TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL (Wednesday 10th March 2021)
“Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!”
“You shall hide them in the secret place of your presence from the plots of man; you shall keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.”
“Blessed be the Lord, For He has shown me His marvelous kindness in a strong city!” Psalms 31:19-21 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 69th DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS!
It is out of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed for His compassion fails not. Blessed be this God who has not given us to the teeth of our enemies nor allow His faithfulness to fail. For 69 days today He has been faithful to us even in times when we were faithless.
Oh, how great is His goodness towards us. How great is what He has stored up for us among the sons of men. That brings us to the word of the LORD for our lives today!
There are two places that holds the storehouse of our treasures. The first is in the glory of God, and the second among the sons of men. The one that is in the glory of God contains all that God has blessed with that our natural eyes cannot see, ears hear, or hearts conceive. Only spiritual senses can pick them.
This is where our existing resources are, hence making even the poorest of the poor in Christ Jesus rich in God’s sight. I don’t know what your economic situation is, but going by what God has stored for you in His plans, or in the realm of Glory, you are not poor at all.
You see, there are people who are so rich in glory that they are to own estates on earth, but cannot even pay their rents. There are those who by virtue of what God has stored for them in the realm of glory, should have no business with poverty, lack or begging. But the reverse is the case. God want to speak to us this morning about these things.
We must understand that the physical poverty of the justified is always as a result of us being cut off from our riches in glory. It is not as a result of curses anywhere or what they call evil altars. That is why you read Paul praying for those who sent support to him for ministry, saying;
“But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.” Philippians 4:19 KJV
Paul knew that the justified need to receive from God’s riches in glory to prosper on earth, hence speaking these words to the ears of the LORD.
THIS PRAYER RESPONSE OF PAUL TO THE PEOPLE’S SACRIFICIAL SUPPORT FOR HIS MINISTRY, REVEALS SO MANY THINGS.
One of it is what God does to people who support apostolic ministries over time. He made us to understand that God takes away the stumbling blocks that may by existing on the paths of those who supports apostolic ministries and makes sure they get supplies from His riches in glory, where their invisible store houses are.
The words,
“But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus”
tells us where our earthly riches really come from. That is why no one can hinder our progress in life. The demon that can hinder us is not yet born. Nothing can hinder what comes from the realm of glory except lack of revelation.
So our economic prosperity does not come from abroad, it comes from above.
It comes as invisible wealth from our storehouses in glory, and is made visible through a divine process that must be revealed to us. That process must be revealed to each individual personally for him or her to use in living on the face of the earth, because it is tailored to God’s individual prophetic plan for each one of us.
So you don’t get the revelation by meeting a prophet to reveal it to you but by meeting God. The best we are to do, as preachers, is to teach and train you to access the most Holy Place where such things are revealed, and sharpen your discernment to pick them in the Spirit’s realm when you get there.
In simple terms, the riches that exist in your storehouse in glory are waiting to be made manifest in your life on earth. They are waiting for you to discover and start walking in the DIVINE process that will move them from the invisible realm of God’s glory to the visible realm.
That is why the prosperity of the righteous does not begin in the open. It begins in the secret of place of the Most High.
People who are serving the LORD in the outer court will NEVER come into the prosperity of the righteous. They will either be poor or manipulated to be giving to greedy men and women of God until they either get frustrated or start going for the prosperity of the wicked.
A CHILD OF GOD IS DESIGNED BY THE LORD TO PROSPER BY THE GRACE OF GOD HE OR SHE OBTAINS MERCY TO FIND IN THE SECRET PLACE OF GOD’S THRONE.
When you find that grace, it will begin to teach you personally and unveil the DIVINE process that will move the riches from the storehouse in the invisible realm of God’s glory, to the storehouse among the sons of men in the visible realm, then to your personal life.
What is actually keeping the justified poor is lack of revelation of the DIVINE process!
