TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL (Monday 20TH September 2021)
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved” John 3:16-17 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 264TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS!
We give God all the glory for His marvelous works and glorious acts. Yes, it is the day the LORD has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it. He has been faithful and kind to all of us. And we owe Him all the praise this morning. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the LORD delivered us from them all.
There is no God like our God who rides on the wings of the winds to help us. He covers us with His love like a blanket and fills our spirits with His light to help us walk in a dark world successfully. To Him belong all the glory for all the manifestations we have seen even through this platform.
This morning we will be refreshing our minds again with living truths that will add to the building blocks of our faith. I believe you are ready this morning to grow taller in spiritual stature and gain some fatness even as God causes His light to shine in our hearts.
The Bible says, in the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God. In other words, in the beginning was God! He was in the eternal past all in one as Elohim. He unpacked Himself and became Father, Son and Holy Ghost for redemptive purpose. But in the beginning He was just all in one.
When He was all-in-one and all alone in the eternal past, there were no trees, no seas, or any created thing. There were no angels, or any other Heavenly being. In simple terms, there was no Heaven or Earth or the things that presently exist in Heaven and Earth. There was just Him (God) and His glory.
Then He began to call them forth from His glory – He called forth Heaven, and all in it and they appeared. He created Angels and all the Heavenly beings to live in Heaven and continued life for an eternal period until Lucifer, the most beautiful of all He created, did what he did and became Satan.
Then He unpacked Himself and became God the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost to fix the mess. In the redemptive move, He called forth the Earth, and created all earthly things we see on earth.
LASTLY, HE CREATED MAN AND PLACED HIM IN A GARDEN ON EARTH.
The essence of the recap is this; everything created came from God, including man. That means man is not from the earth. Man was outsourced from God to the earth. Only his earth suit, the body, came from the earth.
But why do we all look so earthly while we were not outsourced to the earth form the earth? What the Bible calls the fall of made us look as if we were outsources from the earth. But the Body of man before the fall was glorious and glittery the way that of Christ was at the transfiguration and after His resurrection.
That is the very body we are going back to if we die in Christ. Paul called call it “a glorious body.” The last work of grace is to give us the glorious body at the appearance of Jesus Christ in what the Bible calls the resurrection morning, because the fall so damaged us that we lost all traces that shows that we were not from the earth.
If you have tasted the LORD, you will discover that when a man comes under the Amazing Grace of God, he begins to experience the manifestation of these Heavenly dimensions that man lost to sin at the fall. He begins to live his life from the realm he was outsourced from.
Now, as beings that were outsourced from God or from Heaven, we were not designed to survive by living from the earth realm. We were designed to spend our earthly lives from the Heavenly realm that we came from. That is actually what redemption is all about. That is what God’s amazing grace enables.
Though the Church have been used to the perverted and adulterated grace, that has kept us living as mere humans, subjects to sin, sorrow and all that plagues mere men, God’s amazing grace is to help us live as an extension of God as both the first Adam live before the fall and as the second Adam, Christ, lived when He came.
In simple terms, God’s amazing grace revealed in Christ, came to make it possible for us to live the Kind of life man lived before the fall.
AND TO MAKE IT MORE GLORIOUS, ESPECIALLY IN THE AGE TO COME.
That is why we can touch the power of that age in the age and have a foretaste of immortality in divine health and divine healing.
We must understand this eternal purpose of god’s grace so that we stop using it as an excuse for sexual immorality and all kinds of ungodly conduct! We must understand that, Jesus the amazing grace of God personified, came to restore us back to a Heavenly life not to keep us in our sinful lives.
Our devotional text said;
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.”
Everlasting life is that Heavenly life we lost at the fall. It is a life that is outsourced from Heaven; a Heaven on earth kind of life. That was what man had before sin came in. When sin came in, the life died. And when Christ came, He clear all the spiritual obstacles to a return to it and made it possible for us to have the kind of life again.
Everlasting life in this life is a work of GOD’s amazing grace that makes an earthly live supernatural. It makes a sinful life holy. It is called “Zoe.” It kills the power to live in the sin living in us. It can also kill diseases in our bodies and empowers us to live beyond earthly limitations. It is a major work of God’s amazing grace that is why Satan and his ministers in Church have replaced it with an adulterated version.
