TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL (Thursday 10th June 2021)
We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.
We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. 1 John 5:18-19 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 161ST DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS!
If God was not seated as the enthrone one over our lives, we would have long been no more in a wicked world like ours. Blessed be the LORD who have given us another day and have not given us over to the teeth of our enemies.
In him our apostolic and prophetic ancestors trusted. To Him they cried out and were saved. Yes, in Him they trusted and were not put to shame. The same will happen to us if we do what they did.
For those of us in the faith being troubled with matters of ancestors, I want to announce to you that we have better ancestors in Christ Jesus who served and trusted Him in their days. They are in the Bible. They belong to our blood line; the blood line of Jesus Christ. That is the bloodline you belong to. So you do not need to go through the blood line deliverance scam.
There is so much about our heritage in Christ that our generation do not know. They allowed themselves to receive ignorant and money making preaching and teachings on deliverance from money minded preachers in the last decades and came out with dangerous teaching that do not form Christ in us but put money in the pockets of servants of gods and lords.
The most scamming teachings in Church today are teachings on deliverance and prosperity. They are most preacher’s scamming doctrines. If they open their mouth, they talk about altars. If they open their mouth they tell you how miracles will never happen until you so this or that seed. They teach things that they ought not, especially on matters of witchcraft, and put people on panic mode to be making money out of them.
When God spoke to me about witchcraft and stirred me to put them in the book OVERCOMING WITCHCRAFT BY THE GREATNESS OF GOD’S POWER, it was the first time I was hearing about witchcraft and how to defeat it without getting scared in the process. Every other time I have heard about witchcraft, I have been scared to death in some cases. I have always been placed on panic mode.
FOR THE FIRST TIME I DISCOVERED THAT WHEN GOD TALK TO YOU ABOUT THE ENEMY IT IS DIFFERENT.
There are times you will come out with a boldness and sense of victory over them. That was when I understood that God has not be the one talking to most deliverance preachers in the church about witchcraft. The god of deliverance have been the one. That is why people are left engaged in endless spiritual warfare and fruitless fasting and prayer seasons, with the preachers parting away with their monies.
Friend, when God talk to you about witchcraft it is different. It is not scary! He gives you the victory keys without taking you to mountains to pray and fast or taking you through deliverance rituals. If God had been the one speaking through many of the present day prophets about witchcraft, money in the local churches would have long been set free from the scourge.
A lot have been taken to be right by an ignorant generation that fights spiritual and moral truths.
When you speak or teach spiritual or moral truths they accuse you of being holier than others; they call you self-righteous and make all kinds of remarks to weaken you. But they do not understand that the Spirit of Christ cannot be weakened by that of the anti-Christ. He has been the strength of those He has, out of His mercies, given spiritual and moral truths to teach this generation, including us at the Cry of the Spirit Ministries.
God will always raise voices in any generation to Cry His word that that generation. He will always send the Cry of His Holy Spirit to be taught, prophesied, and released to the hearts of men with the aim of exposing falsehood and turning the hearts of the simple and teachable back to the true God.
We are part of the Elijah generation on one side, and Isaac generation on the other. We are also part of the Josiah generation. There is going to be a second coming of these glorious generations in our days. Let he that has an ear hear what the Spirit is saying to the Churches.
This morning we will continue from where we left of yesterday on matters of overcoming witchcraft. We were looking at the mystery of the witchcraft software and we touched the first aspect of the software; sin. We said the real attack many are having is sin attack. As we pick up from there, may the LORD speak to your heart Amen

THE REAL ATTACK THAT THE CHURCH AND THE WORLD ARE UNDER IS NOT DEMONIC ATTACK BUT SIN ATTACK.
People have abandoned the true gospel and have pressed into a false grace gospel that tells them half-truths and not the whole truth. They live in terrible sins and call it weakness. They live in sin but claim “as Jesus is, so are we in this world.” When you see their works you begin to wonder what they really mean.
You wonder if Jesus is living in fornication, adultery, lasciviousness, lies, deception, or any form of moral bankruptcy in Heaven, hence they living so on earth? Friends, let no one deceive you. The Bible says,
Little children, let no one deceive you. He who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous. 1 John 3:7 NKJV
That makes the practice of righteousness the only sign that you are in this world as Jesus is in the world of glory! You don’t claim His position without keeping to His consecration. If you claim His position without keeping to His consecration, you are a disaster going somewhere to happen. You will be food for witches and wizards if they move against you. The Bible went further to say;
He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8 NKJV
It does not matter who you are (pope, prophet, apostle, pastor and etc.), this scripture makes it clear that people who live in sin are of the devil, not of God. And you cannot be of the devil and be free from witches or any kind of demonic attacks sent against you.
