TODAY’S DEVOTION (FRIDAY 30TH AUGUST 2024)
“And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb.
In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. Revelation 22:1-3 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 243RD DAY OF OUR YEAR OF IMPACT.
God’s amazing grace and mercy are the foundation of His miracles and blessings in the life of a person. His grace has kept us alive to see another end of week; another weekend.
Most of us are already getting ready for Sunday service because of the breath of life that we receive whenever we gather. The Spirit of the LORD has made us, the breath of the Almighty gives us life, hence the eagerness. It is always a great way to start a week.
Sometimes when I look at how our early fathers did it for corporate worship to shift from the natural Jewish Saturday of Judaism, to the spiritual Jewish Sunday of Christianity, I marvel at how omniscient our God is. If our corporate worship was still under Judaism, there is no way we would have been beginning our week corporately in the presence of God.
Though the faith that was delivered to us has nothing to do with days of worship, but the person we worship, beginning a week with a Sunday service is a blessing for those who worship in local Churches that are not being run as money-making machines or social clubs and etc., but places where Christ is at the center of the service.
Today we will be looking at the subject of miracles. After looking at financial matters of late, supernatural matters like miracles comes next.
In the Kingdom of God, we have miracles, signs, and wonders. The three are all supernatural acts of God but not the same feats. There are times God performs signs and not miracles or wonders, and there are times He performs miracles and wonders and not signs.
Each one comes to fulfil a purpose.
He performs miracles to make Himself known and show His love for His own.
He performs signs most times to get our attention and most of them are prophetic in nature, but He performs wonders to put a difference. There are times He performs all three to bear witness to His word, authenticate or enforce His will, or just to glorify His great name.
For instance, signs and wonders and a few miracles were what happened in Egypt when He was bringing Israel out of the grip of Pharaoh and his gods. That tells us that, to bring us out of captivity, God may perform a sign or a wonder not necessarily a miracle.
TODAY I WANT TO REFRESH OUR MINDS ON REDEMPTIVE MIRACLES THAT GOD PERFORMS.
There is one redemptive miracle I sense most people in church today need to learn about and also understand how to access because it is a throne room miracle that is completely attached to our lifestyles.
When a miracle we seek from GOD’s throne only comes when we align with His throne, we cannot get it by prayer, fasting, giving or doing anything deliverance ministers ask us to do. They cannot even come by attending deliverance schools.
Sadly, for the lazy, all significant throne room miracles depend on the alignment of our lifestyles with the life and styles of the throne of GOD.
Meaning, no matter how you seek it in prayer, you will never get it until your lifestyle is overhauled completely by the Spirit of truth. That miracle is hidden in our devotional text. The text says;

THIS TEXT IS A BIBLE PROPHECY OF WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN THE AGE TO COME.
The details cannot be made known in a devotional. But when this scripture will be made manifest, the entire planet will be blanketed with Blessings from this place that will be tangible to all Sons of God who will be in that age.
I used the phrase “Sons of God” because we will all lose our gender. Our faces will be the same but we will not be male or female by the definition of this age. We will be sons of God.
What the LGBT community is trying to do, is not for this age and was not designed to happen by the power of men. The enemy is only damaging ahead of time, what will be perfectly done by them.
The LGBT community is trying to make men and women lose their gender now. But the abomination will never succeed in a large scale. The earth as we know it is designed to function on gender for so many reasons including productivity. Trying to turn it upside down will never work.
It is like those who are trying to stop the deterioration or decline of what they call mother earth. It cannot be stopped.
The earth as we know it will be no more. There will be the new Heaven and the new earth where righteousness dwells. So, this one will not continue. It will give way to that one.
The part of the text that reveals the Throne Room Redemptive Miracle of my concern is the part that says,
“And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him.” (Revelation 22:1-3 NKJV)
So many people try to travel here and there, follow prophets here and there, pursue anointings here and there to break curses in their lives. But the solution to breaking the curse of life does not lie in such religious moves or spiritual jamborees.
Fortunes have been spent by many in local churches in the name of sowing seeds to break curses.
People have fasted until they lost their senses in a bid to break curses. Here in Kenya I have met those who visited what they call Heaven’s gate to contact God and break curses. They came out with futile encounters that got some even more possessed.
You do not break curses by doing all that our present-day deliverance ministers tell us to do. Curse breaking is a throne room miracle that only happens permanently when we align.
THE BIBLE SAYS THERE IS A NO-MORE-CURSE REALM IN THE THRONE OF GOD FOR EVERYONE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH.
