TODAY’S DEVOTION (MONDAY 20TH October 2025)
“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,
speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.
For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 1 Timothy 4:1-5 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 293RD DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY
Today will be a good day. Do not be afraid!!! God’s mercies are there to uphold you and your family. We give God the praise for His great mercies upon our lives and marvelous works. We thank Him for not dealing with us according to our sins, but according to His tender mercies. The Bible says:
“As a father pities his children, So the LORD pities those who fear Him. For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust. As for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes. For the wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place remembers it no more.” Psalm 103:13-16 NKJV
We are in the end times. Some of the pressures we are going to face will come from unexpected ends. People and places we do not expect will become great tools for demonic pressure to depart from the ways of the LORD. But the LORD knows our frame and will always supply mercies to help us out of these things.
This morning am writing with deep sadness in my heart because of the very bad things that are happening, I mean very, very, bad things.
As I look at other fields, I see many of God’s warriors of righteousness being pressured beyond measure, and some helplessly falling into ditches they never thought they could fall. So many of us that are fighting the battles of the LORD are in situations where no one, I mean no one can minister to us.
To minister means to serve; no one has what it takes to serve these men and women of GOD in the front lines. It is easier to serve a regular preacher but difficult to be of help to preachers in the frontlines of God’s end time moves, who take in bullets that no one know about. Bullets that only compassionate people can discover and help them out.
It will take spouses, blood relatives, close confidants, and friends moving in deep compassion for these men or women, people genuinely moving in the Spirit of the LORD, to serve them. Self-center spouses, blood relatives, close confidants, church members and friends will not be of any help. Some will even harm them badly.
WARRIORS OF RIGHTEOUSNESS FALL SOMETIMES, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE NEGLECTED.
These mighty men and women fall sometimes because there is no genuine people who can help them around. Some look so strong to onlookers because the LORD’s strength is usually made manifest in and through them but are feeble men and women who need all the support in this world because of the battles they fight with the LORD.
There are some who are like Abraham who was surrounded by servants who could go to war with him, people born in his own house and trained by him, but with a spouse, called Sarah, who could push him into what we know today as adultery.
I have a question this morning, what are you doing to be of help to any warrior of righteousness in the frontline of end time battle? What are you doing to contribute to helping them to be strong in the LORD?
We expect so much from them and put them under pressure until they cave in and fall, and when they do, we blame them for it and give them all kinds of unprintable names. We forget that God will judge us because we are responsible for their fall. We drew and drew and drew from them without making any deposits until they fell, and some even die and we burry them.
Those who do not die, we heap blames on and call them all kinds of blasphemous names because they fell. If we do not wake up from our charismatic madness and wickedness, we will come under the judgment of the LORD for being cruel to His men and women in the frontlines, or the forefront of God’s hottest battle with hell.
There are times God’s warriors in the frontline go through great pressure and cannot find any that can renew them because of the self-centeredness of those around. Everyone in their lives puts pressure on them to survive one thing or the other, but do not care what the pressure is doing to them. They extract from them, emotionally, spiritually, financially, etc. and make no returns.
WE ALL FORGET THAT WHEN WE KEEP WITHDRAWING FROM AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT GIVING BACK, IT WILL BE DEPLETED.
God is not against withdrawing from His warriors, because that is their assignments. But He is against not making returns, not renewing them after we have withdrawn from them.
If there is a man or women of God that you have been drawing grace and virtues from, you are under obligation to deposit kindness, compassion, care, hospitality, good behavior, speaking well of the person, and deposit even money into their account or give them any other things of value to renew them.
If you do not renew who you are drawing from, you are breaking a spiritual principle, and you will be sorry for it.
Sometimes, renewing who you are drawing from will require something beyond an offering. It will require something stronger and deeper that only compassionate hearts can offer. Friend the principle of God for us all who are withdrawing from God’s vessel in our lives must be respected.
If you are withdrawing virtues from any vessel of God, you must give back what will keep the vessel renewed. If you are withdrawing emotions, you must give back what will keep the person renewed emotionally. If you are making spiritual withdrawals, you must give back what will keep the person spiritually renewed. That is how it works.
You must know how to give back, else the man or woman becomes depleted and cave in.
Sadly, we live in a generation that know how to withdraw and not how to make a deposit. Withdrawal without deposits depletes an account. You should know that. That is why God strongly admonished that we minister back to those who minister to us, else they deplete and cave in to the evil one.
If we are true children of God, we should know that part of the rumblings of the Holy Spirit to you us this morning is to wake up from spiritual cruelty and become helpful to any man or woman in the frontline of God’s end time battle that God is using to prepare or help us fulfill our eternal destiny.
OUR DEVOTIONAL TEXT TODAY IS EXTREMELY PROPHETIC.
It is a “rumbling of the Spirit” that warns us of the times we live in as Children of God. It says:

This morning, I received a message from someone telling me that a Church member said to her that God has told her not to share the Cry of the Spirit devotionals again. I was shocked. These are devotionals that has blessed millions and led many to the LORD.
So, God will wake me up each day with what to write and then go tell people not to help me to share it?
No!! It is not God but deceiving spirits. They have made many mad. The Bible says many will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits. A deceiving spirit just spoke to that woman. The same spirit once spoke to one little girl to leave Church and go sit at home. We tried to help her out, but she was too convinced it was God. Today, she is back with sin and Satan.
Friend, you must guard your heart against the deceiving spirits. You must learn to bring any thought that is weird and contrary to sound doctrine into captivity to the obedience of Christ. There are spirits on rampage, and we must not allow our hearts to become their playground.
These spirits are busy speaking to people who are either positioned closely to warriors of righteousness or just within their ministries, using the language of God. They tell the people to do things that they do not know are harming the progress of the work of God; things aimed at destroying its impact.
The spirits even sway some to lie terribly against warriors in the frontline, defame, falsely accuse and do or say the unthinkable.
They influence them to betray, do damnable videos, write defamatory posts, and do many other things to hurt or hinder the warriors in the frontline. They recruit people to function as part of the army of Satan.
But why do this people claim it is God asking them to do such things while the Bible says it is not God, you may wonder? The reason is simple, these deceiving spirits speak in the language of God to this people, that is why the people take it as God telling them to do this or that.
Last week alone two people I know nothing about, came from far saying God sent them to me. They spoke as if I had known them before, and claim God said I know them. You hear them saying things that are outlandish. Some devils are on rampage. If you do not yield yourself to truth, they will influence your heart to do what they want.
MAKE THIS SCRIPTURE AN ADDITIONAL MEDITATION FOR TODAY.
“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart;
For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh. Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you.” Proverbs 4:20-24 NKJV
