He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; you know that I love You.” He said to him, “Tend My sheep.”

WELCOME TO THE 193RD DAY OF OUR YEAR OF STRATEGIC VICTORIES!
God be praised for the first day of another week. This is the day the LORD has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it. I hope you are getting ready for Sunday service. Do not sit at home on a day like this. You need to find an assembly of God’s people, either digitally or in person to join.
You cannot call yourself a Christian and not have a spiritual family raised for you by the LORD, where you must join on a day like this to meet the LORD in a presence that you cannot find when fellowshipping alone; that presence is called corporate anointing; a presence the LORD only manifest when we gather to fellowship as a church.
Let no one deceive you; we all need that presence to survive the days we live in. Satan will do everything to keep you away from it. Yes, he would. He could give you a job to keep you away from it, give you a marriage to keep you away from it. Or even satisfy a carnal desire you have for wealth, comfort or success to keep you away from it.
Sometimes he will make you develop a dangerous spiritual pride that keeps you away from it. He will make sure you overestimate yourself and use that to keep you away from it. He does all that because he knows that the presence of the LORD that manifest as a corporate anointing is the only presence that grants us victory in battles that we have not been able to win alone.
Yes, no mater how holy, prayerful or spiritually sound you are, there are life battles you cannot win except you find a local church God raised for you and be appearing along with them before God on a day like this.
The Bible says darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people. But the LORD shall rise upon us, and His glory shall be risen upon us. That rise upon us and that glory manifestation take place, most times, only when we meet in corporate assembly like today.
We meet not to show the good styles of clothes we sew, even if it is important to appear beautifully in our best wears with prepared hearts as prescribed by the LORD when our fathers first appeared. Ultimately, we meet to be fed the word of the LORD; we meet to be fed something from the testimony of Jesus Christ.
IN SIMPLE TERMS, WE MEET TO BE FED WITH JESUS COOK FOR US HIS SHEEP!!
We do not meet to be fed what carnal pastors cook in their greed and covetousness. We do not meet to be fed with things on evil altars, doctrines of men or devils, monitoring spirits or any of those Christless messages. We meet to be fed the doctrine of Christ.
In fact, if meeting for spiritual food is the priority of every believer, no false prophet or heretic teacher of the word will have any believer in their churches. At most they will assemble lost souls to deceive or astonish with the magic they call miracles.
As outlined yesterday, the greatest plague in our churches today is spiritual malnutrition. That is why you will always find God moving us from churches where we are not fed to where people are properly fed.
The LORD God has a history of moving His sheep from local churches where they are not being fed to local churches where they can be fed. The psalmist put it this way, “He makes His sheep to lie down in green pastures.” (Psalm 23:2).
If you are a sheep of Christ, He will never allow you to remain where you are being fooled without knowing. He will shut your desire for whatever is happening in that place and kindle a desire for intimacy with Jesus, rapid spiritual growth and rich spiritual food, in your heart.
Yes, He will kindle a desire for a church that you can be taught the word of the LORD in ways you have not been taught before.
Mark this; the LORD will NEVER kindle your heart for miracles when He want to move you to where you can be properly fed His word. He will kindle your heart for truth; He will kindle your heart for sound doctrine. In fact, it is the false Christ in Church that kindles people’s hearts for miracles. It kindles their hearts for marriage, money, attention, titles and recognition.
IT WILL NEVER KINDLE ONE’S HEART FOR MORE OF CHRIST SOUND DOCTRINE AND GENUINE CHRISTIANITY.
Sadly, many are not in churches where Jesus fed people. They are rather in churches where pastors fool them; and people do not realize when they are being fooled because when you are being fooled you will never know. You will see your desires granted but will never realize the leanness that is being sent to your soul.
You may get miracles and see your prophet’s prophecies come to pass but Christ will never be formed in your heart or His beautiful glory announcing itself by your presence, the way it did in the early Church. Remember, when the beautiful glory of Christ announced itself in the lives of the men of the early church, people looked at them and said, “they have been with Jesus.”
In Antioch they look at their moral lives and call them Christians.
They saw the beauty of the glory of the LORD. Friend, do not trade the necessity to be fed rich spiritual food with anything. The truth is if you are a Christian, you are either being fed spiritually by the church you attend or fooled perfectly by the Church you attend.
There can be no middle ground. God sent this word to open your eyes!!
It is my prayer that your eyes open in Jesus precious name. Amen
As we bring this to a close, understand that if you are not in a Church where you are being fed properly with the doctrine of Christ, you are in a church where you are being fooled. There is no middle ground. Let no one confuse you about that.
The church may be headed by your aunt, your dad, mother, your tribal man, or uncle, none of that matters in the spirit realm. If the person is not feeding you with sound doctrine, you are already a meal to something. That is the truth!!
Yes, if you are not being fed properly in a local church, you are already a piece of food for both the irresponsible shepherd who is not feeding you, and the devils that are either feeding you on you or will feed on your life.
Child of God, Jesus has a controversy with many preachers today. The controversy is revealed in scriptures in Ezekiel 34.
So, do not be a member of any church with a pastor that God has a controversy with. Rather, take your time to find a church that can feed you the doctrine of Christ, led by a Christ centered and not money minded Shepherd and all will be well with you both in time and eternity.