We only need to understand the life and styles of God’s throne as taught in the Holy Scriptures, to step into that realm. If we know and embrace them, we will begin to live lifestyles that are out of this world, freeing us from all the curses of this world.
We need to teach the life and style of God’s throne to our family members, our villages, our churches and nations in order for people not to struggle with curses again. If we do not, all that is being done now by charlatans and heretic preachers will not help them. It will only hurt them like we see today.
That explains why the carrying of prophets to villages to pray over households, pour oil, collect sacrifices and do all the religious stuff has not helped anyone. That is not God’s way of bringing the reign of curses to an end in a man’s life.
There are those who download prayer points on the net that tells them it will break this and that curse when they pray and fast at this time of the day or night. That is witchcraft in practice. Curses are only broken and replaced with blessings when our earthly lifestyles disappears into the life and styles of God’s throne.
If you do not understand that, you will keep allowing preachers to make fortune out of your misfortune, through the curse breaking altars they ask you to raise, or seeds they prophesy to you to sow.
The key to breaking all the curses of life lies in outsourcing our lives from God’s throne.
It may interest you to know that there are three or four categories of Curses. We have the curse of God on the wicked, the curse of Satan that proceeds from his kingdom; sometimes through witches and wizards like Balaam, or men of ‘God’ under his control. Then we have the curse of personal wickedness, and the curse of the fallen life which is attached to the flesh.
There are other miniature classes of curses that are not classified here, but no matter the type or weight of the Curse, all curses are broken when we repent of our sins and wickedness, and begin to align with the life and styles of God’s throne as taught in the Bible.
For example, the life and style of God’s throne on marriage says, one man should marry one woman. It does not permit polygamy. We see that in the garden of Eden.
THE FIRST PEOPLE TO GO THE POLYGAMY WAY LIVED THEIR DAYS OUTSIDE THE LIFE AND STYLE OF GOD’S THRONE.
If you therefore use David and Solomon as an inspiration to go polygamy, you and all that will be born in that union, will be vulnerable to curses. Meaning, any devil can place a curse on any of your seed. That is why from the life of children of David, to the lives of that of our polygamous fathers, we can clearly see the consequences of polygamy.
You see incense and death in David’s family, you see other things in our own families.
You see all kinds of sorrowful things happening in polygamous homes. That does not mean there are no bad things in the life of those who are not from polygamy homes. The truth is, it does not matter the home, if you live your life outside this world, you will be free from curses.
If the life and style of God’s throne governs your life on earth, you will be free from curses.
The life and style of God’s throne also forbids sleeping with those you are not married to. People will sleep with those they are not married to are vulnerable to the curses of life, meaning any devil can place a curse on you and it will work. It also forbids same sex marriage, that is why those who embrace that life style are accursed in health and etc.
It is those whose lives and styles align with that of God’s throne that will be blessed beyond the curses of this life. The Bible says,
“Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. You love righteousness and hate wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.
All Your garments are scented with myrrh and aloes and cassia, Out of the ivory palaces, by which they have made You glad. Kings’ daughters are among Your honorable women; At Your right hand stands the queen in gold from Ophir.” Psalm 45:6-9 NKJV
THIS SCRIPTURE PAINTS A PICTURE OF HOW OUR LIVES WILL BECOME WHEN WE ALIGN WITH THE LIFE AND STYLE OF GOD’S THRONE.
From functioning on earth as the scepter of righteousness, where we become the scepter of God’s kingdom, to the change of our lives by the release of Heavenly fragrance upon us, the blessing of living according to the life and style of God’s throne cannot be fully grasped on this side of eternity.
For instance, if marital decisions are made according to the life and style of God’s throne, no curse can sit on anyone’s marital life. If financial decisions are made according to the life and style of God’s throne, no curse can sit on anyone’s financial life.
If career decisions are made according to the life and style of God’s throne, no curse from anywhere can sit on that person’s career life.
The Bible teaches that there will be no enchantment that will work against such a person, no divination. The power of God’s throne will be fully expressed in the career of the person.
The message today is simple. God wants to bring any curses in our lives to an end. He never created you and I to live a life of curses.
It is not his will that we live accursed lives. He wants us to live lives that are free from curses and amazingly blessed, according to His definition of blessing. But His throne remains the only place to get that from.
In as much as we want our families to be free from the curses in families, we must follow the right paths to freedom, not the dark paths being taught and practiced by some preachers.
We must understand that, to free our entire lives and families from the curses of life, we must teach ourselves and each member of our families the life and style of God’s throne and urge them to embrace it.
It is my prayer that God will use this word to continue to build us up and give us an inheritance among they that are sanctified. Amen!!
