TODAY’S DEVOTION (Tuesday 7th January 2025)

WELCOME TO THE 7TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY.
Yesterday we saw the sixth and seventh dimensions. Today, we want to look more into a part of the seventh dimension; the dimension of walking in God’s plans for our lives.
No year will be blessed and beautiful for us if we do not follow God’s plans for our lives. The year 2025 is not an exception. If we want the year to be bright and beautiful, we must strictly follow the plans of God for our lives, instead of any other.
There are three basic plans that everyone on earth is following. Some are following the plans of God, some the plans of man, and others the plans of the evil one. That is why things are the way they are.
The Bible sometimes calls plans “counsels.”
God designed mankind to succeed in time and eternity by following His plans, because only the counsel of God shall stand. Only the plans of His heart for all generations will stand. Yes, only His plans or counsel will stand because they are permanent and take precedence over any other plan.
Our job is to make them our plans. We are to privatize them. People who privatize God’s plans live significant lives on earth. They may not live happy lives, because of what usually come against them, but the Joy of the LORD is always their strength.
They usually enjoy the best of Heaven for the earth, ride on the wings of divine help and amazing grace, and find themselves on the high places of the earth. The dark kingdom does not usually succeed against them. They are usually built to be feared in hell and respected in heaven.
They could be thrown into lion’s dens by people of the dark kingdom, but the plans of the LORD they follow usually come for their rescue.
They could be locked up in dungeons, the angels of the LORD that executes the plans of the LORD they follow, will always come for their rescue. One of the countless reasons why you should privatize God’s plans this year, is the angelic presence they will make available in your life every day of the year.
YES, IF WE ALL PRIVATIZE GOD’S PLANS FOR OUR LIVES THIS YEAR, THE YEAR WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST FOR EVERYONE OF US.
We will be operating in the seventh dimension all the year and be experiencing amazing angelic ministrations. In fact, the Bible teaches that the angels of the LORD build their camp around those who fear the LORD; who follow His plans for their lives or privatize them.
One day Jacob, a man who privatized God’s plans for his life in his days, was returning from the house of his uncle, and ran into the angels who had built their camp around him for over 60 years. The Bible says;
So, Jacob went on his way, and the angels of God met him. When Jacob saw them, he said, “This is God’s camp.” And he called the name of that place Mahanaim. Genesis 32:1-2 NKJV
These angels had followed him from his father’s house when he was running away from Esau.
They followed him because he ran never ran through the pathways of the sixth dimension. He ran following the pathways of the seventh dimension; the dimension of God’s plans for his life; which is the best way to run away from harm or danger.
I don’t know what might be pursuing you or what might desire to pursue you this year, the best way to escape will be to run away from it following the pathways of God’s plans for your life. Privatize God’s plans for your life this year 2025, and watch His angels building their camp around you for good.
The privatization of God’s plans for each generation by the men and women of that generation, was the secret of living fulfilled lives for those who followed the LORD in past generations. We can not be different in our generation. We must learn to privatize God’s plans for our generation as our fathers did in their generation.
Men like Paul said, “my life is worth nothing except I spend it doing the things assigned to me by the LORD Jesus Christ.”
He privatized God’s plans, today we are still talking about him. God would later use him to show the world what the Christian faith is. That is why, if you take away all the LORD use him to pen down in the Bible, you will not know what Christianity is.
YOU WILL CALL ANYTHING WITH THE NAME OF THE LORD IN ITS FRONT, “CHRISTIANITY.”
There is no end to what the LORD can use us to do this year, if we privatize the plans of His heart for our generation. There is no end to how much of a blessing you can be to others, if you privatize God’s plans for your life this year. The voice of the LORD to each and every one of us today is that we should privatize His plans for our lives in 2025 and stop engaging in endless pursuits.
If you keep following what is your passion instead of what is God’s plans, you will just be busy here and there this year, and achieving nothing. You will never be blessed, or come out victorious. You will keep being a liability and burden to people instead of a blessing and asset to them.
By the time we get to December 31st 2025, you will realize that you had achieved nothing. But that is not the will of God for your life, hence sending this word. So, follow God’s plans this year, and privatize them. Do not privatize your passions calling them God’s plans. Time will prove you wrong!!
The fact that you love a thing and feel so strong about it, does not mean the thing is God’s plans for you.
Privatize the plans of God; the counsels of His heart for your life and for this generation. Make them your life counsel and plans. Yield to the Holy Spirit daily, asking Him what they are, and reading the Bible as you ask, and He will help you sense them.
You might also need to listen to any apostolic authority you might be under and what you find the LORD driving him to drive you to do. God used Paul to bring Timothy and Titus into His plans for their lives.
There might be a Paul in your space to listen to and follow at this time of your life to sense and come into God’s plans. But you must be careful not to be led astray. You must make sure the person has the spiritual passion of Paul, and is not driven by a selfish desire or carnal influence.
HOWBEIT, UNDERSTAND THAT 2025 WILL NOT BE A BLESSING IN YOUR LIFE IF YOU DO NOT PRIVATIZE GOD’S PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE.
It might not be cheap to do that, but that is what you must do if you will have a happy new year every day of the year 2025.
Finally, let me state this; in Hebrews chapter 11, you find a list of men and women who formed the cloud of many witnesses of that age and time. They made it to that realm because they lived their days privatizing God’s plans for their lives. You will not just enjoy an earthly benefit if you privatize God’s plans. You will also enjoy a Heavenly benefit.
God’s plans are perfect, personal, and are revealed in Scriptures. They are permanent and superior. Privatizing them is the key to living a fulfilled life in an unstable world.
The Bible says,
“The Lord brings the counsel of the nations to nothing; He makes the plans of the peoples of no effect. The counsel of the Lord stands forever,The plans of His heart to all generations.” Psalm 33:10-11 NKJV
You will never privatize something like what you find in this scripture, and live your life according to the script of your enemies, or suffer what the world suffers. You will be a breed that is not of this world indeed, and reap the blessings thereof.
The word privatize means, to make private, to make something to belong to you alone or used by you alone. In the context of this devotional, it means to make God’s plans your plans. Our devotional text presents where you will end if you do that. It says;
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
The text teaches that if we privatize God’s plans, we will have a future and a hope. Yes, we will have a glorious and prosperous future because we will see the glorious things spoken of us in His word, coming to pass in our lives. Amen and amen!!!
