TODAY’S DEVOTION (Wednesday 23rd July 2025)
“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.”
“And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.” Acts 4:13-14 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 204TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY!
It is another glorious day from the LORD God. I trust God that you are doing great this morning. This week has been ordained to be a week of results and answers from the LORD on matters of Power.
May none of us recover from what is going on in the Dominion Seminar. Amen!!!
The Seminar is an Opportunity the LORD gave us to seek Him for fresh light on Power. It’s a week we decided to seek God as He said we should do. The Bible says if we seek Him with the whole of our hearts, we will find Him. We have decided to attend the seminars seeking Him with the whole of our hearts.

Today we will continue with our discourse on what our divine destinies need to be fulfilled. Yesterday the LORD made us to understand that our divine destinies will need victory over the flood of lies to be fulfilled. Today the LORD is bringing to us another insight into what our divine destiny will need to be fulfilled.
The devotional text of today is full of truths that will guide us into the revelation. The text teaches that being uneducated and untrained in matters of the law was the only minus the council of elders in Jerusalem saw in Peter and James, that fateful day.
OBVIOUSLY THEY PICKED ON THEM WITH SUCH DEROGATORY REMARKS BECAUSE THE SUCCESS OF THESE MEN WAS THREATENING THEM.
There is no release of destiny that will not threaten someone out there. But we are not to fix our hearts on what they may be doing or saying because they felt threatened, but on the assignment of they LORD for our lives.
As a man or woman of destiny, understand that people will always see what to pick on you when you begin to synchronize with your assignment in any field of life. They will begin to talk about how uneducated you are if that is your impediment, or how you cannot speak proper English and all that nonsense. They will say things that are factual about you to weaken your commitment and make your desire to release your destiny depressing.
But no matter what your impediment may be, be it lack of proper exposure in life, or lack of proper education like the apostles had, or any other thing, do not forget that God does not choose the qualified. GOD qualifies the chosen. He will qualify you for the assignment by perfecting you. He will take care of your impediment.
Maybe my own small Testimony will help you. I was not qualified for ministry. I was born a stutter, too poor to preach, with not much education to preach, with no stature, enchanting personality, or what makes any a preacher. I was mocked and laughed at by people. Some said, “I went into preaching as a little boy to deal with the frustration of having an absentee father.”
Alot was said that was very demoralizing. But today the story is different. All of them want to be close. My life is a testament that God does not choose the qualified, God qualifies the chosen, and when He qualifies you, you begin to shine like a spotless light, and with grace, honor, dignity, awe, glory and uncommon anointing.
The LORD qualified me, and today none of those impediments exist in my life. To some I am a wonder and a light to make a model, a fountain of grace and Bible Knowledge to drink from, etc. To false and aggrieved preachers, heretics, and charlatans, I am a threat to be attacked and silenced. But they have never had victory over men.
Friend, understand that none of these feats were in my life when I was born. God created them after qualifying me!!
THAT IS HOW THE JOURNEY TOWARDS THE RELEASE OF DESTINY LOOK LIKE.
You will start as unqualified, and as you remain committed to the course, spending countless times with Jesus, you will become more than qualified. Which brings us to the next thing our divine destiny needs to be fulfilled; that thing is, being with Jesus. Yes, being with the power grid Himself.
So, if you will ever release your destiny, do not allow your ears to be tuned to what people may be describing you to be. It will demoralize you. Do not let your heart be tuned to the frustrations of having an impediment in life. That will lock you up in depression.
Make countless times spent in prayer and fasting to be with Jesus your life pursuit, and all will be well. A part of our devotional text says:

Your destiny will need being with Jesus to be fulfilled because He is the power grid. If you were part of the seminar yesterday you will understand. He is the one who will bring supply from the power plant through the power lines you are upholding, to make your life look like a glorious city that everyone wants to associate with.
Yes, He is the one who will power all your gifts and potentials into action and make you shine like a star in the firmament of the reformation space. He is the one that will turn all your nonsense into sense and polish your life. He is the one that will make you, the once unskilled, unwanted, unholy, untrained, untrimmed, and uncelebrated you, a skilled, wanted, holy, trained, trimmed and celebrated person.
Your destiny will not need time with people who do not want to see you, hear you, speak well of you, or help you grow to be fulfilled.
Your destiny will not need people who cause you to be depressed, or make you feel useless to God to be fulfilled. Your destiny will not be fulfilled if you are with pessimistic people. Your destiny will need countless time with Jesus Christ, the LORD and lover of your life, to be fulfilled.
That is the word of the LORD for the day!!!
If you do not treat time with the LORD as your utmost in life, you have already defeated your destiny. Value people who will inspire you to seek the LORD.
Hang out with men and women who will help turn your heart to seek the LORD more than anything else on earth. Sit under a spiritual authority that will teach you the ways of the LORD, so that your desire to seek Him will be fruitful, because you do not seek the LORD in ignorance and find Him.
