TODAY’S DEVOTION (WEDNESDAY 24TH AUGUST 2022)
“Let God arise, Let His enemies be scattered; Let those also who hate Him flee before Him.

A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families; He brings out those who are bound into prosperity; But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.” Psalm 68:1-6 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 236TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF AMAZING GRACE!
This is the day the LORD has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it. Day unto Day God have been showing us mercy. Night unto night we have been seeing His goodness.
Like David will put it, we slept and woke up because the LORD kept us. He has been our life, our glory and lifter of our head. He has been our lawgiver, our king and judge.
Can you imagine having a God who is your glory, your lifter, your judge, your lawgiver? There is no way you can be on the loosing side in any contest of life.
Indeed, He has done great things for us, and we will praise and glorify Him.
He has watched over us, kept is, fought our battles, given us health, healed our diseases, forgiven our sins, swept away the refuge of lies told against us, neutralized our invisible enemies, given us a portion in the land of the living.
He has been our all in all. To Him belong all the glory!
This month has been one of the best months of the year because of so many things. The battles we fought and the victories the LORD gave us, the grace we experienced in all our meetings and the miracles that followed, the testimonies the LORD put in our mouths and the faith He kindled in our hearts.
The revelation knowledge we received and the peace in our lives despite the turmoil, the peace He gave the nation of our apostolic residence (Kenya) during and after the election, the clearance He gave us to come into things supernatural and so many things words cannot capture.
The Bible says;
“Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:20-21 NKJV
Truly, we have found Him to be one who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Indeed, a Father to the fatherless is God in His holy Habitation.
WE HAVE SEEN THINGS THAT ONLY HIS MANIFEST PRESENCE AND COMPELLING LOVE DID.
There were times our backs seem to hit the wall but He made a way for us. It has been a beautiful month.
For 24 days today we have been on a journey of faith, with the Cry of the Holy Spirit on Spiritual Fathering. The LORD in His word has shown us that the spiritual fathering structure He established in his kingdom is not what we are seeing today in most Churches.
Most of what we see today is charismatic witchcraft and manipulations.
What He established was around the tree of life in the Garden of Eden, and the pattern has not changed despite the fall of man. In fact, it became a redemptive tool for the salvation and liberation of mankind after the fall.
Sadly, I do not think those who have people they call spiritual fathers understand God’s purpose for establishing the system, because if they do, they will not submit to antichrist systems called spiritual fathers. I have seen people submit sacrificially to dangerous spiritual fathers; men and women of God who are not even born again.
You may be wondering if someone can be a man or woman of God and not be born again. The answer is yes. They will operate the borrowed anointing either form Heaven or hell and function like men and women of God. This is very clear in the Bible.
For instance, the disciples of Christ were not saved when they were going about doing miracles with the LORD.
No one could be born again before the cross because Jesus had not died. They just operated a borrowed anointing, a possibility in God’s kingdom. Jesus transferred it to them to function at that time they way the Spirit usually come on the Old Testament prophets to prophesy and do miracles but did not remain in their lives.
DO NOT FORGET, NONE COULD GO TO HEAVEN UNTIL CHRIST CAME AND DIED ON THE CROSS.
But they could work miracles. It was under the same justice system that the names of the disciples were written in the book of life. It was not written because they were born again but because of the covenant of God with Abraham.
If their names where written because they were born again, Judas Iscariot would not have been a son of perdition. Born again makes you a son of God through regeneration of the human spirit, and that could not happen until after Pentecost.
So, the lives of the disciples of Christ, the ancient prophets who worked miracles, and all who did wonders before the cross teaches that you can be a man of God without experiencing the regeneration of the spirit. That is why most of us preachers do things that even unbelievers will never do, sadly calling ourselves born again.
In the kingdom of God, you can operate a borrowed anointing from a genuine preacher and appear like “man of God” while you are still unsaved. If you become a spiritual father in such a state you will wreck the lives of people in the name of fathering.
The borrowed anointing you carry will be displaying the divine, making people think you are genuinely called of God while you are not even saved. That is why in God’s kingdom, we do not look at charisma, we look at character. If you want to know who is truly called, you must know the fruits of authentic salvation.
Sadly, by what people have gone through in the hands of some spiritual fathers, you can see that majority of those fathers are unsaved.
Some even collected their anointings from hell. You see it in how they display what they call the power of God and the fruit of the same in the lives of people. But once you are under their influence, it is like a spell. You lose your reasoning because of the trust you have invested in them as men and women of God.
THERE IS THIS BASIC CHRISTIAN CHARACTER THAT A CHILD OF GOD WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE.
The sweetness of spirit, the beauty of walking in forgiveness, love and mercy. The beauty of compassion, moral excellence, selflessness, and etc. You will not find any or most of this in anyone who is not saved but anointed, especially when they become your spiritual father.
Your gullible spirit will blind fold you to the fact that they have no moral excellence of character of Christ. You will be seeing them as Sons of God while they are Sons of hell. This is what has made the spiritual father thing a plague.
I want to admonish all who understand the revelation and are seeking the LORD for a spiritual father, not to follow our charisma. By charisma, most of us preachers look like angels. They should follow our character as men of God.
