necessity, and we will come into that much later in the course of this journey.
So, from what we can see, in the coming of the second Adam, the spiritual legal framework that was needed, to help us return back to our original state of supernatural living, has been established.
ACCESS TO THE HOLY OF HOLIES, WHERE WHAT I CALL “HOLY OF HOLIES” SPIRITUAL RESTORATIONS TAKE PLACE, STANDS GRANTED.
Anyone who wills can now enter and get back what was lost in the Garden. Our devotional text, taken from the book of Isaiah, puts it this way;

Like every other scripture, there is so much we can glean here. The first is in the first verse of the text.
We can see clearly that no aspect of the supernatural in God will require financial exchange or any other form of commercial transaction to be accessed. You can now understand why Simon the sorcerer offered Peter money to flow in the supernatural of God, and Peter said to him; “your money perishes with you. You think you can buy the gift of God with money?”
You see if Peter were one of the present days leading spiritual leaders, he would have collected the money, calling it “seeding into the anointing.” I’ve heard so many Pentecostal and charismatic church leaders of the present church, sharing stories of how they stepped into power after offering certain sacrifices to certain preachers.
SADLY, PEOPLE ARE SO IGNORANT. SO, THEY ACCEPT THE POWERS THE MEN DISPLAY AFTER SUCH RITUALS AS FROM GOD.
There are so many dark things happening in what we call church today, when it comes to matters of the supernatural. It goes beyond commercializing the supernatural. Since everyone is in need of it, most preachers go to any length to have it in other to become famous, rich, and successful; by their definition of success.
There are miracle working prophets, apostles, Bishops and other men in God’s garments, who even engage themselves in sex rituals to get the power. Others offer human sacrifices (the sacrifice of unborn babies through forced abortions of children of those they sleep with, or the sacrifice of church members who are empty of GOD, the burying of charms here and there, and all that) to access the power. This is an eyesore!
Child of God, there is so much darkness in Church today when it comes to the supernatural. End time believers must be warned of these things.
We did warn those we could, through one of our books, titled; “Overcoming Witchcraft by the Greatness of God’s power.” We exposed the dark powers in the perverted church of the present Church, through that apostolic and prophetic voice of GOD in print.
That is why preachers who profit by those powers hate us passionately. Bloggers and you-tubers who belong to their stuck do videos to call us liars. But those who they have chained with their dark powers are being free on daily bases by the LORD.
Jesus said it will happen because of the times and season that are upon us. When it comes to the commercialization of the supernatural, what Simon did and how Peter responded sends a clear message to all generations.
The message is clear that only the supernatural of the devil, can be accessible through commercialization. Only that of the devil can be accessible when you raise an altar of sacrifice, or give some monies towards it. That of God cannot be accessible that way; access to it, is not monetarily.
If you are therefore, told by any prophet, apostle or whoever, to give some money to tap into the supernatural of God, it is a ploy to connect you to the supernatural of the devil.
GOD BLESS GIVING, BUT WE DO NOT GIVE TO BE BLESSED OR GET A MIRACLE, WE GIVE BECAUSE WE ARE BLESSED.
The supernatural of God is accessed differently. Our devotional text shows us how. It says “come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat!” The word “buy,” in there, is not a commercial word, but a word that expresses the presence of a spiritual cost. That cost is called consecration.
It is through consecration we get into the realms of the Holy Spirit, where the Holy-of-Holies-encounters that precipitates supernatural living, are present. The journey begins, by thirsting for it, and then separating yourself unto God for it. And that is, after the seed of the supernatural of GOD called, “eternal life,” have been sown into your life, through a genuine salvation encounter.
The Bible says;
“He came to that which belonged to Him [to His own—His domain, creation, things, world], and they who were His own did not receive Him and did not welcome Him.
But to as many as did receive and welcome Him, He gave the authority (power, privilege, right) to become the children of God, that is, to those who believe in (adhere to, trust in, and rely on) His name—
Who owe their birth neither to bloods nor to the will of the flesh [that of physical impulse] nor to the will of man [that of a natural father], but to God. [They are born of God!]” John 1:11-13 AMPC
If your salvation, is not born of the flesh, or of the will of man, or of the will of blood; if it is born of the will of God, the seed, or right, privilege, or power, to walk in the supernatural of God will be planted in you. Then as you consecrate, you will begin to adapt to the environment of that seed. Before you know it, you will come into the realms where the supernatural of GOD will become your living place.
As we saw yesterday, the first aspect of the supernatural that will be restored through this process, is the aspect that is for this age. The second is the aspect that is for the age to come.
From tomorrow, we will begin to unveil the apostolic and prophetic consecration patterns, that brought many of our Bible fathers to the realm of supernatural living in God, in their own age and time.
We will be looking at the divine testimonies they earned, through their faith, or walk and talk with God. We will trust the Spirit of Christ, to unveil the consecration patterns that are hidden in their testimonies, since everything was written for our admonition.
LET THIS SCRIPTURE BE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY!
“Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].
For by [faith—trust and holy fervor born of faith] the men of old had divine testimony borne to them and obtained a good report.” Hebrews 11:1-2 AMPC