Everlasting life is the Zoe kind of life that God’s amazing grace brings.
You see, if a natural life lacks the “Zoe kind of life,” it will grow weak and die rapidly. But if it has, it could still grow weak but not just die rapidly. It is the absent of this life that God’s amazing grace brings in people that is responsible for all uncommon ailments and fatalities that take place.
WHEN THIS LIFE IS ABSENT IN A MAN, CRITICAL ORGANS OF HIS BODY CAN BEGIN TO FAIL.
Believe it or not, the purpose the Zoe kind of life that god’s amazing grace brings, apart from keeping us pure holy and presentable to Christ in the resurrection morning, is also to sustain our kidneys, heart, lungs, arteries, bones and bone marrows, and all that makes the body function properly while we are in this world.
The Zoe kind of life is actually for divine preservation.
When the New Testament Church started in the books of acts, it was this life that was driving those who got saved. It was the very life that God’s amazing grace brings that they were preaching to the lost about. Eventually, people began to respond and the devil that had held them down became angry.
He moved the authority against the Church, and some of the apostles were ceased, others arrested and put in jail.
Then God sent angels to begin to intervene in the war because they remained steadfast and immovable. We can still experience this today if we do not allow any threats from the enemy to stop us from preaching the pure word of Gods amazing grace that is capable of connecting people to the Zoe kind of life.
In one of the incidents, the angel God sent to release a set of the apostles said to them;
“Go, take your stand in the temple courts and declare to the people the whole doctrine concerning this Life (the eternal life which Christ revealed).” Acts 5:20 AMP
The word doctrine here means teaching. Obviously, the doctrine of the Zoe kind of life; which is the eternal life which Christ revealed, was what the early Church preached. But the Church of our age preaches a different gospel. We preach raising of altars, redemption of first born, giving of first fruits, spirit husbands, and all other forms of doctrines of greed and devils.
THE SPIRIT HUSBANDS ARE HAVING YOU BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE AMAZING GRACE OF GOD WORKING IN YOUR LIFE.
Devils that operated as spirit husbands and wives are companion of the lost. You can never imagine Paul or Peter having a spirit wife. I cannot imagine Priscilla or any of the women who were in the upper room with flames of fire on their heads having spirit husband. The reason is because it is impossible to have any of that under God’s amazing grace.
Our Church generation has really lost it. That is why more Christians have become attacked, sinful, sick than even unbelievers. We have made the adulterated grace our ultimate grace. We are now reaping the consequences.
We die prematurely and allow the hazards of a fallen life to become a snare to us because we do not have the Zoe kind of life flowing through us. Covid-19 has killed many of us because of this.
Ordinarily, it should not have come near our dwelling because the Bible says no plaque will come near our dwelling. But we are struggling like the world because we live like them.
We spend our Christian lives sowing to please the flesh that is why we are of the flesh reaping corruption. We have made the perverted and adulterated grace that does not bring the Zoe Kind of life our ultimate grace that is why we are dying like mere men. The Bible says;
I said, “You are gods, and all of you are children of the Most High. But you shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.” Psalm 82:6-7 NKJV
Child of God, God’s grace came to upgrade us to a higher kind of life not to leave us at the level of mere men, where we call ourselves humans who make mistakes. Time to become what God says we are (gods, but not demonic deities) by coming under the power of His amazing grace and walking away from the adulterated and perverted grace in so many churches today.
We must understand that there are two kinds of lives on the face of the earth; the fallen life that is controlled by the fallen nature in every man, and the Zoe kind of life that we have been sharing about this morning. You are living either of them right now.
God wants you to live the Zoe kind of life. He wants your inner eyes sharpened in the spirit, your health supernaturally sustained, your inner ears receptive enough to pick frequencies from the throne of God and all that. He wants “the supernatural you” to emerge. That is the God we served.
However, you will never achieve that in the shallow waters of the adulterated grace but in the deeper places of the amazing grace of God.
As we bring this to a close, I want you to become passionate for deep intimacy with the LORD. Let our souls begin to hunger for more of Jesus. It will impart an everlasting life into our present life and save us from what destroys mortal men.
Let us begin to operate where Christ will begin to quicken our mortal bodies with His amazing grace and preserve our souls and spirits for His Heavenly Kingdom.

“And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” Romans 8:10-11 NKJV