Are we saved? Are we having the moral excellence of a child of God? Is Christ living in our moral lives? It’s not just the power, are we having the nature of Christ? No one should deceive himself or herself with the “no one is perfect” mantra. It will destroy you before you realize what you have done to yourself.
The moral excellence of a genuine Child of God must be seen in us before you make us your spiritual fathers, else, you will be the one to regret your submission.
In the same way, spiritual fathers should not adopt sons and daughters who have no desire to live right. Like we pointed out yesterday, a lot of men and women of God were destroyed by people they took for spiritual sons and daughters; unsaved people who claimed salvation.
I have so many bruises in my life from this breed of so called church members.
We must not adopt an uncircumcised son or daughter. I admonish that we resist being spiritual fathers to the uncircumcised at heart, no matter how much money they give us. We can minister to them as caring pastors but not as spiritual fathers.
Spiritual fathering involves passing heritage to them. It is something deeper than pastoring. It involves giving what is holy to them and casting your pearls before them so they can use it to serve and fulfill their destinies in the process. You do not give that to an uncircumcised child.
IF YOU DO, THEY WILL DESTROY YOU IN THE LONG RUN.
The Bible says;
“Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces. Matthew 7:6 NKJV
What you get from an uncircumcised child as a spiritual father for giving them what is holy or casting your pearls before them is a tearing and a trampling. Sometimes, even God will move against you for not bringing the right people to your mantle.
Here is what happened to Moses when he took an uncircumcised child along with him on the way to do a job for God.
The Bible says;
“And it came to pass on the way, at the encampment, that the LORD met him and sought to kill him.
Then Zipporah took a sharp stone and cut off the foreskin of her son and cast it at Moses’ feet, and said, “Surely you are a husband of blood to me!”
So He let him go. Then she said, “You are a husband of blood!”—because of the circumcision. Exodus 4:24-26 NKJV
Moses would have lost his life for having an uncircumcised child on his mantle. Do you know how many genuine men of God have been sank into the waters of immorality and oblivion by the spiritual children they adopted?
From this scripture it is clear that adopting someone who is not circumcised at heart as a son or daughter in faith, will bring the ministry of a man of God to the gates of death. It could kill his reputation, his impact, his health, his cutting edge, his relationship with God and even his calling and entire ministry.
THE UNCIRCUMCISED ARE DANGEROUS TO ANY MANTLE.
Spiritual fathering is for the circumcised not the uncircumcised at heart. It is not for spiritual children who are dogs and pigs by spirit nature. It is for spiritual children who are sons of GOD indeed.
Spiritual fathering is for the saved and sanctified. That is why you begin by being a carring pastor to them before becoming a spiritual father to those who submit and become sanctified and circumcised at heart not to turn into dogs and pigs when holy things and precious pearls are committed to them.
Just as Church members go through a lot of manipulation and witchcraft under a faulty and unsaved spiritual fathering system, so do genuine ministers of the gospel suffer terribly for having uncircumcised spiritual sons and daughters.
The Bible presents the moral nature of a Child of God to be what we should watch for when adopting spiritual fathers or spiritual sons. Moral excellence is therefore what we should watch for when taking our spiritual relationships to a higher level; the level of fathering.
God did not design the spiritual fathering system for the unsaved and uncircumcised. He did not design it for dogs and pigs. He designed it for sons of the Kingdom; saved and sanctified people with the calling and fitness to serve as fathers to a generation of saved, sanctified and circumcised sons and daughters.
If spiritual fathering will achieve what God designed it to achieve, we must align with these Bible truths.
If we allow spiritual fathering to be the way God designed it, it will be honored with His presence in our lives. We will see God rising and scattering our enemies. He will be melting them like wax before the fire, driving them like smoke is driven away, and making sure we are glad.
OUR DEVOTIONAL TEXT SAYS;

What a blessing to be in a spiritual fathering system where both the father and the spiritual children are saved, sanctified and circumcised at heart. It will receive and display the best of Heaven for the earth. It will allow God to manifest as the Father of the fatherless in the lives of many.
There is so much we can glean from our devotional text on this subject, but what the LORD has given us today is enough for a devotional. I pray that we use the timeless treasures to add to the building blocks of our faith and become all that God has called us to be in Jesus precious name. Amen!
Permit me to align with Christ this morning one more time by admonishing you not to call anointed but unsaved person “father.” In the same way no spiritual father should call any uncircumcised heart “Son.”
Pharaoh called the right person father and it preserved his entire nation for 90 years, and Joseph called the right person “Son” and fathered an entire nation for 90 years.
If you are a Church member, be careful who you call father and if you are a spiritual leader, be careful who you call son. That is the message!
LET THIS SCRIPTURE BE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR THE DAY!
“Then Joseph said to his brothers, “I am Joseph; does my father still live?” But his brothers could not answer him, for they were dismayed in his presence.
And Joseph said to his brothers, “Please come near to me.” So they came near. Then he said: “I am Joseph your brother, whom you sold into Egypt. But now, do not therefore be grieved or angry with yourselves because you sold me here; for God sent me before you to preserve life.
For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
So now it was not you who sent me here, but God; and He has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. Genesis 45:3-8 NKJV
