TODAY’S DEVOTION (SATURDAY 23RD JULY 2022)
The eyes of the LORD are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their cry. The face of the LORD is against those who do evil, To cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.
The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken.” Psalm 34:15-20 NKJV
WELCOME TO THE 204TH DAY OF OUR YEAR OF AMAZING GRACE!
It is a good thing to give thanks to the LORD! He has been faithful and merciful to us. He has not dealt with us according to our sins. But according to His faithfulness. To Him belong all the glory!
Its been 23 days today of our 31-Day journey of faith with the Cry of the Holy Spirit on Miracles, Signs and Wonders. The essence of this journey is to bring us to the place of enjoying the dividends of what Jesus did on the Cross for.
In God’s kingdom, revelation is key to coming into things that God has promised. It us important to note that the things that God does to His own need to be known to His own for His own to enjoy them.
For instance, if we are ignorant of miracles that GOD does, and how He does them we will keep living lives that needs them but not see them.
We will keep believing those who say we must sow this seed and sow the other seed to unlock things that God does freely. We will keep believing those who say we raise this altar of sacrifice and that altar of sacrifice to get this deliverance or that one.
Ignorance of the miracles God does and how He does them is the reason many have followed false teachings and doctrines of devils to get their problems solved. It is the reason many buy oils, waters, and etc. from charlatans to get miracles.
It is the reason people run after robber pastors to rob them so they can get miracles.
Ignorance of the miracles God does and how He does them is the reason many people key into charismatic witchcraft to get miracles from God. It is the reason most preachers have imported even black witchcraft into their ministries.
It is the reason many do not care what spirit is in charge of any preacher who seems to be moving in signs and wonders.
You can never get miracles from God using Charismatic witchcraft or the black witchcraft you see preachers demonstrate as prophetic acts. At best you will get your life ruined with miracles from the demon of deliverance.
YES, YOU WILL ONLY GET MIRACLES FROM THE DEMON OF DELIVERANCE.
With the signs of the end that are everywhere, and the turmoil that rises daily on the human race, if there is anytime we need a fresh revelation of the miracles God has prepared for those who seek or love Him, it is now.
Our ignorance has not helped us at all.
When it comes to receiving from God or being a beneficiary of His treasures, revelation knowledge of who He is and what He does is Key.
In the kingdom of God it is what you know that you can access. What you do not know will remain real in God’s kingdom but far from you.
I have always said that God can only help us through what we know. Knowing or coming to understanding is a major blessing that comes upon our lives once we become intimate with God.
You see, God is constantly helping man to know and Satan is constantly fighting to keep man from knowing or to keep man in ignorance of God by spreading deception and falsehood.
It may interest you to know that in Heaven, knowing is the greatest activity that takes place there. That is why once you come into the realm of glory, even while here on earth, you begin to operate in knowing. You begin to come into the knowledge of God in dimensions that are uncommon to man.
We can never access what we do not know about no matter how much, how strong or how well we fast or pray for it. That is why every effective prayer has ended in God bringing revelation knowledge to man.
It is the prayer that unlock revelation knowledge that changes a man’s life because through that knowledge you access what you asked God to do in your life in prayer or fasting. The Bible says;
“Thus says the LORD who made it, the LORD who formed it to establish it (the LORD is His name):
‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ Jeremiah 33:3-4 NKJV
PEOPLE WHO SPEND THEIR DAYS PRAYING AND NOT STUDYING WILL ALWAYS LIVE UNDER THE CURSE OF UNANSWERED PRAYERS.
Because God will release what they asked Him for but they will lack the scriptural knowledge to access it, hence keeping them in a long prayer chain.
I advise that you plant your self in a local Church that brings men to the realm of knowing. Not prophesying things but knowing what God has prepared for those who love Him through a precept upon precept presentation of scriptural truth.
God want to damage and completely destroy our ignorance of what He does freely so that we can open the gates of His storehouse of miracles, signs and wonders and begin to enjoy them.
So, this morning we will be looking at a throne room miracle that I will like to call the miracle of sustenance.
There are miracles God perform in our lives that serves as a source of strength and spiritual nourishment. Those are miracles God sends into our lives to maintain it and keep us thriving especially in the midst of adversity.
A portion of our devotional text says;
“Many are the afflictions of the righteous, But the LORD delivers him out of them all. He guards all his bones; Not one of them is broken.” Psalm 34:19-20 NKJV
This scripture did not say many are the afflictions of the wicked. The wicked, in a sense, are not usually afflicted in a wicked world because a wicked world is the very environment where they prosper. But the righteous are usually afflicted because righteousness is not welcomed in a wicked world.
In fact, righteousness is vilified and criminalized in a wicked world.
In a dead or religious church, it is attacked, demonized and neutralized. People who try to live right are called names. In Kenya am called “deputy Jesus” by preachers who live in sin, wickedness and error.
I cannot forget the 20-year-old girl who was maltreated by her pastor because she will not allow a Church elder who was over 50 years old to sleep with her. The man asked her how she will get married without sleeping with men.
THAT IS HOW RIGHTEOUSNESS IS FOUGHT IN A DEAD OR RELIGIOUS CHURCH.
But we must learn to cry out unto the LORD for sustenance when facing such attacks for our faith. It is when we cry out to God for sustenance that the miracles of sustenance are released to sustenance us. Though there are times that we do not need to cry out that they are just released, most times we just have to cry out to the LORD.
The rest of our devotional text says,

This scripture should encourage us this morning. God sustains the righteous and will never let them down.
Heaven knows that if there are no miracles of sustenance from God, we will perish under the persecution and attacks we face for tying to live right, preach right and do the right thing.
Do not forget, it is no longer fashionable to do or preach the right thing. What is fashionable now is to do or preach the acceptable thing. In an environment where doing or preaching the right thing is no longer fashionable, you will need God’s miracles of sustenance to thrive.
So, learn to call upon Him, especially when you are overwhelmed! He will answer you. The righteous cry out and the LORD hears them. He will hear you.
God’s miracles of sustenance are throne room miracles that are usually sent to help people who are sold out; doing His will and walking in His ways, to prosper. They are sent to help the sold out not to be sold out.
I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND ME.
What I mean is, such miracles are sent to help the sold out to God not to withdraw their worship from God due to pressure and sale their souls to the enemy. They are sent to help the elects no to compromise their faith and give in to the pressure of hell.
Friend it is not easy to be sold out to God and to walk in His ways in a wicked and perverse generation. You will need miracles from God to sustain you.
It is important to not again and again that people who are sold out to God’s will and ways are usually fought by the gates of hell, death and grave. This category of miracles is usually made available to preserve them in their walk and talk with God. That is why the righteous do not faint in the day of adversity.
In fact, God warned the wicked to be careful of what he does to the righteous because He will never allow whatever he does to the righteous to destroy them. This should encourage all who are sold out to God’s will and ways. The Bible put it this way;
“Do not lie in wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous; Do not plunder his resting place;
For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity.” Proverbs 24:15-16 NKJV
This is one major scripture to build your faith on as one who is sold out to the LORD.
We do not stand by what men are saying about us, we stand by what God is saying about us. He has spoken to us this morning through this scripture and through the entire devotional.
It is my prayer that we will all meditate on these things and run with the word for the rest of our lives, in Jesus precious name. Amen and amen.
