TODAY’S DEVOTIONAL (SUNDAY 6th June 2021)
“For there is no sorcery against Jacob, nor any divination against Israel. It now must be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has done!’
Look, a people rises like a lioness, and lifts itself up like a lion; it shall not lie down until it devours the prey, and drinks the blood of the slain.” Numbers 23:23-24 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 157TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF HIGHER HEIGHTS!
It is out of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, for His compassion fails not. His steadfast love is the reason for our being alive and seeing another glorious day. Indeed, happy are the people whose God is the LORD, creator of Heaven and earth.
There is these statistics that some originations usually carry on the happiest people on earth. They rate some nations as happier than others using certain scales. But the happiest people on earth, are those who have GOD as their LORD. They could in from Africa or the western world.
The Bible called them the Holy Nation, a royal priesthood, God’s own special people. If you belong to the LORD, and serve Him in spirit and in truth, He will make you part of the happiest people on earth, by filling you with what the Bible calls the joy of the LORD.
The enemy could strike you with sadness but as you enter His presence daily, He takes away the sadness and fill your hard with joy.
This morning we are continuing with our excerpts from the book “OVERCOMING WITCHCRAFT BY THE GREATNESS OF GOD’S POWER”. God has indeed opening our eyes through this book. I urge you to go get it for yourself now that the prices will be slashed to mark my 45th birthday. The slashing of the prices will be announced today in Church. It will last for just this month.
Our devotional text today is still the very one we used yesterday. It says
“For there is no sorcery against Jacob, nor any divination against Israel…”
Meaning there is no kind of witchcraft hat can succeed in the life of the Jacob generation. If you are one, you will never be successfully attacked by any kind of sorcery.
This is why this morning we are going to see who Jacob is. It is my prayer that the LORD do a work in your life using these spiritual truths in Jesus precious name. Amen and amen. ”
UNDERSTANDING WHO JACOB IS!
The first prophetic clue of what or who Jacob represents is found in Genesis 28. It presents Jacob as a people who are pregnant with divine destiny and are on their way to receiving the training to bring it fort. This people will have the presence of God stuck to their lives according to the spiritual truth contain in the promise God made to Jacob. The Bible says,
Now Jacob went out from Beersheba and went toward Haran.
So he came to a certain place and stayed there all night, because the sun had set. And he took one of the stones of that place and put it at his head, and he lay down in that place to sleep.
Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.
And behold, the Lord stood above it and said:
“I am the Lord God of Abraham your father and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your descendants.
Also your descendants shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.” Genesis 28:10-15 NKJV
SO IN THIS SCRIPTURE YOU SEE A YOUNG MAN PREGNANT WITH A DIVINE SEED STUMBLING INTO A HEAVENLY PORTAL.
Pregnant people have a way of stumbling into Heavenly portals. What they carry is what forces Heaven open when they get to certain places. Now, this kind of people can never be overpowered by witchcraft because of the commitment of God to His pregnancy in their lives.
Whenever the devil moves against them, God will sound from Heaven saying “…there is no sorcery against Jacob, nor any divination against Israel.”
The spiritual truth here is, there is no witchcraft that can work in the life of anyone who is caring God’s pregnancy. God is not like many irresponsible men today; who impregnates a woman and abandon her. When God impregnates your spirit with an assignment to do on earth or something to bring forth, He will take the responsibility of protecting you immediately.
When He plants His seed in you, He will begin to guide you on how to keep yourself so that the wicked one will not touch you! The Bible says,
“We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him.” 1 John 5:18 NKJV
When God place His seed within you, you become born of Him. When He places His vision, purpose, plan or program in your life to execute, He takes over the responsibility of keeping you safe immediately, because that makes you Jacob; a part of that generation that overcomes witchcraft by the marvelous helps of the glorious God.
The second people that Jacob represents are found in Psalm 24. He represents the generation of those who seek the LORD. The Bible says,
Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.
He shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, who seek your face. Psalms 24:3-6 NKJV
AS CLEARLY DEPICTED, JACOB REPRESENTS THE GENERATION OF THOSE WHO SEEK THE LORD.
Not those who seek the things of the LORD but the LORD Himself. Not those who seek His miracles, His blessings, His marvelous deeds, but those who seek Him – who seek to have all of Him and none of them. We have so many whose motives for following Christ is the satisfaction of their earthly or even carnal desires. The LORD is really not the motivation for their living and coming to Church.
When it comes to the issue of right motives, we can deceive ourselves but we cannot deceive God on what our motives really are for following Him. The Bible made it clear that It is Jacob – genuine seekers of God – that will receive the blessing of genuinely seeking Him. And victory or marvelous Helps against witchcraft is part of that blessing.
If you seek the LORD genuinely you will find Him and when we find Him no witch or wizard can find you! The Bible says;
Seek the Lord and His strength; yearn for and seek His face and to be in His presence continually!
[Earnestly] remember the marvelous deeds which He has done, His miracles, and the judgments He uttered [as in Egypt], 1 Chronicles 16:11-12 AMP
People who seek the LORD genuinely will break forth into the marvelous deeds in His glory.
YOU DON’T SEEK THE LORD GENUINELY THEN WITCHES AND WIZARDS FIND YOU TO KILL.
Like we stated above, when you find the LORD no witch or wizard can find you in their altars, mirrors, basins, or covens when they try to invoke you. The LORD Himself will meet them the way he met Balaam. The Bible says,
Then the Lord put a word in Balaam’s mouth, and said, “Return to Balak, and thus you shall speak.” So he returned to him, and there he was, standing by his burnt offering, he and all the princes of Moab.
And he took up his oracle and said: “Balak the king of Moab has brought me from Aram, from the mountains of the east. ‘Come, curse Jacob for me, and come, denounce Israel!’
“How shall I curse whom God has not cursed? And how shall I denounce whom the Lord has not denounced? Numbers 23:5-8 NKJV
This scripture makes it clear that whenever you find God, it becomes impossible for your enemies to find you destructible.
When Moses found God in the backside of the desert, Pharaoh and all His magicians could not destroy him when they found him in their territory – Egypt. When you find God no sorcerer or sorceress can find you to kill, even when you step into their territories or they step into yours. People who find God will be strong enough to do exploit.
That tells us how men like Daniel survived the witchcraft infested kingdom of Nebuchadnezzar. He was a man who spent every second of his life in Babylon seeking the LORD! Even right in the palace where he served, renown wizards where His colleagues.
Can you imagine that? In the words of the wife of Belshazzar, the man who succeeded Nebuchadnezzar, we can see what the Bible called Daniel’s colleagues – I mean people he worked with in the palace as one of the special advisers to three kings.
THIS MAN WORKED WITH RENOWN WIZARDS AS WORK MATES. THEY WERE EMPLOYED BECAUSE THEY WERE WIZARDS.
The Bible says;
There is a man in your kingdom who is full of the divine Holy Spirit. During your father’s time he was well known for his intellectual brilliance and spiritual wisdom. He was so good that your father, King Nebuchadnezzar, made him the head of all the magicians, enchanters, fortunetellers, and diviners.
There was no one quite like him. He could do anything — interpret dreams, solve mysteries, explain puzzles. His name is Daniel, but he was renamed Belteshazzar by the king. Have Daniel called in. He’ll tell you what is going on here.” Daniel 5:11-12 THE MESSAGE
If wizards could do nothing to Daniel while he worked with them as workmates, and they are doing harmful things successfully to you where you work, then you have a problem. Daniel conquered them in the old testament when Satan was still legal. What is wrong with you? Why can’t you conquered them now than it has become illegal for Satan to attack us?