SUCCESSFULLY DEMONIC ATTACK IS A PRODUCT OF A SUCCESSFUL SIN ATTACK. THAT IS WHY THE FIRST EXPLOITS OF GRACE IS DOMINION OVER SIN.
Christ, the grace of God, will first grant you dominion over sin as soon as you come to Him because dominion over sin will set you free from the power and practice of sin. If you are delivered from the power and practice of sin, you will not come under the consequence of any sin. Because there will be no sin in your life to suffer the consequence of. The Bible clearly states that;
Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. 1 John 3:7-9 NKJV
So if you say you are a Christian or born again and you are under grace but sinning, you are not a Christian by practice, neither are you born again of the incorruptible word. You are not under the grace of God, because if you are, you will be born again Christian by practice.
If you are a born again Christian by practice, it is a sign that the seed of God dwells in you. In other words, if the seed of God dwell in you, you will not practice sin but righteousness. If you do not practice sin but righteousness, you will never come under satanic or witchcraft attacks. That is the secret. The Bible says,

If you are born of God no witchcraft can touch you but if you are born of religion and the evil and corrupt system of this world calling it GOD, witchcraft will be touching you successfully. If your marriage, ministry, daily walk, business, career or etc. are not born of God, the enemy will successfully sway witchcraft against you and make your life difficult.
BEING TRULY BORN OF GOD IS KEY TO OVERCOMING WITCHCRAFT.
Sin is the first aspect of the witchcraft software we must deal with and come out of the reach of witchcraft. If you do not delete it from your life through repentance, your life will be repealed by witches and wizards – you will be erased. But before we go into how deal with sin; let’s talk about the gravities of Sin; something this generation have been deceived not to think or talk about. They called it the promotion of sin consciousness.
If not for stupidity, how do you overcome what you are not conscious of? That is why the believes who claim not to be walking in sin consciousness are involved in so many evil, sinful and immoral practices.
We do not know that the doctrine was brought to take away our consecration. Understanding the gravity of sin is key to living a consecrated Christian life. If God did not warn you of what is coming your way if you are living a life of sin, you will never forsake it.
No one will live a life of sin freely if they understand the gravity. It is therefore very important that we understand the gravity of sin. On this very important spiritual and moral truth, the Bible says,
If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that.
All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death. 1 John 5:16-17 NKJV
In the school of the gravity of sin, you will understand that not every sin hands a man over to witchcraft or death. Sin has gravity. When we say gravity of sin we are talking about its seriousness and attached consequences. All unrighteousness is sin but there are sins with lesser consequences in time and there are sins with heavier consequences. That is what this scripture is telling us!
Every sin creates a breach in your relationship with GOD but sins with greater consequences completely destroy your relationship with GOD and plunges you into spiritual zones where witchcraft can be practiced on you.
IT UNLOCKS THE GATE OF DEATH UPON YOU LIKE IT DID TO SAMSON.
Now, if we read the same scripture in the amplified version of the Bible we will get another understanding of what GOD is saying. It says;
If anyone sees his brother [believer] committing a sin that does not [lead to] death (the extinguishing of life), he will pray and [God] will give him life [yes, He will grant life to all those whose sin is not one leading to death]. There is a sin [that leads] to death; I do not say that one should pray for that.
All wrongdoing is sin, and there is sin which does not [involve] death [that may be repented of and forgiven]. 1 John 5:16-17 AMP
There are certain sins that when you commit something dies in you – something you can no longer recover except you pass through a long and deep process of sanctification. There are those that cannot even be recovered again. It could be a marriage, a business, a family, a church, a gift or call of GOD. That is what we call sin-attack. It is also why I describe sin attack as the greatest spiritual attack in the Church today and the human race in general.
Many have committed grievous sins in the area of marriage, family, and economic lives and lost their relationship with GOD eternally, kindling great fires of hell in their lives that have become unquenchable, because they are far away from sound spiritual and moral truths.
Most of us have become like the Biblical character, Esau. That is why the word repentance has been deleted from our lexicons. Some now believe preachers, who say we do not need to repent again because we are already saved. They love preachers who would not confirm them of their sins and wickedness. They are in realms where they cannot find repentance like Esau, hence cannot fin true deliverance from witchcraft.
Concerning Esau, the Bible says;
looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled;
lest there be any fornicator or profane person like Esau, who for one morsel of food sold his birthright.
For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears. Hebrews 12:15-17 NKJV
