TODAY’S DEVOTION (Friday 4th April 2025)
“For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries. Anyone who has rejected Moses’ law dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses.
Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?
For we know Him who said, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. And again, “The Lord will judge His people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Hebrews 10:26-31 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 94TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY
We are in the days of Trumpets. The KING’S coming is at the door. The arrival of every king is heralded by the blowing of trumpets. King Jesus is on His way. His coming is being heralded by the sounding of the trumpet by His Holy Spirit on the earth.
The prophetic ear is picking it and sounding to those who have ears to listen. World History will be changed forever when Jesus comes!!! The wisest people on earth are those who understand that and are living their days accordingly.
What is the trumpet saying, one may ask. The trumpet is urging us to prepare the way of the LORD and make His paths straight. The Spirit of the trumpet will not fail to urge us to align our lives with the straight ways of the LORD.
Sadly, while we wait for the expected coming of our great King, many will die before He arrives. Records have it that 4 to 6 people die every second. So, it’s either we prepare to receive Him or we, in His mercy, prepare to meet Him. These trumpets are calling on us to make peace with GOD and get ourselves on Jesus’ side before the end closes on us!
When we say the end, we are referring to either the end of our individual days on earth or the end of the world as we know it.
It’s a beautiful weekend. Today’s devotion will be on matters of what the trumpet is saying to us at the end of this time. Things that will help us live better lives as we live our days towards the end. I hope we are ready!!
To start with, let me affirm again that Christianity is not a religion, but a life outsourced from Heaven to the earth. This life is full of holiness, God’s kingdom power, truth, faithfulness and Christlike virtues. Anything outside that, is not Christianity, but religious insanity and falsehood.
The kind of Christianity we have in the church today is simply insanity in practice. I cannot imagine how a Sunday school teacher or any other Church worker or preacher will be having sexual intercourse with people they are not married to – living in terrible sins of fornication or adultery and saying nothing can separate them from the Love of God. It’s terrible!
WILLFULLY LIVING IN SIN AND CALLING YOURSELF SAVED IS A TERRIBLE DECEPTION.
There are so many sex slaves in Church today who see nothing wrong with their lives of sins. When the Bible says nothing can separate us from the love of God, it listed those things. It did not say sin cannot separate us from the LOVE of GOD. It mentioned persecutions, trials of faith, and all that happens when the devil reacts to our dedication to the LORD.
Sin separated Adam and has been separating people from the love of God from generation to generation. You may be a pope, if you are living in any kind of sin; you are already separated from the love of God. If you die you will go to hell.
God loves sinners but not the sins they are living in. The Bible says because of the sins they are living in; He is angry with them every day. Each time a Church worker or preacher commits such grievous sins like adultery, fornication, stealing, lying etc., the color red (which represent divine fury), will be released from the throne room into their lives.
If God opens your eyes to see how you look after committing a sin, you will never go near sin again.
Friend, there is a lot of divine fury burning in the lives of so many in Church today because of the terrible sins they live in calling themselves saved. Sin attack is the greatest attack on humanity today. You read of so many terrible things happening in Church – things that even unbelievers will never do.
Child of God, if present day Christians do not hear the authentic gospel and change from our wicked ways, there will be more Church people in hell in our age than any other age. Hell is enlarging itself daily, taking out many in Church.
Due to the sinful lifestyle of the present-day Christians, agents of the devil now sit comfortably in many local Churches serving in different capacities and executing the agenda of the kingdom of darkness right in Church without even the Church leaders noticing it.
YOU FIND THEM KILLING, STEALING AND DESTROYING, BUT THE BLIND PREACHERS BLAME IT ON THE EVIL ALTARS IN PEOPLE’S VILLAGES.
We call ourselves Christians but there is nothing Christians about us, that is why these things are happening. We are just in a big religious game thinking we will make Heaven. Which Heaven are we going to living such terrible sinful lives? We call Jesus LORD but do not do the things He said in His word that we should do.
For instance, He warned strongly about adultery and fornication, yet we get involved in it calling Him LORD. Jesus says.