I consider this scripture a wake up call to all Christians who have the habit of quitting their places of work because their boss or colleagues are witches or wizards. Daniel did not quit. He did not even pray “fall down and die!” He just took on the Jacob posture – the pasture of genuinely seeking the LORD. And as He sought Him the LORD made it impossible for any of those wizards to successfully find him to attack in the spirit realm. It was when they failed that they decided to come physical by asking that he pray to no other God but the King. They either was to take him away from the secret place of the Most High so he could be attacked.
If he was not a true seeker or worshiper of God, he would have been used for dinner by those wizards even if he had prayed our so called dangerous prayers, the way many Christians are being used today for dinner by the witches and wizards at their places of work or business.
Daniel’s success among those wizards proves so loudly that witches and wizards are not the real problem in our lives, our hypocrisy is the problem. There is no enchantment, witchcraft or divination that can succeed against Jacob. Our generation of believers falsifies, everything including salvation experience, walking in the spirit, praying in the spirit and etc.; we lie that we are seekers of God while we are not. That is why witches and wizards succeed against us.
I HAVE SAID IT OVER AND OVER; YOU CAN FALSIFY A DOCUMENT AND GO FREE BUT PLEASE DON’T FALSIFY CHRISTIANITY. YOU WILL BE EXPOSED!
For over 60 years Daniel worked among those wizards – renown wizards employed to practice witchcraft and advise the king – yet there was no successful attack against him because he was of the seed of Jacob (Part of the generation that seeks the LORD).
As earlier stated, at one time they discovered why they could not kill him and manipulated the king to stop him from praying – in other words from seeking the LORD. He resisted because that was where his covering was coming from. The Bible says,
“Then these men assembled and found Daniel praying and making supplication before his God. And they went before the king, and spoke concerning the king’s decree: “Have you not signed a decree that every man who petitions any god or man within thirty days, except you, O king, shall be cast into the den of lions?”
The king answered and said, “The thing is true, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which does not alter.”
So they answered and said before the king, “That Daniel, who is one of the captives from Judah, does not show due regard for you, O king, or for the decree that you have signed, but makes his petition three times a day.” Daniel 6:11-13 NKJV
If he had compromised for fear of the lions, he would have been eaten by the wizards. His fear for God was greater than his fear from the Lions. And the one he feared most (who have been shielding him from the wizards) delivered him from the Lions.
IT IS THE GOD YOU FEAR THAT WILL SHOW UP IN YOUR DAY OF TROUBLE.
The Bible says,
Then Daniel said to the king, “O king, live forever! My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.”
Now the king was exceedingly glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no injury whatever was found on him, because he believed in his God. Daniel 6:21-23 NKJV
Hallelujah! May it be said of us that no injury will be found on us when the enemy move against us in any way IN Jesus precious name!
Daniel was no pseudo seeker of GOD. That was why He refused to compromise. He was no hypocrite! Hypocrites are exposed whenever things become hot. That is when they will begin to say “let us apply wisdom and do what they said. God understands”
Again I say to us we may falsify a document and go free but please we should not falsify Christianity. We will be exposed if we do! We will be exposed the day witches and wizards will move against us. The time for the New Testament Jacobs to rise is now. The time to seek the LORD genuinely is now! Jesus said;
“But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:23-24 NKJV
This is not the hour to falsify Christianity. This is the hour to become true worshipers. If we fail to respond to the call of the hour, there are no words to describe what our lives will become.
Now in the next Chapter I will be showing you a mystery that will further explain why God protects Hus Jacobs so dearly – His pregnant people and those who seek or worship Him in spirit and in truth.

NOTE: You can now see why these preachers who advised their so called members not to read this book. They do not want their victim freed from witchcraft so that they would keep applying solutions that do not work for the people but work for them they preachers by helping them smile to the bank!
Only an agent of the Devil will prevent you from reading a book like this! I know some sorceresses who once worshiped with us calling themselves prophetess. They left when they could not function. There is no sorcery against us. One of them later burnt this book calling us names.
