TODAY’S DEVOTION (Saturday 30th October 2021)
“For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater,”
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” Isaiah 55:10-11 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 303RD DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS.
The LORD GOD of Heaven and earth has given us another day from the womb of His mercies! He has been mindful of us and we are grateful.
It is important that we remain grateful to Him because He will remain mindful of us.
Sometimes we get our hearts filled with all the enemy is doing to us, and his plans and programs against our lives, and plunge ourselves into unending warfare to neutralize him. But we forget He who is mindful of us.
It is weakening to get your heart filled with the knowledge of who is always against your life, instead of the knowledge of who is fighting for you. No matter what the enemy may be doing against our lives, he does not qualify to have the knowledge of him filled our hearts. It is the knowledge of the LORD who is mindful of us and fighting for us that should filled our hearts.
The Bible says;
“ ….. Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever.
The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:13-14 NKJV
It is important to always remember this scripture and others like it in the day of trouble. It is important to get our hearts filled with the promises of the LORD and all about Him so that we can remain in faith in the day of trouble. He is ever mindful of us, so He qualifies to have all about Him in our hearts.
If we fill our hearts with the revelation of He who is mindful of us and fighting for us, we will walk in the faith that will generate so much power on earth, making it impossible for the enemy to handle us. That is when we will watch He who is mindful of us neutralizing him as promised, most times without us praying about it.
Except we depart from His presence like Cain, our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ is too mindful of us to allow even the hair of our heads to fall. He said His presence will be with us till the end of the age; the sin age.
Believe the LORD your God and you shall be established, believe His prophets and you shall prosper. In other words, we should believe His prophetic word in the “more sure words of prophecy,” not just His servant among us and we shall prosper.
Today we shall be looking at a truth that have been bastardized and turned into a money spinning machine by greedy ‘men and women of God’ for a very long time.
The Cry of the Spirit Devotionals began in 2015. In those beginning days, I was teaching about the mystery of eternity invading time in our interface meetings.
In the Devotion of 30th September 2015, I remember making a statement that says; “it is your seed that allows eternity to invade time with finished works”. We will be revisiting that statement this morning, even as we believe God to use the visit to plan fresh truths in our hearts.
ORDINARILY, A MONEY MAKING PREACHER WILL TAKE IT OUT OF CONTEXT, AND TURN IT INTO A MONEY SPINNING TOOL.
But, let’s examine the power of that statement with a pure mind!
God created the seed, time and harvest principle, not to make misguided, spiritually blind, or corrupt preachers gain financial fatness, but to bring into time what He has finished in eternity concerning us.
Over and over we have said, Church is not money making machine.
Therefore, wherever you see the principle of seed time and harvest, reduced to a money getting principle, the gate of hell is not very far from the people there. In fact, in most cases it is among them, because in scriptures, the representatives of gates of hell are spiritual leaders who are destitute of truth or greedy for money, among other things.
The gates of hell are responsible for the mutilation of scriptures.
They are responsible for the use of great scriptures on seed, time and harvest for money spinning.
Yes, the principle covers money and all that concerns a believer, but it is not a money getting tool.
The truth is, God wants us to prosper financially than anyone else on the face of the earth, and the principle of seed, time and Harvest is one of the universal principles you see Him engage in helping us become all He has called us to be, not just to prosper economically.
I want you to understand the battle of seeds we all face from these gates of hell. When we say seed, it’s not just a Spirit led generosity. It is much more than that. It covers obedience, righteousness, good deeds, and all we do to stay Heaven worthy or bring GOD’s Kingdom down to earth as written in Heaven.
It involves all we do to add value to the lives of others. But there is much more to that! That is why the enemy is attaching the principle by reducing it to a money spinning tool for some preachers.
Do not forget that the devil will fight to stop you from knowing the right seed move to make in other to allow eternity to invade your life with God’s finished works. And if eventually you come to the knowledge of it, he will not allow you to come to the knowledge of the right place to make that move, hence hindering eternity from invading your life with blessings.
SO MANY CHRISTIANS OPERATE THE SEED FAITH PRINCIPLE IN MONEY MATTERS ALONE.
We do not know that it governs every other aspect of our lives on earth. Most of us who limit it to money alone have perverted the principle. But the principle is God’s system of creating in our lives things that never existed in time before. It is His system for transporting finished works of the cross from eternity to time. People who do not understand the principle as such will remain battered in life.
You see, God’s system for changing lives on earth is not a topic to be debated upon but a rule to keep. The reason is simple, while you are still debating it, the person who needs salvation from it could depreciate beyond redemption. That is why God’s systems are to be embraced without delay or reservations. They are to be embraced with revelation and the swiftness of an eagle.
The seed time and harvest principle is God’s system for changing lives on earth, yet not as money driven preachers are presenting it.
To start with, what is a seed?
If you look at the life of Adam in the Garden, down to the live of Noah after the flood, you will realize that the seed is simply that walk and talk with God that we need to maintain until what He has finished about us in eternity is made manifest in our lives in time.
It involves the everyday step we need to take with our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ, as we use His light to walk through a dark world. It is not the giving of some money called “seed” to a preacher who is promising us Heaven and earth.
We must understand that in Christ, God’s plans for our lives are finished. His plan for our marriage is finished, our economy, and every other aspect of our life. Whatever He wants us to become on earth has already been done and finished in His realm – the eternal realm. What remains is to birth it on earth, and the seed as enshrined in the lives of the Bible men mentioned earlier, is the game changer. That is what the Bible teaches.
The principle of seed, time and harvest as enshrined in the lives of Adam, down to Noah and to the rest of the men and women who walked with the LORD in Bible days, is the force that helps us in birthing finished works from eternity to our lives in time.