“But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say? Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like:
He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.
But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was great.” Luke 6:46-49 NKJV
If we call him LORD and do not do what His word says, our ruin in the next life will be great! Yes, we will fall into the pits of hell when we die because that is what our sinful choices are deciding.
When a pastor or preacher decides to sleep with a single or married person, he has decided to make hell his home after death. When a Church member decides to get money through fraudulent living, calling it shrewdness, he or she has decided to make the pits of hell his dwelling place after death.
When a single Christian woman decides to sleep with men for either money or mare sexual gratification, she has decided to make the pits of hell her resting place when she dies. When a single Christian man decides to make his life comfortable through sex with rich women, he has just decided to make hell his resting place after death.
IF WE CALL JESUS LORD AND DO NOT FOLLOW IT UP WITH GODLY AND CHRISTLIKE CHOICES, WE WILL GO TO HELL WHEN WE DIE.
Yes, if we make sinful living our lifestyle, after giving our lives to Christ, believing the lie that sinful preachers peddle saying “nothing shall separate us from the love of God” our ruin in the next life will be great and terrible. If you want to make Heaven, you must live the life of an overcomer. The Bible says.
“He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.
But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” Revelation 21:7-8 NKJV
Anyone who calls Jesus LORD and lives in sin is a lost sinner going to hell thinking he will make Heaven. You render the things Jesus did on the cross ineffective in your life if you live in sin after giving your life to Him. In fact, living in sin is the greatest sign that you have taken your life back from Christ. Our devotional text today says,

PEOPLE HAVE MISINTERPRETED THIS SCRIPTURE TO MEAN WHAT GOD NEVER MEANT. BUT IF THE SCRIPTURE MAKES SENSE, DO NOT SEEK OTHER SENSES.
This is one Scriptures that we should never forget if we want to make Heaven. It is one scripture that should form the core of our being. It is a scripture that states in clear terms what will happen if we go back to a life of sin after giving our hearts to the LORD.
It made it clear that if we call ourselves saved and live a life of sin thereafter, we are lost. There no longer remains a sacrifice for sin but a fearful expectation of Judgment and fiery indignation in this life and the life to come.
Sinning after salvation decision will neutralize the finished works of Jesus in your life. In other words, if you give your life to Christ and then slip back into adultery, fornication, stealing, lying or any wicked thing or sinful life, you have just taken it back. If you give your life to Christ, you were supposed to keep working out your salvation with fear and trembling.
If you fall into sin, you are to get up and return to righteousness until you become very strong. You are not to make the life of sin a life to live. Salvation forbids that.
It does not matter what you may be doing in Church – you could be a pastor, prophet, apostle, evangelist, Bishop, archbishop or whatever, the rule is the same. If you go back to a life of sin, and you die that way, hell will be your home because you have trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which you were sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace!
So many preachers and Church members today have taken their lives back from Christ this way. Sadly, they do not know this. Jesus is no longer LORD in their lives. That is why He cannot lead them in life. Another spirit now leads them.
A generation that sin willfully after salvation decision is no longer saved. It has slipped into apostasy!
WHEN A PEOPLE SLIP INTO APOSTASY THE LAWLESS BECOME LAWFUL TO THEM.
Adultery, fornication and all forms of abominations like gay marriages, lesbianism and all kinds of terrible sins will be redefined and treated as weakness instead of abominations.
God is calling on us to wake up to righteousness. Yes, we have slept in sin for too long, now it’s time to sleep no more. Heaven is weeping! Let’s wake up to righteousness!
As we bring this to a close, let me reiterate again that the version of Christianity we live today is alien to the faith. It is a version that was given to fallen preachers by the spirits of fallen angels to carve out for our generation.
Let no one deceive you; a version of Christianity that condones all kinds of sexual and other forms of sins is from hell not from Heaven. If we do not throw it away, it will throw us in hell.
Friend, if you keep sinning willfully, maybe to take care of your economic life or keep your marriage, you are trading your soul for earthly things. You have just been plugged into the deception of hell. It’s a dangerous drive to gain anything in the world and then lose your soul.
