TODAY’S DEVOTION (SATURDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER 2023)
“To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ;
to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.
Therefore I ask that you do not lose heart at my tribulations for you, which is your glory. Ephesians 3:8-13 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 252ND DAY OF OUR YEAR OF SIGNS AND WONDERS
God is good to us! Our lives testify! He has been repeating things He has a history doing in the lives of mankind. We give Him the glory for all His marvelous works in our lives.
He has been watching over us, keeping us, providing for us, fighting for us, forgiving our sins, teaching us to forgive others, and doing much more than we can ever ask or think. To Him belong all the glory! The best of all these, is His readiness to keep building our faith, and blessing us to serve our generation according to His will.
Day unto day He has been feeding us with faith building truths. Today there is another word for us; a word we can use in adding to the building blocks of our faith. I hope you are ready for it.
The earth is experiencing a terrible traffic in the spirit realm. Beings are moving from hell to the earth in alarming proportion – they are almost jamming themselves because of the urgency that the evil one has placed on them. He is doing all that because of the shortness of the time that is still left for his final judgment.
The Bible says,
Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.” Revelation 12:12 NKJV
This scripture described the shortness of the time the enemy had, counting from the day he was casted out of heaven. Thousands of years has passed since then, so now his time has become shorter then it was then. He has become more desperate.
Friend, the devil knows how short his time has become, especially counting from today; hence the massive deployment of forces from hell to the earth. He is deploying forces to every aspects of the human life on earth, to execute his eternal agenda; a very dark and damning agenda.
THE CHURCH IS NOT EVEN LEFT OUT IN THIS MASSIVE DEPLOYMENT OF THE SATANIC REGIMENT FROM HELL.
Some of the areas of the church that his massive forces are being deployed, are the pulpit and pews of most end time local Churches. He is raising dark preachers, and an army of very terrific, accurate, but false prophets and heretic teachers, to man the leadership areas of the Church, and terrible church members to operate from the pews.
The continent of Africa, for example, has been carefully covered by his evil agenda. He has locked out north Africa already from the One and only true God. And if you look at west Africa, southern Africa, eastern Africa and few other parts of the continent, you will see this army operating unchecked, trying to lock those areas out also, using deception – presenting the false Christ as the true Christ.
Sadly, people seem to be helpless and government overrun by these dark religious people in church.
Wrapped in garments of flamboyancy and armed with lips of accurate prophecies, by the power of the divination of the moon and stars, this army that is presenting the false Christ is stealing the minds of the naïve and gullible. Making sure, few or no one, submits to the ministries of God’s true soldiers to be discipled, and have Christ formed in their hearts.
Friend, there is a complete repetition of the ministry of the sorcerer in Acts chapter 8 in our generation. Concerning this dark prophet, the Bible says;
“But there was a certain man called Simon, who previously practiced sorcery in the city and astonished the people of Samaria, claiming that he was someone great, to whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, “This man is the great power of God.”
And they heeded him because he had astonished them with his sorceries for a long time. Acts 8:9-12 NKJV
THERE IS A SECOND COMING OF ANCIENT DEVILS IN OUR GENERATION
Copy pasting the ministries of true and accurate servants of God, and using it to give his messengers IDENTITY in other to conceal who they really are, has been Satan’s age long practice.
Three major areas their ministries targets in the lives of their captives, are, marriage, money and deliverance. They lead a network of NEED BASED MINISTRIES, and tailor their prophecies according to the carnal needs of people, hence having a lot of crowds that gather around, calling them “great power of God!”
Whenever I see such crowds and naïve people around this present-day breed of Simon the sorcerer, I see how huge hell is enlarging itself, and how inviting the way that lead to eternal damnation is!
But God also has an eternal program, hallelujah! A redemptive program for these precious souls trapped in these “Broad Way Gospel Ministries.” Most of it is classified and sealed in the hearts if few. Now, if you are wondering why, and if you are doubting about the possibility of God having classified information in His kingdom, for a few ears only, here is a scripture that will help you understand.
The Bible says;
“The secret things belong unto the Lord our God, but the things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all of the words of this law.” Deuteronomy 29:29 AMP
The secret things that belong to the LORD, are the classified revelations from Heaven that sometimes He will share with few ears, and tell them, “Seal it, until the time appointed by the Father.” The Bible says such revelations belong to the LORD. But the ones that are DECLASSIFIED or REVEALED belong to all of the Sons of the Kingdom, and their families.
They are revealed so that we may do the words contain in them! That is why you must come into the revelation of the classified things hidden to be declassified for our generation. There are things that were classified in previous Church generations that are being de-classified in our generation – things hidden from them for us!
SPEAKING ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF HAVING SUCH THINGS, PAUL WROTE TO THE CHURCH AT CORINTH SAYING;
“To me, less than the least of all saints, has this grace been given, to announce among the nations the glad tidings of the unsearchable riches of the Christ, and to enlighten all [with the knowledge of] what is the administration of the mystery hidden throughout the ages in God, who has created all things, Ephesians 3:8-9 Darby
This is the Darby translation rendering of a portion of our devotional text today – a scriptural text that reveal the possibility of coming into things, that were hidden from a previous generation, to be revealed or declassified in a current generation.
Paul woke up to this reality and became a custodian of revelations that were concealed from previous generations, to be unveiled in the church age, which extends to our age. That was why he suffered more than all other apostles. The Bible made it clear that, no one is to add to what the LORD already used him to reveal to the Church. We are to rather, extend it to our own age and time.
