TODAY’S DEVOTION (Wednesday 1ST January 2025)
“Jerusalem, the time is coming, when it will be said to you: “Don’t be discouraged or grow weak from fear!
The Lord your God wins victory after victory and is always with you. He celebrates and sings because of you, and he will refresh your life with his love” Zephaniah 3:16-17 CEV
WELCOME TO THE 1st DAY OF OUR YEAR OF VICTORY.
A happy new year to you and everyone that is part of your life, in Jesus precious name. It is the mercies that the LORD showed us each day in previous years, that made it possible for us to be alive to see 2025, a year He has declared to be our year of Victory.
We give God the glory for granting us mercies to be part of those who are alive to see this year.
It is not because of our holiness or righteousness but because of His mercies. If the LORD should mark iniquities none of us can stand. But there is forgiveness with Him so that He might be feared.
In Bible days, the beginning of a year was very significant. It was usually a season for the blowing of the Trumpet. Then it was a ram’s horn that was used. But today, Christ has been fulfilled.
It is no longer a sound from a ram’s horn, but the knowledge of the prophetic word from God; the Testimony of Jesus Christ Himself, holding in it what the Church need to know or use in traveling through the days of the year with.
So, in the beginning of a year like this, God will send living words or words to live by to His people through the apostolic and prophetic mantle; prophetic words of truth and reason to guise us through the year with. We call them prophetic light.
Such lights are usually determined by so many things, ranging from the season God’s people find themselves, to the kind of darkness that surrounds them.
IT CAN ALSO BE DETERMINED BY WHAT HE WANTS TO DO WITH THEIR LIVES AND WHAT THE ENEMY ALSO WANTS TO DO.
Generally, in a world of prophetic and moral darkness, God’s people will always need prophetic light from the Light of the world in their hearts, coming in what the Bible describes as the Testimony of Jesus Christ, or the spirit of Prophecy, to live their days in light. That is why such lights are always in tandem with the teachings of the Holy Scriptures.
Our apostolic Cross Over Service was filled with that light. Sadly, the media staff who works in the studio, intentionally deleted the video due to some senseless concerns that were in my purview to determine. I don’t know why some staff mix destruction with their beautiful service.
It’s a policy in the media unit that I make such decisions, but she decided to be the boss that moment. I would have said you go back to the YouTube Channel to catch up what you missed.
Everyone who was there would tell you it was an explosive session that no believer should miss. That is why I wanted it on the channel as long as time permits. Using some powerful Bible symbolisms, the LORD filled our hearts with so many things about our destiny that those who call upon His name must come into.
One of the many high points was the revelation of an invasion of the earth realm, by dark spirits from the land of the dead or the underworld that will happen from 2025.
Their mission will be to increase hell worthy people, by forcing people to live the very damnable lives that the souls that are presently in the land of the dead lived, while they were here on earth.
The LORD also spoke to us about the Kind of Churches and Christians that will be visited by this dark forces. We also saw the Mystery behind the Jerusalem that now is, and the Jerusalem above.
We saw the fire that Joshua the High priest in Zecharia was plucked from. It was an unusual apostolic service that all believers should watch and participate in.
I will do a repeat of that broadcast this night so that those who missed it can participate, and those who participated can refresh their souls. The Bible says,
“I will sing a new song to You, O God; On a harp of ten strings, I will sing praises to You, The One who gives salvation to kings, who delivers David His servant from the deadly sword.
Happy are the people who are in such a state; Happy are the people whose God is the Lord!” Psalm 144:9-10, 15 NKJV
I don’t know how you feel when you read scriptures like this. But I feel so good about my God. I also feel a fire within me telling me that God can do the same for me. Hallelujah!!
The Bible says He is the God who deliver kings. That is not just a reference to monarchies, but a reference to every one of us who have been made a king and a priest by the blood of Jesus Christ.
What he did for David. He can do for us, so that we can also sing upon an instrument of ten string or any other instrument of music.
He can deliver us from any deadly sword that might be prepared against us by any devil, human or fallen angel, and keep us safe from the enemy this year. Yes, He will do things in our lives that will make Him sing because of us, like we can see in our devotional text. The text says;

THE WORD HERE IS FOR THOSE WHO BELONG TO THE JERUSALEM THAT IS ABOVE; A WORD TO HOLD UNTO THROUGH 2025.
But within context, as earlier stated, it is for those who belong to the Jerusalem above; the heavenly Jerusalem.
Meaning, it is for people who have been washed by the blood of Jesus, and sanctified by the Holy Spirit, it is for the righteous and not the wicked, for the Godly and not the ungodly, for those who fear the LORD and tremble at His word, not for everyone with the name of the LORD on their lips.
The text contains what will happen in heaven when we stumble into the victories and blessings the LORD has planted in the days of the year for us.
This year is that time when it will be said to us, “Don’t be discouraged or grow weak from fear! No matter the fearful things that might happen” because of what the LORD is set to do in our lives. He is set to move us from victory to victory. That is why it is our year of victory.
The LORD our God has a history of winning from victory to victory, and is always with us. This year, He will celebrate and sing because of us. He will refresh our lives each day with His love. He will do things in your life just for the purpose of singing because of you.

Friend, we are indeed blessed to have the creator of Heaven and the earth as our GOD. His love and care for us all who worship Him is unmatched.
He is the only one who can go into a year you are yet to live in, to smoothen things up for you, and plant awaiting blessings with instructions to explode in your life, when you get there. Hallelujah!!
Yes, God plants awaiting blessings in some days of a year we are yet to enter. He gives them inherent instructions to explode on our lives, when we get to those days.
CHILD OF GOD, 2025 HAS AWAITING BLESSINGS FOR YOU;
I call them prophetic-timed blessings. They are from heaven, designed in the technology of timed bombs. They are set with Heavenly timers, prepared to explode on our lives with significant outbreaks of God, when we get there.
Oh, I am so excited about that, I guess you are excited as well.
My future and your future are blessed already with those prophetic-timed blessings. They will change the course of our lives for the best, bringing about the victory the LORD has promised us.
That is what to expect this year, despite the visitation of dark spirits from the underworld, or the land of the dead.
I believe the LORD has spoken to us already. He has given us a Rhema word for the year. What is left now is faith in it.
It is important to hold on to the word. It is important to travel through 2025 with it, and not allow anyone to tell you things outside what the LORD has already told you.
It is dangerous to hear from people sometimes after you have heard from God. What they will say will kill your faith in what God has said. So, control your ears.
As we bring this to a close, I want to state that, Satan also have evil things he has planted in the year to explode on people when they get to the days those things are planted.
He has the power to do so because he is a spirit being. But what he plants can only happen in the life of those who walk according to the flesh not according to the Spirit.
That is why the Bible says to be carnally minded is dead. It will order one’s steps into the terrible things Satan has planted in certain days; things he has timed to happen to people. This is a call to all of us to walk with Jesus Christ this year. He is called the Day.
He is not called the Day for nothing. He is called the Day because He can fashion our days to make sure we escape what the devil planned to happen to mankind on certain days of the year 2025, or any other year. The Bible says;
“Blessed be the Lord, who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah.
Our God is the God of salvation; And to God the Lord belong escapes from death.” Psalm 68:19-20 NKJV
This scripture speaks of the prophetic-timed blessings God set to explode in our lives, and the LORD’s ability to create escape for us, not just from death but from all the Devil may have timed to happen to mankind this year, or any other year.
With faith in this scripture, and other truths the LORD has spoken to us in this devotional, your life in 2025 is already covered. Amen and amen!!!
