TODAY’S DEVOTION (TUESDAY 15TH OCTOBER 2024)
“Yes, in the way of your judgments, O Lord, we have waited for You; the desire of our soul is for Your name and for the remembrance of You.
With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek you early; For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.
Let grace be shown to the wicked, yet he will not learn righteousness; In the land of uprightness he will deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the Lord.” Isaiah 26:8-10NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 289TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF IMPACT.
I bless the God of Heaven and earth for His great deeds and marvelous helps all through these days. If we were in the hands of the evil one, we would have been in our graves by now. But the resurrection and life Himself has kept us.
It pays to be in the hands of the LORD. It has a way of protecting one from being in the hands of the evil one.
Yes, your life is not designed to be in two hands. If you are in the hands of the LORD, just know you are not in the hands of the evil one, and if one is in the hands of the evil one, he or she is not in the hands of the LORD. Period!!
There are interventions of God that are not possible until people find their place in God’s hands. For us in the Cry of the Spirit Ministries International, our place in God’s hands is the eye opening and heart circumcising apostolic mission the LORD committed to our hands.
Majority of us do not have many problems, we just have one problem, and that problem is spiritual blindness that is preventing us from finding our place in God’s hands. That is why whenever the LORD takes spiritual blindness away, we find our appointed place in His hands, and begin to enjoy spiritual blessings that exist there.
We will begin to come into things that eyes have not seen, ears heard, nor hearts conceived. We will begin to see the outbreak of His power, Kingdom and glory in our lives.
Permit me to go back to matters of spiritual blindness.
Spiritual blindness is what has separated all from what the LORD has prepared for them. There is something someone is not seeing that is why he or she is suffering. There is something someone is not seeing, that is why they are following lying prophets or teachers.
THERE IS SOMETHING FOLLOWERS OF SCANDALOUS PREACHERS ARE NOT SEEING, HENCE CALLING THEM MEN OR WOMEN OF GOD.
When spiritual blindness is taken away, you begin to see things in God’s eyes. When you begin to see things in God’s eyes, you will change your perspective or language. Indeed, anyone who lacks spiritual sight will never lack terrible troubles, struggles or toiling.
If your life is full of struggles, toiling, or any of the ills of this world, especially if the things are not the price of doing God’s will, or if they are not part of the test and trial of the faith, it’s a sign that you are spiritually blind to what will stop the problems.
You are blind to what God has prepared to change your life. You could be pursuing the wrong solutions to your problem.
With the so many demonic backings we are seeing today in local Churches and the lives of the perverse, it’s important that we bring a word to the righteous who are not hook up to the demonic.
One of the major things making the righteous sad, is the seeming success of what is false but not true. When what is false and not true succeeds, the Bible calls it the prosperity of the wicked. It will destroy!
God does not back falsehood or anything that is not His will. When you see such things succeeds, it is the prosperity of the wicked.
Yes, when you see Churches, ministers, marriages and other things that are built on falsehood succeeding, they are receiving demonic back ups. Do not feel sad or rejected by the LORD. The LORD is not the one helping such systems, and He will ignore them until either the people repent, their evil begin to eat them, or they come into divine judgment.
Every elect of Christ must understand that there are two kinds of backings we see on the face of the earth today – demonic backings and divine backings. So many in Church today, those who belong to the end time synagogue of Satan, are enjoying demonic backing and calling it divine.
They do not question the source of the miracles they get, the great financial breakthroughs they celebrate and all that. They just celebrate them, saying “you can’t argue with results.”
THE ELECT OF CHRIST MUST UNDERSTAND THAT DIVINE BACKING IS A BLESSING ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE TRUE AND ARE DOING THE WILL OF GOD.
Whoever is not doing the will of God but prospering is not under divine backing. God will never release His mercy to manifest as divine backing in our lives, until we become true in our walk with Him and step into His will.
For instance, if a marriage was not built on truth and established within divine will, the couples will never see “God’s mercy” keeping them in perfect peace. But when they realize it, and begin to live their lives according to divine will, they will begin to enjoy divine backing.
It is therefore at act of mercy for one to suffer when they are not in tune with God. Yes, it is an act of mercy for us to go through hell when we depart from the ways and will of God. That is the only way we can return back to the LORD.
Clearly, if we depart from the ways of the LORD and begin to see prosperity and freedom like Cain saw, we will never return to the LORD.
Our LORD and savior Jesus Christ, will make sure that whatever we do outside His will and ways, get filled with unquenchable troubles and all kinds of wars that will send us back to Him.
He said, “these ones that the Father has given me, no one will take them away.” If the enemy will not take us away, we must suffer whenever we go away like the Prodigal Son, so we can return back to the LORD.
Yes, if our economic life is not governed by divine will and truth, God will allow it to be full of toiling all day or night, until we return. That is how the Father preserve us for His Heavenly Kingdom.
Talking about economic hardship, it is important to note that divine backing is the missing ingredient in the life of anyone suffering any form of economic hardship. It is the missing link in the life of anyone who may be having unanswered questions in life.
Sadly, most preachers blame these things on curses and evil foundations, consequently bringing people into the realm of demonic backing!
When the demonic back them for a season, it will begin to breeds worms in their lives and they begin to have more troubles after a while. They are blind to the things of God hence receiving the things of Satan from the preachers.
The real curse in anyone’s life, is the not the presence of a curse, but the but the presence of spiritual blindness.
NOT JUST THE PRESENCE OF SPIRITUAL BLINDNESS BUT THE ABSENCE OF DIVINE BACKING. NOTHING ELSE!
I have come to realize that your Christian-mouth may be full of prayers, positive confessions, and your hands full of giving, but your life will still be full of troubles if you are blind and if there is no divine backing in your life.
That is why I teach that one must first secure divine backing and spiritual sight before even opening his mouth in prayers or confession of faith.
Life will remain negative (in spite of being positive) if there is no spiritual sight or divine backing. And like we shared earlier, divine backing is a child of God’s Mercy released upon a life that is in symphony with divine will, truth and ways.
A major part of our devotional text says,
“..Let grace be shown to the wicked, yet he will not learn righteousness; In the land of uprightness he will deal unjustly, and will not behold the majesty of the Lord.” Isaiah 26:10NKJV
God will never show the grace of divine backing to those who will use it to prosper in what is not His will or way. They will always have demonic backing, calling it divine.
In God’s kingdom, His backing must make men learn righteousness. It must produce righteousness. If His backing is not producing righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost, it will be withdrawn. The backing of Satan will produce, joy and a pseudo peace or righteousness.
That is why people cannot tell it is from the devil.
It’s my prayer that GOD use this word to sustain you in your walk and talk with Him, so that you will not be found following the counsel of the wicked, standing on the ways of sinners, or seating on the seat of the scornful, in Jesus precious name! AMEN!

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.
He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper.
The ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish. Psalms 1:1-6 NKJV