But sadly, many are rather standing on it to add their own so-called revelation and spiritual experiences. It has resulted in heresies and all kinds of dark practices in the present Church.
The life of a custodian of such things that Paul carried, is not always smooth. They will call him terrible names and do so much to quench him or her. That is why when you begin to emphasize what he emphasized and begin to extend what he did in his own age, in our age, you suffer the same things.
But every generation, must wake up to things that are hidden from the previous generation, for them to be able to fulfil their destiny. Things that have already been revealed in the Holy Scriptures and buried in the New Testament, especially in the letters of Paul, but were not emphasized by the Holy Spirit in a previous generation.
The pattern of this is found in the experience Moses had with the LORD, when Pharaoh resisted his initial moves to free Israel from Egypt. The Bible says;
“And God spoke to Moses and said to him: “I am the Lord. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty, but by My name Lord I was not known to them.” Exodus 6:2-3 NKJV
THERE IS A PATTERN TO UNDERSTAND HERE; THE REVELATION OF A STANDARD TO COME INTO.
There are things from the Scriptures that the Holy Spirit revealed to our fathers, who have gone to be with the LORD, that the present men and women called fathers and mothers of faith built their ministries on. But those things have become obsolete so long as God’s redemptive program is concern, due to the darkness that has taken them over.
There is need for fresh emphasis of the Holy Spirit. It is those emphasis you find in the mouth of some of us who are presently misunderstood and called all kinds of names.
Now, this is not for babies in Christ, but for the mature.
God wants our generation to wake up and come into the present emphasis of the Holy Spirit. There are no words to describe the glorious things we will tap into in Christ Jesus, if we all come into it.
The emphasis contains the revelation of things hidden from our fathers, who have gone to be with the LORD, and many of the present men and women called fathers and mothers of the faith.
It is hidden from them hence the resistance they and their members build against us.
Sadly, the enemy is using some of them to resist all the Spirit is emphasizing by the mouths of some of us, because he knows something. He knows that if the present church come into the present emphasis of the Spirit, we will become like gods to him, and have the fitness and capacity to neutralize him completely.
The pattern of that can still be seen in Moses. When he came into what was hidden from Abraham, in his own age and time, the Bible said he entered into a glory realm where He became like God to pharaoh. Do not forget, he was there to neutralize the gods of Egypt.
It takes one who is like God to neutralize darks gods, and the fellow must come into things God did not reveal to a previous generation. That is the message.
As we bring this to a close, understand that God’s will is for our generation to come into emphasis of the Spirit that were not made to previous generation, but hidden in the New Testament.
Emphasis like the use of oil, being replaced by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The present Church being the very salt that Elisha poured into the river to heal it, the altars that were raised then, becoming hearts to be lifted to the LORD, not altars to be raised again, the shadows that Moses established then, are no longer to be repeated, but replaced with what they represent in Christ.
WE ARE BEING USED TO BRING THESE EMPHASIS, NOT BECAUSE WE ARE BETTER, BUT BECAUSE WE ARE BORN FOR SUCH A TIME LIKE THIS.
Moses was not better than Abraham, but He was born for such a time like the time he lived in. On the other hand, the greatness of Abraham, was not diminished by the revelation of Moses. It was rather fulfilled. It was fulfilled because it was not mixed with anything dark.
If it was mixed with anything dark, like that of the aged preachers many call fathers and mothers of faith today, it would have been diminished.
Yes, it would have been diminished by what the Spirit revealed to Moses, like the ones of those seen as fathers and mothers today, is gradually diminishing by what the Holy Spirit is emphasizing through some of us. Which is why they brand us as, “folks with no respect for fathers.”
Child of God, the old prophet will not fail to put up a fight with the young prophet, if his greatness is diminished by the ministry of the young prophet. The older generation will fight us, if the emphasis of the Holy Spirit by our mouth is diminishing their greatness. We should expect that to happen. They will call us all kinds of names and give us terrible branding, but it will not stop what God is doing.
Ordinarily, the greatness of the ministries of the older generation should have been fulfilled in what the Spirit is emphasizing by the mouth of the younger generation. But because it is mixed with darkness, it is rather being diminished.
That is why it is stupid of you not to accept a truth from a younger generation like us, because a great general of faith of an older generation feels threaten and is hiding behind lying vanities to castigate and slam us.
You will never become AS GOD TO THE PHARAOHS of this age, or slay the giants you are born to slay, until you come into the revelation of scriptural truths being emphasized by the Holy Spirit in the mouth of the younger generation of our age and time.
Now when I say a younger generation, I am not referring to the younger generation we see in our age and time, who are simply either sons or allies of the older generation whose greatness is mixed with darkness. But the younger generation that is like the Young Prophet from Judah, with spiritual roots that can be traced to Christ in Elijah.
MAKE THIS SCRIPTURE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY!
Then the king declared to the man of God, “Come home with me, refresh yourself, and I’ll give you a reward.”
But the man of God replied, “If you were to give me half your house, I still wouldn’t go with you, and I wouldn’t eat food or drink water in this place, for this is what I was commanded by the word of the LORD: ‘You must not eat food or drink water or go back the way you came.’”
So he went another way; he did not go back by the way he had come to Bethel.
Now a certain old prophet was living in Bethel. His son[a] came and told him all the deeds that the man of God had done that day in Bethel. His sons also told their father the words that he had spoken to the king.
Then their father asked them, “Which way did he go?” His sons had seen[b] the way taken by the man of God who had come from Judah.
Then he said to his sons, “Saddle the donkey for me.” So they saddled the donkey for him, and he got on it. 1 Kings 13:7-13 NKJV