NOW, WHATEVER GOD HAS FINISHED ABOUT YOUR LIFE DWELL IN ETERNITY NOT TIME!
It dwells beyond the reach of devils, witches, wizards and etc. That is why I tell people that no demon can destroy our blessing, and no aggrieved preacher can stop our destiny because none of them are in time. The only thing the devil can pervert or destroy is the system for bringing the finished things about our blessings or destinies down to us on earth.
He may destroy the seed (walk with the LORD) that will unlock the blessing or your destiny in your time of ignorance, but cannot destroy the blessing or destiny itself. In other words, he can destroy or perverts the process but cannot destroy or pervert the promise.
Sometimes he destroys it by making us lead a reckless and sinful Christian lives, taking the money we give as seed instead of the life to be lived. He will make us destroy the real seed, which is our walk and talk with the LORD, while treating the monies we give the real seed.
This he accomplishes his wicked intentions using the representatives of the gates of hell in Church that parades themselves as preachers.
There is another mystery I want to state at this point. The Mystery of Seed Moves. A Seed Move, is a significant move of the Spirit that who are propelled to make in other to bring God’s finished works, from eternity into our lives in time. It is a Holy Spirit propelled deed that is capable of bringing pains and tears from our lives.
Each seed move holds the release of eternity into time as the harvest. The life of Paul the apostle was filled with such moves. That is why we are still benefiting from what He unlocked through all the seed moves he made in his walk and talk with the LORD.
Satan will attempt to stop you from making any seed move on earth. He could let you make other moves but not a seed move. He will frustrate you from doing that one thing that will bring eternity into time.
He does that using very good people in our lives, sometimes. People we are sentimental towards. That is why we must not allow sentiments influence us in our interpersonal relationships all the time. He even attempted it on Christ using Peter. But Jesus did not allow sentiments to influence Him at that point. He said to Peter, “Get behind me Satan, you are an offense to me.”
Peter wanted to stop the LORD from dying on the Cross – a seed move that was predetermined to redeem man back from the enemy. It was as if his mission was to stop the LORD from making the Seed Move He came to earth to make. He was innocent. Do not forget how he cut off the ear of Marcus. It was all in an attempt to stop the LORD from making a seed move.
People will innocently attempt to stop you from making the Seed Move that will change your life for good.
EVERY SEED MOVE IS PAINFUL AND COSTLY. IT IS USUALLY DONE IN TEARS.
Maybe Peter’s mind was to prevent the LORD from going through the Pain. But without the pain and the tears, it is not a seed move. It is the pains and the tears that makes it a seed move.
Are there things Satan is stopping you from doing that are responsible for the way your life has turned out today? Why not ask the LORD to reveal them to you! Many people hate pains and tears hence having no courage to make significant Seed Moves on earth

A wise man once asks the apostles in the book of Acts saying; “what must I do to be saved?” In other words, what seed move must I make to reap salvation?
And they told him what to do and he did it and salvation came. The said to Him; “believe in the LORD JESUS Christ and you and your house shall be saved.” It was not cheap because history has it that he lost his job afterwards. You find the story in Acts 16!
Satan will attempt to stop you from doing anything that will bring eternal blessing into your life in time by showing you how costly it is, basically to frustrate you.
It could be joining a good church, surrendering your life totally to the LORD, leading a life of Holiness, or even giving something valuable to the LORD; he will stop us from making seed moves on earth and propel us to make moves suggested by our flesh, friends, or even greedy preachers.
Yes, he will stop us from becoming part of a Church that will destroy his works in our life. He will stop us from reading our Bibles faithfully because of what he knows the word will do in our lives. He will stop us from meeting our Elijah or joining his chariot like Elisha did.
He will frustrate us from doing anything that will bring God’s finished works into manifestation in our lives. He will destroy our seed moves to stop us from moving forward.
Our devotional text says, “God gives seed to the sower”. In other words, He propels us to make seed moves on earth that will bring His finished works in eternity into our lives in time. We must have the heart of a sower like Paul had to tap into those dimensions.
The heart of a sower is different from the heart of a giver because not all givers are sowers. Some cannot even make a genuine seed move but they give all they are told to give. A seed move is very costly. Only those with the power to lay down their lives and to take it up again are given seed moves by the LORD to make on earth.
THEY ALONE HAVE THE HEART OF A SOWER.
So, you must have the heart of a sower to come into the realm of making seed moves on earth. And do not forget, if you are not a sower, you cannot be a reaper. Through persistent seed moves, we place a demand on eternity to invade our lives in time with the finished works of cross.
What we call harvest is simply what the eternal God invade our lives to do in response to righteous seeds moves made over time.
Righteous seed moves are not just in money. Even a faith that brings tears out of our lives is a righteous seed move. Painstaking prayers are righteous seed moves. Sacrificing quality time in God’s presence to behold His glory is a righteous seed move. Every seed move brings tears out of our lives. The Bible says;
“They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psalm 126: 5-6 KJV
Righteous seed moves are not done in joy but tears. If you fill your life with righteous seed moves over time, you have unknowingly filled it with eternity products that generations unborn will come to benefit from. There is so much in this subject that we cannot uncover in a devotional. But in the days to come, we will look into them.
Take responsibility of your life today by seeking the LORD always for the righteous seed moves you need to be making to become all that He destined you to be. Ones you find the moves, make it. Making such moves is called seed sowing. So sow the seed of that move in the soil of God’s will.
Lead your life that way and you will begin to prosper like Isaac, until you become very prosperous over time.