If you do not seek the LORD until you find this process, you will never be able to move what God has stored up for you in glory to your life on earth. There will be nothing among the sons of men for you to carry. You will just be toiling and feeding on the bread of sorrow no matter your skill or expertise. That is why the Bible says;
“I returned and saw under the sun that—The race is not to the swift, Nor the battle to the strong, Nor riches to men of understanding, Nor favor to men of skill; But time and chance happen to them all.
For man also does not know his time: Like fish taken in a cruel net, Like birds caught in a snare, So the sons of men are snared in an evil time, When it falls suddenly upon them.” Ecclesiastes 9:11-12 NKJV
The reason people do not know their time is because they do not know their process. If you know God’s process for your life, you will know your time.
Let me reiterate again that there is a process that must be personally revealed to your senses over time for you to move what is in your storehouse in glory to your storehouse among the sons of men, for onward delivery to you. That process is tailored to God’s assignment for your life.
It is what the process help in making visible that will be stored up (by the LORD of the earth) among the sons of men for you to gather into your life. A major highlight in our devotional text says,
“Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have prepared for those who trust in You in the presence of the sons of men!”
THIS IS WHAT MAKES RIGHTEOUS PRAYER A VERY VITAL KEY IN UNLEASHING THE PROSPERITY OF THE RIGHTEOUS.
Sadly, when it comes to money matters (and many others), believers are made to pray wicked prayers instead of righteous prayers. Yes, we are made to pray written prayers of the Heathen and that of the hypocrites, hence shutting down the Heavens against our spirits, and hindering men and women from coming into the revelation of their process.
God never called us to pray wicked prayers. We are called and designed by the LORD for Righteous Prayers. That is why they make tremendous revelation and power available. They have a way of bringing us to the realm of receiving the revelation of our personal process. The Bible says,
“Moreover the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah a second time, while he was still shut up in the court of the prison, saying, “Thus says the LORD who made it, the LORD who formed it to establish it (the[a] LORD is His name):
‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and [b]mighty things, which you do not know.’ Jeremiah 33:1-3 NKJV
Calling unto the LORD to show your personal process and planting yourself in a local Church that will keep you aflame to find the answer to your prayers will be necessary. If you neglect this, you will not be able to access the revelation of the process.
Everyone God has ever prospered, prayed into the revelation of their process, then spent the rest of their lives working it out, before breaking into kingdom wealth. Solomon comes to mind here.
If you look at his life, you will discover that his economic prosperity did not come from the vineyards but from the place of prayer in the Most Holy Place. That was where God met Him and revealed his process to him. He was busy asking the LORD for wisdom, just as this devotional word is asking us to do, and got the response. The Bible says God answered and said to him;
“Because you have asked this thing, and have not asked long life for yourself, nor have asked riches for yourself, nor have asked the life of your enemies, but have asked for yourself understanding to discern justice,
behold, I have done according to your words; see, I have given you a wise and understanding heart, so that there has not been anyone like you before you, nor shall any like you arise after you.
And I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honor, so that there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your days. So if you walk in My ways, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as your father David walked, then I will lengthen[c] your days.” 1 Kings 3: 11-14 NKJV
If you will do the same; if you will stop asking God for riches for yourself and for the life of your enemies; if you will start asking Him for wisdom; IN OTHER WORDS, FOR THE REVELATION OF THE DIVINE PROCESS you need to engage to birth your wealth on earth. He will speak to you and do even much more than you will ever ask.
What is out message this morning? The message is simple. There are two store houses carrying your wealth in GOD. One is invisible the other visible. The invisible is in the realm of glory and the visible among the sons of men.
You will need to connect the invisible for the visible to open up and start bringing what you need in life. To connect the invisible, you will need time in the secret place of the Most High. When you connect the invisible in the secret place, you will receive secrets from the LORD containing the divine process to engage in overtime, in other to move the riches in glory to your life on earth.
May the LORD begin to teach you in the way He chooses. May He begin to guide you in justice and make you dwell in prosperity! Amen.
